Zero stars! This place used to be great with Adel & Tiffany but they are gone. Now they have an arrogant, uneducated, rude person "in charge"- Brooke R. She made very derogatory comments to me, "I can't rent to you if you can't afford it" (wth!, that's discrimination) My credit card was declined because it was $20 over the price, they take out $300 for dep. I asked them to modify it taking off a day, she responded "it's unethical, and against policy" which is BS, when I called the nationwide line I was able to get an answer that Brooke is completely wrong. I reserved a vehicle over 3 weeks ago to make sure I had a vehicle because I knew demand for cars would be high during these festivals. I received a confirmation # and constant reminders of my rental coming up. Then, the morning of my rental, they called to say they do not have it and gave me a number to call their other branch. No offer of anything else. I tried calling other branches to no avail. I called this branch back and was on hold for a long time when someone picked up and then hung up. The attitude was oh well. BE VERY CAREFUL PLANNING YOUR TRIP WITH THIS LOCATION. The manager Odell/(Adele) is knowingly giving out fraudulent information to lure people into their location. As a traveler you are in a vulnerable position and the manager knows it. You have a HIGH chance of being stranded with no fallback if you entrust this place with your travel plans. His boss will need to contact us to discuss this PREDATORY behavior, and reimbursements. This is the last time I will ever rent from ERAC Reservation accepted on the phone for noon. Body shop dropped me off at 11:45a. Manager Jerry said he had no cars. Said he left me a VM. He did, 5 min.s before I arrived in their office. Said he would not have car until 5:30p. Arranged for a ride back to their office at 5:30 as Jerry said they did not have pick-up service after 5:00. This is Enterprise is the worst car rental company I've used. My friend had a reservation at 8am today but they told her the were no cars available. We finally got a car at 2pm but it wasn't the car we originally reserved. Jerry (one of the managers) is a sorry excuse of a manager. He didn't even apologize to my friend for the delay. Had my car repaired at Ben Clymer's Auto body and rented a car from Enterprise that my insurance was paying for. Met with Vince at Enterprise and they gave me a Hugh pickup truck that I didn't really want but that is what they had. Vince said he would only charge me the $30.00 rate that my insurance would cover and not a more expensive rate that the Hugh truck was. After returning the Truck I got a charge for $65.48 on my credit card. Called Enterprise and waited 11 minutes before I got Tim apparently is a manager?? Tim refused to credit back my $65.48 that I was over charged as he said Vince would not of not said he would only have said only $30..00 per day. We decided last minute to rent a car. A lot of places in the area had few cars and bad reviews. We found this place located right off the freeway in Palm Desert. RIGO was very helpful we were in and out in less than 20 minutes ! So easy . we rented a brand new Hyundai Tucson for our trip to San Diego . It was so comfortable and a please drive. The lack of communication is atrocious, and the concern for customers situis far below any standards I've experienced. A simple, polite comment could have saved time, gas, and frustration. Do not trust Enterprise to have your reserved car! Reserved an SUV online for a week's road trip with my family of 7. Arrived on time for my 4:00pm scheduled pick up only to be told they did not have the vehicle! We were leaving at 6am the next morning, there would be no time to reserve another at this hour. Surely it must have been a mistake. Nope. The clerk said "we left you a voicemail earlier today, you didn't get it? Yeah, we don't have any SUVs." I asked why their system allowed the reservation. "Yeah, I don't know but we don't have one." I was obviously left in a pickle and the apathetic employees did not attempt to help in any way. Did not offer to help call around, did not even offer condolences (a simple "so sorry" even. It was clearly one of those "you're on your own" situations except they did say they might have one on Monday (4 days later)... Because of the time of day, (4:00 pm) all other rental car locations closed in one hour. After calling every one of them in a 50 mile radius, I was left with no options but to cancel our family trip due to lack of transportation. This incident created a costly ripple effect which could have been avoided, had their system not allowed me to book an imaginary vehicle online. Also their customer service was a 2 on a 1-10 scale. This was the Local branch but they either don't pick up the phone or they put me on hold after helping me only for the next person to have no clue what's happening and start over. Great experience I had overall. As a first time renter they were always profesional and explainer well how much the amount of each car plan was. The check in thru the app and the check out thru the location was so easy and straightforward. Place was busy but girls running the establishment were very efficient. The representative who brought the car over from another location didn't seem to know much about the sapphire credit card payment protection policy and the car was extremely dirty. The manager at the facility did a great job asking me how the service and vehicle was. Once I expressed my concern with the vehicle not being in great condition and showed her pictures she was eager to make it right. The vehicle was paid for by the other parties insurance so there was no balance owed but nevertheless I still appreciated that very much. Only thing I would suggest is having them not trust in other location employees and actually inspecting the vehicle themselves since it is their locations score that will be affected in the long run. Overall extremely busy at pick up but drop off was a breeze and the lady who shuttles was very pleasant. read more

