He responded quickly to texts and had us complete a thoughtful questionnaire about our wine preferences and even our music tastes so he could tailor the experience to us. Communication was outstanding. He called the day before to confirm everything and even offered to contact a winery we wanted to visit when he couldn't personally take us there, just to let them know we were coming. That level of service really stood out. On the day of our tour, David arrived right on time. His vehicle was immaculate, with cold water waiting for us, and he was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Every winery he selected was exactly the type we were hoping to discover. They have great communication skills, helped me through the insurance process and spent lots of time walking me through the trailer so I knew what to expect and how to work...everything...even things I didn't even know about. The trailer was super easy to tow and brought lots of attention everywhere my wife I went with it. It was nice and cold well in Leavenworth and the heater kept us warm and was super comfortable to travel in. I would highly recommend them if you want to go on a one off adventure.

I am NOT a fan of booking a specific site, paying in full (half a year in advance), and NOT getting it, when we would absolutely be showing up at their posted check-in time. I get it. It's a holiday weekend, and you want to maximize your $$$ opportunities, but dang it....c'mon. We went from reserving the best site (#22), to being given Site #1, which is the very first one you see, directly across a beautiful parking lot. Their bathroom was a football field away from the site. It was unisex w/shower, and 8 times outta 10 you went to use it....it was occupied, and someone was taking a shower. You won't--and can't--wait in that situation. I don't begrudge the folks using the facilities in that regard, but it was untenable. Thankfully, I spotted a porta pot off their property that was available, yet still a football field away. It became the Wifey's and my personal pissatorium. To note, we never saw the camp host. She seemed nice when we got a call on our way down to see if we were, 'Still coming?' Maybe we disappointed her when we said we were on our way. I can't help feeling that if we missed her call, Site #1 would have been given away, and we would've been s*** outta luck when we showed up at check-in...

It was clean and felt safe enough, and the staff (which worked the registration window along with the gas station convenience mart) was very helpful and friendly. Motel guests received free ice and coffee from the convenience mart, and there was one set of laundry machines on site. All in all a fine experience, as long as you don't mind that style of lodging. Outdated but clean enough. We were thankful.
