Customer service is seriously lacking. Reserved a car online only to be told there were none available. The delivery in which you tell a customer things will make a difference in whether they frequent your business again. The woman there two days ago was just plain rude. Left and went to the Clifton location where there were plenty of available options and received great service! read more

Manager was in a rush put the wrong gas amount said she would fix it and didnt then U got charged for refuel. i called and asked if I would be charged for dropping at the airport they said no and charged me $100. i called the next day and they claim manager is off all week and no one seems to be able to help me. then the staff seems to never have any answers read more

How can I say these are the biggest scam artist out there ???! First off I do not believe this is a legitimate enterprise as I have never experienced the service I gotten with them before. First I made a reservation for a SUV over the app they told me oh we tried to call you and explain that we don't have one but to still come by. I went and they explained to me that first I need my license which of course I had they then tell me that I have to have a bill with my name on it and must be paid 6 months or more.. I literally just moved to this address so how would I have a bill ? Next they tell us that a phone bill can work after a hour of trying to get the bill they tell us oh every phone bill works just not that one... like this place only rents to who they want I am filing a complaint with enterprise as I have used their services many times and was never treated this unfairly.... don't go here they're a scam they also ask for a $200 deposit which they will look for every reason not to give it back read more

Several weeks ago I was involved in a car accident, which resulted in my vehicle being totaled. As a result I needed a rental and my insurance company went through Enterprise. For the most part I had a good experience but I would prefer not tobdeal with the female customer service rep...she provided incorrect information, attempted to charge me when the bill was paid, and just was uninformed and not proactive in correcting her errors....Everyone else was helpful and great! read more

They service is decent, they don't really know what they're talking about a good amount of the time. But what really set it off was that this lady was selling me some extra insurance telling me things that ended up not being true when I followed up. Con artist manager tried to trump up damages that an enterprise location I rented from 100miles away had cleared and marked as present when rented (very minor surface scratches)...I was there in 1 1/2 hours with no stops and surely no damage and this twit held me up for 30 minutes while she did a claim!......AVOID this female twit of a manager and a complaint will be filed with top brass at Enterprise as well as BBB and NJ State attorney general....... IF you are forced to endure this pathetic excuse of an employee, take pics of every inch of the vehicle and make sure it is documented.,,,,..google "enterprise damage scam" and see how this region (JFK,N. I always been a costumer to enterprise, I always go the one in rockaway, nj facility which I don't have no complains at all. I love the costumer services there they are always smiling and willing to help and very flexible. But my experience this time the one in 875 Market st. In paterson, horrible specialy with the manager call Nana. I made a reservation to that area because my car broke down, around 2pm thankfully I found a mechanic but my car was not going to be ready by 6pm, I live 40 min away from this area, my kids get home at 3:30pm between the ages 11,9 and 8 I was desperate for a rental need it to get home soon. Once they get home there's no food prepared and they will be home alone. I arrived to this facility I had a reservation, they told me I need proof of bills because I was paying with a debit card. I show my insurance card, my registration card, bank statement, ez pass statement, a bill from sprint, anything that I could bring up from my phone at that moment, but still wasnt good enough, I try to call friends to tell me how to access my pay stubs from work, but for some reason the website came as an error, when I finally spoke to representative for my gas company and she emailed me my bill, I finally show to the manager Nana, he was explaining how and when to return the car, I told him I know the rules already is not my first time renting a car from this company you can see my record this will be like my 7th time renting a car I need to get home asap, I already spend 1 whole hour in this office, so after all I did to get the bill, he just throw my lincene and debit card to me saying I'm not renting you the car anymore. And he try to excuse himself he was trying to help all this time, when I was doing all the phone calls he was just inside his office all the time. he couldn't help me, he totally denied me services when I had an emergency. But when a costumer came and argue with him because his car rental was only half tank filled and he made a huge argument about it, and for me personally the costumer did overreact, like I said its not my first time renting a car from enterprise, you return the car with the tank fill exactly how it was giving to you the day you rent it, but this costumer made a huge deal argue and yell and this manager Nana AGREED to fill his tank with gas. And me a mother with 3 kids, home alone, hungry with no food and 40 min away from home, he decided to decline services to me. And I told him again I need to get home my kids are alone and hungry its was already 4:30pm, and he was just typing in his computer totally ignoring me, he didnt even looked at me. I hope Enterprise feels very proud of the costumer services that you employees offer, and I'm very very disappointed with this company. Just hope no one else have this experience , no mother should go thru this especially when come to kids and emergencies. Hope in the future you treat your costumers better and at least have a heart in some situation. read more
