Excellent service. If you need a car, this is the place to go. No nonsense and quick service. I reserved online and got a phone call within one hour to confirm. They picked me up at my home, and waited on me immediacy. The car was fine, exactly what I expected, and the price was right. I returned it early, and dropped it on the lot after hours. They took my word, and credited me with the early return. If you have a problem here, it is because you have unreasonable expectations, or are expecting to violate the contract with no repercussions. read more

This branch is deplorable. Initially spoke to 'Frank' in the morning of my rental period. He offered their pick up service and gave me a time of 2:00 PM, at 2:30 PM, no one had shown up ,no one had called. I called the office and lo and behold Frank answer the phone, I ask Frank how he plans to pick me up at 2 o'clock when he is still in the office at 2:30? He doesn't bother apologizing he states rather abruptly I can leave the office in 15 minutes to pick you up?!? And that was just the beginning... i'm not going to recount whole town because it just makes me furious. But if you have any say over where your insurance has you rent from do not pick this office. They have no sense of urgency and do not set realistic expectations for their customers, even in something as simple as punctuality. Negative stars. read more

This branch is absolutely horrible. Worst service ever. They told me they would have my truck for Thursday then Tuesday they said they don't have one and that they are looking for one. I ask for a call back with definite answers and they didn't call until Wednesday night and left me a voicemail. I called back on Thursday for definite answers and they called me rude and told me to call another branch. I called them back and told them I will not be working with them as they are the most u professional company I have ever dealt with. Enterprise Rent-A-Car Cinnaminson - 9345 N. Crescent Blvd, Pennsauken, NJ My wife and I recently rented a 2014 Chevy Captiva from 12/26-12/31/2014 from this location. During the initial pick-up inspection, we commented on a few scrapes around the car and foolishly took the advice from the Enterprise Rep. that there was no need to document the damage. On returning the vehicle, two different Enterprise Reps. (Mr. Chris Longwhith & Ms. Lauren Griest) quickly pointed out some minor scrapes to the left rear bumper and initiated a damage claim. Even though I stated that the scrapes was obviously a pre-existing condition, Ms. Griest continued to insist that I give them my insurance deductible, which was $500. I later received an invoice in the mail requesting a total of $994.59, which included damages, admin. fee, loss of use, and diminished value. This absurd amount included the $500 they had already taken from me. I advise EXTREME caution when renting a vehicle from this location, or even Enterprise in general. The overall rudeness of Ms. Griest and her total lack of any loyalty for us renting at that location multiple times this past year and being a current Enterprise Plus Member, made the whole experience worse. If you do decide to rent from this location, please make sure to document even the minor scrapes to the vehicle and hope that Ms. Griest is not working the day you return the vehicle. Due to the fact that my insurance company (Geico) paid Enterprise without seeing proof that the scrapes to the left rear bumper were actually repaired, makes me wonder if Enterprise simply pocketed the money. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Let me first start by stating that this is only because of one particular employee, the branch manager, "Seve." When planning my vacation I made sure to ask that my boyfriend would be an authorized driver before renting a car because I knew we'd be driving a long distance. Enterprise costumer service let me know he would be via Email. "Dear Ms. Borelli, Thank you for your reply. I apologize for the delay. Your boyfriend would be considered a domestic partner and thus an automatic authorized driver at no additional charge as long as his driver's license shows the same address as your driver's license for verification purposes. If you licenses are not yet updated at that time with the new same address, you may also show the change of address cards in the same address or any bills in your name and others in his name with the same address on each. When I arrived at the rental station, I was told my boyfriend was NOT an authorized driver and I would have to pay every day he was authorized to drive. The branch manager Seve, and the Pennsauken NJ Crescent Blvd location was extremely rude and demeaning. He told me that it didn't matter what costumer service had told me prior and that the branch does not agree with them often, so basically I was out of luck. Not once did he apologize, nor did he have any explanation as to what a "domesticated partner" is. When I asked what that meant, he told me I needed a "piece of paper" to confirm that information but couldn't tell what the paper was or where to get it from. I asked how much it would cost for my boyfriend to drive and he said twenty something dollars, to which I replied was outrageous seeing as that's practically the price I'm paying to rent the car daily. He then said "no, it's $25 for him addition to the $37 you're paying, so like.. half." He kept telling me his girlfriend would have to pay, too even though he works there. I DON'T CARE. Get on the same page as your costumer service reps, or at least say you're sorry for the misunderstanding! I got nothing. As I was leaving, the same man, Seve was arguing with another costumer because her bluetooth in he car did not work and the car needed an alignment and she wanted to trade it out for a working vehicle. They said she could but would have to pay more since it was in a higher class and no other vehicles were available. They wouldn't even match the price since their vehicle was malfunctioning. Again, no apologize and we both left irate. I have filed a formal complaint with Enterprise. If you can go to a different Enterprise location, PLEASE DO. read more
