I have used this place many times. Each time has been a nice experience. The one thing to keep in mind is that this location changes managers--a lot. I have never dealt with the same person twice. However, every single manager and associate has been professional and friendly. Every single car I've rented has been top notch mechanically--even if the body has some minor scratches.. Went to pick up our rental, and found that we had made a mistake upon booking. Instead of Dec, we had put down the month of Nov. I was panicking, becasue we needed to be in SF airport the next day to board a plane. Thanks to Corbin Duvall, (Branch manager) he was able to find us a car and get us on the road within several hours. They didn't even have any added fees,like most other places I am sure would have. I am currently standing outside this branch hoping to avoid missing my flight. When I made the reservation i clearly indicated when I would be returning the car. I also requested a ride back to the hotel when I dropped it off. I was told I would be paying for the rental based upon the time of day I returned it. The branch is closed. It was also closed yesterday. I called the main customer service line and was told to leave the key in the drop box. "I have returned the car in the condition I rented it in. What if there is damage to it between now and tomorrow? How will I know it is fairly being appraised for potential damage?" Response: "You are responsible for the vehicle until they have the key in hand." "Can I pay you for it now so I don't get charged for extra time?" Response: "No. You will be charged for the full time until the key is in their hand." "I realize this is a branch but is there nothing you can do?" Response: "No ma'am. This is just a call center." Tomorrow I'll call the branch and see if they make it right. At the moment I know only that it's not right. I'm stressed and have to pay for a cab. I would give negative ratings if I could. Flew in from Kansas City was told by enterprise we would have a car, went to three different enterprises the first day as well as calling many different places. Kept being told there would be a car at a different location, tried a couple locations then called and had booked one with care to this location. was told I could show up when they're open promised repeatedly there would be a car available for me if I spent the $150 on an Uber to get there. Looking forward to my rental I willingly got the Uber an hour over here for the rental to be told that a care representative made the reservation instead of an in store representative and that our reservation wasn't valid. Jeniva was the most unhelpful employee ever. Basically just told us repeatedly that sucks she can't help us. Told us there's a card to call and ask and just left it at that. She claimed she called yesterday leaving a message saying no cars are unavailable. No calls in my call log but she promises she did. As well as a nice gentleman right before me she told she called the day before and he tried calling back 5 times to no answer. Jeniva was rude to me very unhelpful and then continued to go outside and blatantly bad mouth me to a generous customer in the parking lot who has been in the same situation before and wanted to try and help me get the rental he was returning that day. Enterprise has turned around this office. It used to be a pain, but now new personnel have really improved the Port Orchard office. I rent occasionally for trips into the "City" because my old beater truck won't make it. Natasha and her staff were wonderful on my latest rental. If you are able to rent a car from another company - DO IT! I have NEVER had such bad service EVER - in any state, at any company. I had to rent a car from this location because my car is in the shop and this is the company the insurance goes through. I got the car Tuesday and have now been, not only to the Port Orchard location, but 2 other Enterprise locations as well due to one issue or another - AND I have to go back AGAIN tomorrow morning! Why you ask? Well, because they told us to come by this morning - yet when we showed up - they weren't there! I called and he said, he wouldn't be there for another 1/2 hour and I couldn't wait because I had to go to work. His comment was - Oh well, you'll have to come back again tomorrow morning then. When my fiance called today to complain about the service we've been getting, he was told that they have been accommodating us and we should be grateful. It's more like we've been accommodating to them and their business - not the other way around. I am the customer, yet I'm being treated less than. Also - they ask for a credit card to hold, "just in case" there are any charges the insurance company wont pay for (like that's my problem but whatever). Well, they actually charged and took out $50 from my debit card. Now they wont refund the money to the card until we give them another card they can charge. And when they do finally refund the money - it'll take weeks to get! WTF?! We explained that due to this charge we cannot pay our mortgage - to which they said we shouldn't have given them our debit card then! This is NOT customer service! I think they know that they are the only rental car place in Port Orchard so they feel they can treat people like this. I will never do business with them again due to these issues. I will drive many miles to not have to deal with them. Please - listen to those that have had their crap customer service - and just don't do it! read more

Customer service was on point they picked me up from Manchester so I didn't have to call a cab to there location. If you are military they will hook it up like lost car rentals. Car I rented was a Ford Focus drove to Vancouver and through Seattle and had no problems at all. I am a very pleased customer with this Port Orchard site. My car was in the shop for three days and I was at first concerned about renting a vehicle comparable to what I am used to driving - Nissan Murano. Tom at Enterprise had the perfect vehicle for me - a brand new Hyundai Santa Fe. Surprisingly a very awesome vehicle. Love the XM radio and the Bluetooth. Tom was very friendly and professional. He made the whole experience seem so easy!:D AND YES, they did require a debit/credit card which we had NO PROBLEM giving them. It's standard procedure for ANY rental company. The Port orchard branch set me up with a rental at the vegas airport for several days. The service was excellent. I also use them when people need a rental due to car repairs at my facility. It takes one phone call and they send someone down here to pick up the customer. I have never had a customer wait more than 20 minutes for Enterprise to come pick them up. I needed to rent a 4x4 and it was the day after the tornado in Port Orchard. When I called they did not have any cars, due to people needing access to cars. I was 6th on a list and they only had three cars. The staff kept saying, we are here to serve and they will do their best. By the time I showed up, they have a vehicle for me and it was a 4x4. My wife was in an accident in November, and her car had to be in the shop for over a month for repairs. During that time, we rented a car from Enterprise in Port Orchard. From the very start, we received great service! The crew there was friendly and helpful, and I noticed the same treatment was afforded to other customers while we were there. I especially liked the ability to retrieve our receipt on-line so that I could submit it to the at-fault insurance carrier for reimbursement! We were also able to leave the rental at the repair shop when we picked up our car, saving us the hassle of having to return it to Port Orchard. Wow!! I moved to Washington a year ago and had only one experience in California with enterprise and It was not good. I decided to give them a chance Nd Im glad I did. I have use PO location about 5times in the past year. I have always received amazing customer service. Friendly and caring employees. This last Time Jabari was so nice even when I walked in @5:55 he did not rush me or make me fell as I was an inconvenience. When I returned the car once again he was nice greeted with a smile. If this had an option of 0 stars I would have picked it. My journey started with enterprise picking me up from the repair shop. We showed up at the enterprise station and they lost my reservation for a vehicle. They then informed me they had another vehicle in a town 30 minutes away that they would drive me to get. After almost completing the paper work it was brought to my attention that the vehicle was due for a 5000 mile oil change and I could not rent the car. Enterprise then dropped me back off at my house and told me the next car that got dropped off would be mine. About 4 hours later I got a call that said they had a car. They picked me up in the Chrysler 200 that smelled like someone used it as an ash tray for a month and brought me back to the rental office. Upon stating my concerns of the smell of the car they said that was the only one left available to me. Needless to say I went home with a car smelling like a mix of febreeze, car cleaner, and an ash tray. After returning the car I noticed a charge of $200 on my credit card (payment for the rental was picked up by my insurance company). I called and stated my concerns and how I was told the insurance was only $60 extra vice the $20 a day I was charged. I cannot believe this branch is still open. I will never go back to any enterprise branch. read more
