I purchased a Ford F-150, and the moment I drove off the lot, smoke started coming out from under the hood. That should tell you everything you need to know about the condition of their vehicles. I immediately tried to resolve the issue by contacting Jose, the salesman who handled my purchase. Instead of helping, he kept giving me the runaround every time I called. After repeatedly trying to get answers, he suddenly claimed there was no warranty, even though it hadn't even been 30 days since the purchase. Completely unacceptable. The customer service was terrible, the communication was frustrating, and it felt like they were doing everything possible to avoid taking responsibility. This has been an extremely stressful and disappointing experience. Buying from this place was a huge mistake, and I strongly warn anyone considering it to take their business somewhere else.
