    HOW DO YOU GIVE A ZERO RATING: Janet Omos was Manager at Eastvale local office. I rented a vehicle with her. Enterprise practice that clients need a rental car that they can TRUST, and that they PROMISE TO PUT CLIENTS FIRST. I rented a vehicle from the Eastvale Enterprise ( Claim #20206432) on 10/02/23. When I rented the car, I was CONFIDENT that I was working with a REPUTABLE service. I PURCHASED THE WAIVER INSURANCE. I returned the car, and it was INSPECTED UPON RETURN BY JANET OMOS. JANET, verified that the car was undamaged and returned as I rented it. Months later, I received a letter stating that returned the car with a signed statement by Janet Omos, who have now been promoted to Branch Manager of the Palm Desert location. Janet's statement was that I acknowledged, signed and certified that the REAR BUMPER WAS CRACKED, AND REAR BUMPER SENSOR IS MISSING. This is a FALSE & UNWARRANTED statement!. This REPRESENTATIVE falsified documents and is NOW USING MY WAIVER as a resource to get this vehicle repaired. What she didn't realize is that I have SUPPORTING TIME DATED STAMPED PHOTOS of when I returned this car. So it gets worse. I called Eastvale, and Tammy says that she was promoted to Branch Manager of Palm Desert. I called, and the Assist. Branch Manager Anthony attempted to assist me. I explained that it involved questions directly to ask Janet. After waiting, introduced myself and explained that I was a client from Eastvale. First, she claimed to never have worked for the body shop that the Enterprise is located and then after correcting and reconfirming that she was the same person promoted from Eastvale, she then confirmed that she was in fact that person. When asked about a car rental that WAIVER was signed due to insurance purchase, and claim was submitted for 10/02/23, she then expressed that she was so busy currently at her location that she had no time to speak at this time. I expressed to her calmly that I had questions and concerns regarding this fraudulent claim and she insisted that she could not speak to me and was too overly busy to assist me and YEP... SHE HUNG UP in my face. She didn't take my name or #. I returned the call, waited again - Anthony picked up again and told me that Vivian Tran is the area Manager for this area and that Athziri Soto (from Tammy) was the Area Manager for Eastvale and that he would be unable to provide any contact information, referred me to their common customer service #. I insisted on speaking directly to area management and he stated he would text them to call me. So then I said, "Well Anthony, how will they call me because you have never taken my name or #". Okay, let's see if I get a returned call. I want to OFFICIALLY state and PROVE, that this claim will NOT fall under my contract for the repairs needed and this would be a CROOKED practice to file claims to keep ENTERPRISES CARS IN GOOD CONDITION by submitting claims under those who rent the vehicles and use their insurance unbeknownst to the client.     Our month-long 7-seater SUV rental was not available at pickup and instead got a 5-seater, which was way too small for us. Called all month for my 7-seater but calls not returned so stopped in a couple times and was dismissed saying they would call when 7-seater or van available - we never got a call back. We had golf clubs and kids. The kids had to sit on knees putting them at risk and breaking the law. We were offered no discount when we requested as we paid for a 7 seater and only got a 5 seater SUV, were told we got a good deal - terrible customer service! This company had no intention of ever giving us a 7-seater - we were the victims of bait and switch. Very disappointing. Will never rent from them again and i caution you to stay away. In addition, the 5 seater we got saddled with the touch display panel did not work so could not change the air conditioner or radio setting. Rediculous and no call back or discount. AND the two keys fobs they gave were together on one wire that could not be taken apart so very bulky to carry and my husband and I could not each have a fob. We stopped in and asked them to separate and they said they could not. WTF??? Stay away unless you like to be treated poorly, overpay and get a product that you did not pay for.

The host, John, was extremely rude and not accommodating to us, throughout the entire process. Initially, we had issues determining a meeting location as John refused to accept the GPS coordinates we provided. We finally agreed to meet at the Palm Springs Amtrak station to caravan to the Palm Springs windmills for our designated engagement shoot location but on the day of the shoot, John changed the location last minute due to wind concerns. We suggested meeting at a nearby Chevron gas station so we could coordinate with everyone, but John insisted we come to his location, citing potential damage to the car from high winds. He even claimed his location had "windmills" when we arrived the location did not-a complete lie. Once we arrived, John established several previously unmentioned rules. For one-he wouldn't let us drive the car even though he previously stated via email that he would let us drive the drive for a short distance. When he asked about driving the car, his response was demeaning and rude as if we were stupid for asking such a question on the first place. When we asked to drive the car, he claimed the adjacent street was private, another restriction he never mentioned beforehand. Secondly, he demanded we cover the PayPal transaction fee, and had numerous restrictions on how we could interact with the car. For example, he required us to take our shoes off when moving to the backseat but then admonished us for stepping on the seats even though we were barefoot & the ground was too hot to step on. Additionally, our photographer wanted to start with the top up, but John complained about putting the top up and down more than once. Finally, while I was making the final payment, John requested I cover the PayPal fee and even had the audacity to ask for a tip, all while watching me complete the transaction on my phone. If you're looking for a car rental, I highly recommend looking elsewhere. Read the other 1-star reviews to see this is a common issue with this company. The car is great but dealing with John isn't

I'm new to the area and had to book a long term rental for 3 weeks due to a car emergency. But i ended up needing to extend my booking to 6+ weeks as my car troubles got extended. They helped me every step, and went out of their way to help me find the best arrangement for my situation. Enrique (the manager) goes above and beyond. The pick up and drop off experience was seamless. They're super responsive and helpful over both phone and email. Enrique even offered to change out my car after a few weeks to help me upgrade and get a cleaner car. (Decided not to as I was getting comfortable with my Chevy). They're a really busy location but I can tell they really care about their customers and giving the best experience. The rates are very reasonable, especially if you book 1-2 weeks in advance.

The "service" here is a joke. Tim (who apparently runs the place) called me literally minutes before closing to ask if I was coming, then dumped a random Kia Forte by a flag in the parking lot and left the keys inside like he was doing me a favor. Not only was it the WRONG CAR (I booked an SUV, got a Kia sedan), but it reeked of smoke. When I called to complain, Tim acted clueless and said he didn't see an SUV on the order--total nonsense, since my Orbitz receipt clearly says "mid-size SUV." Either he can't read, or he just doesn't care. His solution? I could drive 45-90 minutes (depending on traffic) the next day to swap cars, or maybe they'd bring me one. Zero accountability, zero customer service. He even told me to "call his manager" rather than bothering to fix his own mess. Why is it my job to chase down his boss after I've already been ripped off? And as the cherry on top, I had to pay $12 just to get out of the parking lot. They offered to reimburse me, but at that point, I was so disgusted I refused. This place is a total scam operation--unprofessional, disorganized, and run by people who shouldn't be in business. Save yourself the headache and go literally ANYWHERE else. You've been warned.

What a great bunch of folks from start to finish…read more The car was impeccable, you could tell it hadn't just had a band aid and a quick rinse off turn around. They pick you up from the airport, so there is NO LINE to stand in. Your paperwork is awaiting you as is your car, and the guys transferred all of our luggage just apparently automatically. And when we returned, it was to a friendly smile, a wave, and they remembered who we were. You just don't see this in the car rental business, and we rent a lot of cars. Also no annoying big upgrade sell thing going on and no extra charges . We will always rent from Desert in the future.
