The agent was eager to put me a hunk of crap (a big Toyota 4-runner with big tires that made it sit higher than every other car on the road), knowing full well no one would willingly ask for a car like that. It had been smoked in, and the chemicals used to mask the smoke smell made it even worse. The tire pressure was all over the place on 4 tires - 42, 37, 39, 32...so the truck smelled, and it was unsafe. Agent also tried to interest me in purchasing a car from Enterprise (he knew my car had been totaled in an accident (not my fault)). Another agent called me a day into the rental to ask me again if I'd be interested in buying a car from Enterprise...to which I said 'no, never'. They put me in an ugly garbage can that my children could barely climb into, it smells like crap, tire pressure is unsafe, and they think I might be interested in buying a car from them?! Never, ever returning to Enterprise! Oh, and I just received the toll bill for the 1-week rental --- $60, of which $25 is a "Convenience fee". I was told the fee was $3.50, NOT $3.50 PER DAY --- SCAMMERS!!

First annoying thing was that the driver they had to pick me up, went home for the day. Like legit went home...before noon. Not because of an illness or emergency..."Oh, he wanted to go home." Like what? People were waiting when I arrived - thankfully due to the autoshop who dropped me off - and it was hard to tell if they were busy or ignoring people as at times customers would try to get some of the employees attention and be ignored. It took a while to get to me and he was mostly okay, but seemed annoyed I wanted to verify the rental chosen for me was either at or below the daily allowable limit. I figure that's a pretty basic question. I didn't care about what car was given to me, other than it didn't go over what insurance was willing to give. They lent me a Kia Soul. It was very clean, sparkly, and ready to go. I learned I do not like Kia Souls, but the car worked and it let me know to avoid Kia dealerships, since I had it for a little over a month. The return experience was so much better. People were willing to help you right away and anyone waiting seemed to be legitimately waiting, not being ignored. It was a whole different shift crew too. Or maybe Hertz cleaned house in that month. I have no idea. I recommend using the Google Maps recommendation of going through constellation field, as it gets you straight into the airport and you'll see the random cars parked in front of the beige-ish building. I'd give them another go, since it wasn't exactly a completley horrible experience, just frustrating at times.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about this Enterprise location. I was in a state when I…read morearrived from the body shop, as my car had been badly damaged by a tire flying off an 18 wheeler that same morning. Zubin and Esther took such good care of me. Yes, there was a bit of a wait, but they were honest about the situation and I had no problem sitting for a while. (The World Cup was wrapping up and other Enterprise stores had evidently borrowed inventory.) I requested a large SUV to accommodate my son's car seat and equipment, and even with few options, they were able to pull off a miracle and find one for me. I ended up having a long conversation with both Zubin and Esther about the process with my insurance company and the entire rental and return policy. They are just the nicest people and truly made it all easy to understand. Lastly, there were a ton of people that showed up around the same time to pick up rentals, and they managed to get everyone set up and out the door in seemingly record time. It is worth noting that both opted to stay after closing hours to make sure everyone was accommodated. You certainly don't see this kind of customer service everywhere anymore! Moral of the story: You may have to wait a little bit, but it's for a reason, and Zubin or Esther WILL make sure you get a car.

When I asked about alternatives, the manager on duty responded aggressively and suggested I take my business elsewhere. Despite this, I remained professional and agreed to take a sedan, requesting a reasonable rate adjustment to reflect the lower vehicle class. At that point, the manager stated he was refusing service entirely and threatened to have me escorted from the premises. This interaction was unnecessary, unprofessional, and inconsistent with the level of customer service one would expect from a national rental company. Mistakes in vehicle availability happen, but how they are handled matters--and this situation was handled poorly. I expect Enterprise to take issues like this seriously and address customer service standards at this location.

I went to a satellite location where my repairs was being done, so nobody was at that location unless previously scheduled. I called them, and they were kind enough to pick me up from that satellite location and brought me to the main branch just a mile away. Everything went smooth and there was no trouble with the insurance lending me a rental car. I was in and out, and they eased any anxiety I had about this situation I was new to. They came out with a very clean and very well maintained car. I had no trouble driving this for two weeks. It was however on the cheaper end that I wished I could've gotten a more fun and powerful car that I'm accustomed to. But hey, you take what you can get with a body shop rental. When I returned the car, the insurance paid for everthing as expected. She greeted me with a smile, which I always appreciate. Overall, I was very pleased If I had to gripe about one thing, it would be the car that I received. My daughters have high mileage cars (makers Japanese and German) and try to keep them in great condition. Century has proven to be a trusted automotive care source for both routine maintenance and repairs. Their service goes well beyond transmission repair to just about any concern related to cars. Their hourly rate is less than the dealerships and no attempts to upsell you on items beyond the immediate reason for the visit. The staff is very capable and do a great job of explaining any service or functionality of car's parts impacted. I especially appreciate the follow up after the service to confirm all is working well.

The attendant literally said "Im going to just mention something and you can just tell me yes/no and I will shut up about it."
