This is the second time we've stayed here, and it really is a wonderful park. The facilities are impeccable, the streets are clean, and they even have a year round swim in pool (it's indoors). The office staff is very helpful and the grounds keeper is quite friendly! Loooong spots that accommodate big rigs. We are 62' with an F-150 and we easily got in our spot. There is an RV dealership Nextdoor that has several service bays if you need some work (we did not utilize this) and just about 500 yards down the road is a brewery and restaurant. Others shops and restaurants are well within a mile of the park. We highly recommend this park. read more

Tina the manager is very rude and some dishonest staff. We were told we could cut branches of the tree to fit RV with many slide outs and she approached us with a bitter angry attitude. I was warned by other long term residents she evicts people a lot, simply for not liking the site of you, as she did to us. I lived in/rented apartments for 26 years and have never been evicted in my life. I would not recommend staying here especially long term. read more

(This review is for the reservation/cancellation policy) We had reserved a spot to tent camp a few weeks prior, not planning for cold weather. As our reservation date became closer, we decided to cancel within the allotted time frame of which to do so and there were no issues. I had mistakenly first emailed to cancel my appointment with our reservation number, only to read further down into the page that cancellations were only taken over the phone. Goodness me! I couldn't unsend the e-mail but my husband called the KOA office at 9am to cancel over the phone. In the interim, a calmly written e-mail response stated that they could only cancel reservations over the phone (mercy on me, thank you KOA). Hubby completed the phone cancellation without hassle (thank you Tara) and it was only a $10 fee, the rest was reimbursed. Whew! So easy! read more

Went to use the dump station because their website said it was open to the public for $10. Went in the office and an extremely rude old woman stated that the dump station was not open on weekends. Clearly this facility has no intrest in customer service. If I could, I would give them a minus 3 stars. read more

It felt like camping in a trailer park. Old ratty full time trailers with way to much crap all around. Maybe if they had a separate entrance to the place for the newer side? It was without a doughy the least favorite KOA I've ever stayed in. I'm surprised KOA is even okay with the way it is set up. All that being said, the newer side looked much nicer. I would suggest calling the old section the trailer park and having a separate entrance for the new side. Make that the KOA. Would never visit again. Sorry, KOA's standards have slipped if they are willing to be associated with this place. read more

This has to be one of the cleanest EV Parks around. We stayed here passing through and found it quiet, clean, and perfectly adequate for our 39' rig and trailer. Customer service was friendly and polite and we even had a "Follow Me" cart take us to our spot and ask if we needed anything. I would definitely stay here again. My only complaint would be the smoke. I mean, seriously, what about giant HEPA filters in the sky above the RV Park to keep the air clean? Alright, probably too much to ask. read more

My husband and I stayed at the KOA and the front desk staff were so kind and helpful. The sites are skinny and close together but the yards were maintained and it has a pool with hot tub indoor and a laundry room on site. We have stayed at the Pasco KOA twice now and had good experiences both times. The KOA has expanded adding a section that consists of two rows of pull-thru and surrounded by back-in sites. We have used the pull thru spots both times since we were just overnight. The sites have FHU with duals were ports, 50/30/20A service with strong power and no errors on my EMS/Surge Protector box. Like all KOA locations, easy booking online and definitely join the club to get discounts. This location offers curbside check-in and an escort to your site. The utilities at are the very back of the site so it may be necessary to adjust your position on the spot depending on the length of your water hose and power cable. Plenty of width for slides and nice new grass with a table. Plenty of room in front of my 40' 5er for my 1-ton LB CC truck to disconnect. Friendly staff and CLEAN bathhouse. Did not use the indoor pool, but possibly on our next trip. New area has a playground for my kids to enjoy. Location is at the end of a road with a RV dealer next to it and surrounded by roads so not too inviting for outsiders to come in and peek on your rig. Saw employees "patrolling" the grounds in the carts and well-lit. Another awesome thing is they pick up your garbage bags at your site! We will definitely continue to repeat our business at this location. The main area has a RC vehicle track. There are long-term residents, but the area around their rigs was not trashy or excessively cluttered. I completely understand people need to have items outside their rigs and decor to make their place home. See you next time! read more

Friendly staff easy to get out and the grounds were all groomed. If this was more than 45 bucks I would have gave this place 3 stars. read more

this used to be my favorite KOA in Washington state. Before they built their new addition, they kept everything pretty clean now with the new addition (phase 2) the service, and the cleanliness has gone down notably. I've been there now four times since the new addition and random different times and each time it's been this way. I think now they're catering to the monthly crowd, and that has severely change the dynamics of the park read more

Not sure why this place has such high stars but it sucks. Office staff aren't on the same page and told us we would get money back if we didn't stay the whole month. WRONG. The old lady who's a "manager" in the office is crotchety and takes it out on her customers. They're fine when you want to stay but when you actually live there or tell them you're going to be leaving they're rude. Definitely won't be staying here when we come back and I will let my friends know who live in tri cities to not stay or have friends or family stay. Not only that but it's mostly older people living here and it seems they cater to that. The spaces are small and some of the spaces have random crap outside. Stay at rapid horns- we are regretful we didn't. We're just going to bite it and lose acouple hundred bucks because it's not even worth arguing with that rude old lady lol sorry your life is full of regret and you hate it maybe find a new job that doesn't include working with the public! read more

We stayed for three nights in the new section. This time of year not very busy or crowded. Seems like lots of long term campers but the new section is clean, lots of space, clean bath/shower rooms. All in all my wife and I and our dogs enjoyed the time (even thought pretty cold!). read more

