Neek And Manny were very friendly and helpful. My vehicle was hit and I needed a rental while mine was being repaired. The claims adjuster for the insurance company made a few errors in the rental information as far as the size vehicle that I was supposed to rent. Neek and Manny were patient and helped me resolve the issue. They are wonderful at what they do! They have amazing customer service skills and make sure they take the time to help each and every customer. I was in there for about 45 minutes because of the insurance company, but I watched them have the same energy and treat each and every person with a friendly welcome and made their experience personable. So the customer service here was ok. Every one was nice and the line even moved fast. But my biggest grievance here was the small writing! So apparently when you book a car online they give you one price but they are going to take a $250 deposit from you. As I read the reviews to the right of me.. I guess the deposit varies in regards to what they feel like charging you? My favorite rental car company is actually Alamo anyway. We came in the other day to the shop in Randallstown MD (Millford Mill), to pick up a rental car we had registered to get online and came home with nothing. The insurance is optional but not really, if you don't buy it they will find a bullshit way to make sure you can't get that car. Classist. Elitist. Etc. We already had the keys in hand and we're ready to go, until insurance was mentioned and then suddenly they had to see all the paper work again and finally said we couldn't get it because our drivers liscenses were from out of state??? And we hadn't updated them yet to our new apartment?? So we aren't allowed to rent a car??? So they kicked us out, locked the door, and turned off the lights. Money better spent on other car rentals, trust me. read more

Enterprise was awesome! I was not informed about the deposit being $100 but it all worked out. I was supposed to get a standard car but it wasn't available. They ended up giving me a 2018 Jeep. No worries on my end! Nice ride. Nice easy process. I shall return when I need another rental. read more

Worst service ever! Made an reservation in advance for an SUV. Once we got here. No cars available except small cars. The guy who helped us was nice. I felt sorry for him. Customer Service reserving cars they dont have. Shame on you. read more

They have me a bright blue old dodge. My car reeked like smoke and it had a CD player and no USB cord insert.. this was "comparable" to my 2017 G37S Infiniti. Also, I waited an hour to get my car and I went around 3pm which means it wasn't their "busy" time. read more

They were nice and courteous and polite when they picked me up. I was happy with the service overall. I reserved my car online and it was ready when I got there. I they with the manager who was nice and dealt with Jared who is a credit to that place. He is a young guy that cares about his customers. But, he wasn't the only one to help me out.
