so my son got rear ended and I had to get a rental and a turn out to be enterprise I took the…read morejeep gladiator .I drove the jeep ,my son drove my car. my stupidity was not to take pics of the jeep and no matter what enterprise can tell you ,you drop it where you got it and walk the car to take a look .and take pics. a week later I reached out to them because I did not see the deposit back in my account. that is when they said the jeep had 2 big dents in the driver side ,since I did not have anything to prove otherwise I called the manager and I asked to speak to next in the chain of bosses and I spoke to Don he sent me a pic of the so call damage that I was accused . I spoke honestly saying the pics that you sent me do not have a date or time since ,and I ask to corp send me pics with date and time like police will do if you cross a red light ,we are in 2025 the technology is there. Anyways the corp said they should have the location that picket the jeep call there so they can show you. I called "we cannot show unless we have the permission of the manager I will check with her and we will call you ,still waiting. and this guy called Mike from the corp called me and bullied me how I was going to pay and so rudely hung up the phone the amount was 1,900.00 . I saw the reviews and this company if you are not super careful will take your money ,take advantage , will step all over you . my rating is a minus infinite.

There does no seem to be any desire to provide their customer's with service or resolution for issues at the corporate level anymore than this branch. Horrible service at this location not to mention the absolute disregard for having a reservation for a vehicle. I reserved a large SUV well in advance that they gave to a customer after me because she complained she was going somewhere with snow and had a baby as if my travel conditions and children were not valid. They were completely dismissive as to the fact that I was being helped before her, I assume as a black woman by reservation was deemed less important. They then were unable to assist with finding an adequate replacement leaving myself and my husband to track down one. The customer service line is equally unhelpful as they told me they can't locate vehicles nor take the complaint, I have to do that at the location where I am at and not being helped! I don't know if the lack of professionalism, erroneous listing of inventory or racism was the worst part of this experience but do not rent your vehicle from here!!

I confirmed that my reservation was in fact in the system, but it turns out that they never delivered the truck to the location. The guy offered to let us borrow an almost 30 foot truck, but there was no way we would be able to fit a truck double the original size we ordered in our apartment complex! We unfortunately had to call up the other truck rental companies in the area and get another truck so that we could move because we had people waiting for us back home. Luckily, U-Haul had a truck available so we went ahead, cancelled the reservation and headed over to pick it up. Not going to be going here again!

I reserved a Mid-size car on the site, got to the store at my arrival time 10:30am. to pick up the car. She said to me she was getting ready to cancel my reservation, because she did not have that size car. They had a mazda cross tour which was an extra $10 a day I said fine I will take it. The quote over the phone was $122, when the total came up it was $345.91. I asked where did the other $200 come from she said the deposit ok fine. I put my card in the terminal the charged said approved, she then asked me to put my card back in I said it already said approved. She said it did not generate a contract, I pulled up my account showed her that it already charged my account. She calls someone name Daniella and they tell me to call Amex, the representative from AMex confirm I was approved for the transaction. The representative tell her to reverse the charge do the transaction over so I won't be double billed. Now she can't cancel it, but she said when I first came in she was going to cancel my reservation. I never was able to rent the car because a contract never generated, however they have not refunded my $345.91. I have put in a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, which this address never came up in their system. I don't believe this is a legitimate business. I have also contacted the state inspector's business office to inspect this business for fraud. Amex has a red flag on my account for this business. I have also contacted the News channels for business fraud. I'm suggesting that that read the yelp reviews, because everybody seem to have the same story line from this business.
