    Great staff... easy to rent…read more I have booked 5 seater SUV for weekend 5/18. One good thing enterprise do is pick up and drop off their customers. Otherwise, it is hassle how to pick up the car. Staff picked me up 845 in the morning. They ll call you after reaching. I came to pick up my car and Nicole Vaz attended me. I declined the insurance, she did emphasize but never forced me to take their insurance. I got ford explorer, though I have booked 5 seater SUV but they gave me this 7 seater and said this is a standard size. I did not mind, little did I know I 'll be hit by car's mileage. I drove and come back from Niagara Falls and it was app 800 miles and I spent $95 over gas. When I was returning the car, I mentioned this to Nicole Vaz and she discounted $10 in my total bill. Not sure this was enough, but she listened and took some action, that was good for me. She also matched fuel and gave some voucher for next booking. Few things- 1- They should keep transponder (EZ pass) in their car. I had to choose a different route for Niagara due to this. Currently, they don't provide EZ Pass. 2- I left my keys at the time of pick up and called them to keep it safe. I got my keys while returning ( these are small things but eventually these becomes a big problem when staff do not pay attention) 3- They don't provide paper receipt now. They are paperless they send you rental agreement and receipt through email. Great thing 4- Their Pick Up and Drop off facility. It's great. I would recommend this and I am again going to use their service on Wednesday.

I had to keep filling the right passenger tire with air - so much so that I ended up buying an air compressor to fill the tire. When I called to swap out the car, they didn't have one and were supposed to call me back - that never happened. I finally had to call and they swapped it out after two weeks. Their answer? Oh you could have come here every day and we would have filled it up for free. Right. I'm supposed to drive to their location from wherever I am to fill up a tire? I don't think so. They never offered to change the tire - nothing. It was an unsafe situation to which there was no urgency on their part. I was promised the car had Carplay, which I use for navigation. I travel at night quite a bit and need navigation. Carplay rarely worked - I informed them of that issue when I called to tell them about the tire - no one cared. In the meantime, my insurance company was paying for this car and I had to pay an additional $500 due to the body shop keeping my car longer than anticipated. The final insult was charging me $5 for bringing the car back just a tad short. When I brought back the car to be swapped out, it was over the amount I had taken it out at. Did I receive a refund? Absolutely not! All in all, this was a TERRIBLE experience! I will never recommend Enterprise in Ridgewood NJ and will not use them again.

Actually, from the very beginning, he gave us the feeling that he didn't want to be bothered with us. I was shocked at his attitude and had expected to be treated as an equal customer. His customer service was appalling and disappointing. I had expected your employees to be there to try to assist the customers , and was mistaken to think they were on a high level. There was a problem with our order. He showed us his computer screen and that it said there that our order had been cancelled, yet we had a confirmation number and had not cancelled. I understand that mistakes can happen. So, we called Expedia and they asked to speak to him. He was actually outrightly obnoxious when speaking to the Expedia representative, who was trying to find out what had happened and to help with a solution. He did not want to help in any way. Why not? Isn't that his job? Doesn't hertz want us to use its services? We really felt that he was genuinely enjoying giving us a hard time and not trying to assist. I can't understand it. Why? We were very upset and chose to use another company. We got a car from Avis right away. I have no interest in using your services, but I demand an explanation for this kind of behavior!!!