Yes, it's close to a freeway but it's not a hidden secret since you made the reservations and not dropped off. Tina and Travis (management) are hard working folks that are very customer oriented. They go out of their way to be helpful as best they can. Nick and Steve are the guys that help guide you to your spot and keep your grounds beautiful. They work very hard to keep the pool and grounds clean and green. As for the tent site complaints about grass, we were there for a month in our 5th wheel, those tent sites were always occupied. If plastic/nylon is sitting on grass that can't breath and get water and sun then it dies. So tent campers take responsibility for your actions and quite bitching about the shit you caused. Laundry facilities were clean and in working order, the pool was popular; I didn't partake, but because people do not rinse off before getting in the pool had to be shocked frequently thus having to be closed earlier and once again people would bitch. Try getting a pool and inviting everyone to it. People don't care for things they don't earn or own so take that into consideration when you blame the park and staff. They are doing the best they can. Dog run: yes, two are gravel however, after talking to the staff, those were put in by the previous owner and they have two grass areas in the front of the park that your dogs are welcome to. These are not fenced but they just got one near the office with a small white picket fence that is grass and has some shade that you are welcome to use. Long term residence: yes, they are there but I walked that park with my dogs numerous times and never saw run down trailer or trash piled up outside. Consider that there are people on fixed incomes and this is what they can afford. They were kind to me and took care of their sites. We were invited to gatherings at one residents site and sang karaoke. It's was fun. Occasionally people would go past quiet time but usually no more than an hour and in talking voices, not loud music or parties. The worst noise maker for me was the Harley rider that went to work at 4AM and had other means of transportation but used that which is his right. I'm a light sleeper and can't go back to sleep when I'm woke up so needless to say I was tired 3-4 days a week. He is a long term resident and wish he had to follow the quiet time rules like the rest of us 10-8 but I may not know a side to that story that would explain it. Just my personal opinion. Saturday morning breakfast was good and I would recommend it. They also have a playground but I never went to it as I do not have small children. This KOA is well maintained and very clean. It's along a busy highway and there are a lot of full timers here but none the less, it is a real nice place to stay. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, especially since we were broke down for over a week. There is an indoor swimming pool, hot tub/spa & a workout room. The laundry area was clean and well maintained. There are plenty of washers and dryers to accommodate. There is a clubhouse but I never made it there. Even though people around the tri-cities drive extremely fast I would recommend taking some time and explore the area as it is really beautiful around here. Travis and his wife (whom I didn't get to meet) manage the KOA and do an amazing job. Their workers/crew were always there to help when asked, right down to where the best restaurants are. Camped here in a tent with four of our grandchildren.The staff (owners?) are very friendly, as are most of the people who frequent the place. We had conversations with a number of the guests. This is really a campground for trailers and RVs, though, but the spaces will accommodate tents. Our thin, nylon walls did not keep out the noise from the nearby highway. The playground area is kind off smallish, but most of the people here were more interested in the pool, anyway. Free WiFi. Had a little trouble logging on. Speedy enough. Very clean bathrooms. The cg is full of older campers with full timers who keep too much clutter/junk on their sites. It might be better if they had an entrance for overnighters or weekly people so they don't have to drive thru the ugly part. But... they also have full timers in the new section with decent campers who also have a ton of junk, with kids bikes flowing into the street and a fenced barking dog who barked every time I went outside. It's like 2 different campgrounds in there. The noise of the highway and even the street noise of cars with no muffler flying by is pretty bad too. Sites are very narrow so you are very close to your neighbors & why not pave the sites? Oh 1 more thing, pick 1 day to mow the lawn, someone was out there with a mower 4 out of the 7 days we were there? I kept moving my stuff (lawn chairs) thinking ok todays the day they mow... nope wrong wrong wrong. Finally on the 4th day they mowed. Overall it's a good place for a night or 2 since it's right off the highway! read more

In-laws are coming to town to spend time with their great-grandchild, needed to make a quick reservation as things were full due to a softball tournament. Had a reservation for the next night had it for less than 10 hours but can't get a refund because the cancellation has to be before 24 hours. They won't give them a site number so there's no way to know if they're collecting a double rent. This is not good customer service and we will not recommend this place to any family coming through town. read more

First of all, in my opinion this is NOT a destination campground. It is right next to the freeway and very close together. The dog run is not like the website, no agility toys, and the indoor pool (which would be good in winter) is only open until 8pm. It is however very clean and they pick up your garbage each morning. They need to enforce the speed limit, with paved roads people seem to forget kids are riding bikes all over. It does have a nice playground for kids and a field to play in. Since my idea of camping is woods and privacy I will not be coming back unless it's just to stop on our way to our destination. Note: city ordinance says no individual fire pits. This is not a campground fault but good to know. read more

Lots of permanent residents vs. campers....we are campers and would rather not camp in a trailer park. We stayed at the KOA Pasco on the last night of a 23 day trip through 5 National Parks so it was a bit of a let down. It was clean and well maintained and they did come around in a golf cart to pick up the trash every day and it was close to restaurants and stores in Pasco. read more

We are on our last night here,it was a good base to explore the tri-city's area from. Wi-fi don't bother it was to slow to use. Traffic loud, more monthly rentals than campsite rentals. Poor matience, staff seems uneducated at their job. WiFi never works right, prices are outrageous! Bare minimum for your dollar, storage units have no power or lights. Not open 24hrs, Opens late and closes early. They are also not climate controlled, Everytime I have gone there for something.. the cops are there because of another break in. Also had an employee in my storage unit without my consent twice. Seems to be an easy target for thieves, since the management and owner won't do anything about it. Somebody hit my camper in their storage and broke two of my jacks and they told me too bad so sad it's your fault for storing here. and that nobody will look through their cameras to see who did it. Then when I decided to store my camper at home so it was safe, they refused to give me my storage money back that I had given them two days prior (which was late because nobody EVER answers the phone or returns messages) place is an absolute joke and the lady at customer service is rude has terrible people skills.