I'm 50yrs old and this was the worst experience I have ever had with any business. Went in to pick up my reserved vehicle and it wasn't there. Maria Gonzales the liar said she called our phone multiple times and it was disconnected. Which was a lie. When confronted she wouldn't call the number in front of us to prove that she wasn't lying. She also said she tried emailing which was another lie. It's funny that I received emails and phone calls from Enterprise before I walked into in the office. Super disappointed with this place. I received the car dirty from the inside and outside. I told them of my concern and nothing proactively done. Really rude customer service, who cannot be kind on explaining the policy. I received the car with the tank 1/2 full. I drove the car for three days (total 30 miles) and was charged 29 dollars for gas. They are unprofessional and not the type of service I would like to use in the future. Woman name Mariah called me to inform they weren't going to accommodate my reservation. All she kept repeating was I'm sorry for inconvenience like a retail parrot. Out of all the places I have ever rented from Hawaii to Boston this is the best! Great vehicles, amazing customer service and very friendly. DO NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH!! It is a half a**** version of a real car company. They are mostly closed and mostly apathetic. Communication with the other enterprise Rent-A-Car branches is Non-existent. The owner will respond to this review by saying " I will look into the matter" HE Wont!! Please read some of the other one star reviews and you'll see that he writes that on every complaint... Obviously this person doesn't know what he's doing. This company thinks that they're going to charge me extra time because they're not open nor do they have a key drop... well, they have another thing coming I don't have a problem taking this to court and to find them guilty of simple neglect, misrepresentation, and fraud. I don't take this type of "run around" lightly and my time is very valuable. When your rental agreement says to return the car by 4 PM but you close your doors at 12 o'clock it is not my problem. If you don't have a key drop, that is not my problem. You don't have a working phone for problems after hours, that is not my problem, If you try to rectify the situation and speak to somebody in corporate in another state and they can help you... I called ahead of time and they confirmed a car rental so I took an Uber (expensive at the time because of an event going on) and when I got there, they said they called me back and left a voicemail, which never happened. Again, giving benefit of the doubt, maybe they called an incorrect phone number, whatever. I'll admit I had an annoyed look leaving but I mean I had to find another car rental place and pay for another pricey ride. After having a horrible experience with the enterprise in palm desert off of highway 111, Davina (could be spelling her name wrong) was a great help. I had a reservation at the other location but the men working there were extremely rude and i ended up cancelling my reservation the day before I needed it. When I called this location Davina went above and beyond to help me the best she could. Originally she didn't have any vehicles available at the time I called, which was totally understandable for it being last minute. She took my number down just in case things were to change. A few hours later I was given a call back with 2 options to pick up for the day I needed it. I am very very thankful for her and her help. Enterprise always takes good care of me. But these guys went above and beyond. My Reservation got messed up beyond belief. They worked hard with my insurance company to fix it asap. They also made the experience much less stressful with their professional and calm demeanor. Alberto, and Jackie are the best. I will definitely rent from them again. In this day and age when most people just do not care about their customers, only their money; it was humbling to work with people who do care. 0 Stars for this business. I hate leaving bad reviews and am extremely forgiving and easy to work with but this location has messed up car rentals 3 different times now for me. Over the last 6 years I have needed a rental 3 different times, I chose this location each time due to the close proximity to my house. The first time I was scheduled for an SUV, they didn't have one at my scheduled pick up time so I settled for a sedan. Not a huge deal for me because we are a family of four, but I was planning on having the space of an SUV. The second time I rented, I showed up at my scheduled appointment time for a sedan rental and they did not have one available. How do you not have a rental available at the time you have scheduled your customer for a pick up? Luckily, they had one scheduled to come with in an hour or so, so I ended up having to wait at the business for an hour and a half. Still... irritating but I was able to overlook it. Today (Saturday) I had an appointment for 10:30am. I made this appointment 3 days ago. I got there at my scheduled time and at first was told they couldn't find me in the system. Turns out there was a mix up in the spelling of my last name. Ok, no problem... then she told me my appointment was scheduled for NEXT SATURDAY. ‍ I needed the rental because I was side swiped and my car is in the shop. It is due to be completed by the middle of this week... why would I be schedule for NEXT Saturday. All I can figure is that the man who made the appointment had pulled up the wrong week on his computer but was verbally agreeing to today. ‍ This is such a let down. I really need a car to get my kids back and forth to school and myself back and forth to work. Now I'm left trying to figure out what to do. It really sucks when you are depending on someone to have things lined up for you so that you can move forth and fulfill your own obligations. But this company is definitely not one that can be depended on in any sort of time of need. It's truly unfortunate.
