I'm an avid renter and just began using this location. I generally have an "okay" experience until…read morethis week. I reserved a rental from Tuesday to Wednesday. On Tuesday upon picking up the vehicle I paid 350.17. Later that day, the location processes a refund of my deposit while I was still in procession of the vehicle (which was rejected due to my card being locked) only to attempt to take again, 3am in the morning. Upon returning the vehicle I was charged again, for 50.17 (cost of the rental minus the deposit) both charges were posted to my financial institution. While attempting to resolve this i called the branch, only to get the same individual every time who would just ramble and lie about hearing from corporate yesterday when I onky spoken to corporate that morning, and just proceeded to tell me anything just to get me off the phone. Even talking over me and cutting me off mid sentence despite mine calm demeanor. The enterprise corporate person said they just needed to resubmit the refund and problem would have been resolved. Its clear that someone messed up and is trying to cover their behind. So I currently still without of 400.34 (350.17 + 50.17) and 1700 points with no resolution in site. Although this location is super close to my house, id caution anyone to find another location to rent from until they get themselves together.

Yes, there was a bit of a wait, but they were honest about the situation and I had no problem sitting for a while. (The World Cup was wrapping up and other Enterprise stores had evidently borrowed inventory.) I requested a large SUV to accommodate my son's car seat and equipment, and even with few options, they were able to pull off a miracle and find one for me. I ended up having a long conversation with both Zubin and Esther about the process with my insurance company and the entire rental and return policy. They are just the nicest people and truly made it all easy to understand. Lastly, there were a ton of people that showed up around the same time to pick up rentals, and they managed to get everyone set up and out the door in seemingly record time. It is worth noting that both opted to stay after closing hours to make sure everyone was accommodated. You certainly don't see this kind of customer service everywhere anymore! Moral of the story: You may have to wait a little bit, but it's for a reason, and Zubin or Esther WILL make sure you get a car.

Worst rental car experience I have ever had…read more I was supposed to pick up my rental at the Sugar Land Airport location. I waited for over an hour, and they never opened. I then contacted the company, and the phone representative sent me to the Sugar Land location, telling me they had a vehicle there for me and that she booked it. When I arrived at the Sugar Land location, I was told the vehicle was reserved for someone else and that I could not have it. So despite having a confirmed reservation and being told by the phone representative that a vehicle was available for me, I was left without the car I reserved. At that point, I had no choice but to settle for a minivan just so I could make it to a wedding in San Antonio. Because of this entire mess, I arrived late to the wedding. What made the situation even worse was that I was given the runaround about being compensated for all the inconvenience. I was told they would take care of it, so I trusted that. Two weeks later, instead of receiving the promised compensation, I was charged the full rental price. I called the Sugar Land office to address the situation, and the representative simply kept me on hold. This was completely unacceptable from start to finish. I made a reservation, showed up as instructed, was sent from one location to another, was denied the vehicle I was promised, had to take a vehicle I didn't reserve, arrived late to an important event, and then was charged full price after being told I would be compensated. I have rented cars many times, and this is by far the worst rental car experience I have ever had. The lack of communication, organization, and customer service was extremely disappointing.

When I asked about alternatives, the manager on duty responded aggressively and suggested I take my business elsewhere. Despite this, I remained professional and agreed to take a sedan, requesting a reasonable rate adjustment to reflect the lower vehicle class. At that point, the manager stated he was refusing service entirely and threatened to have me escorted from the premises. This interaction was unnecessary, unprofessional, and inconsistent with the level of customer service one would expect from a national rental company. Mistakes in vehicle availability happen, but how they are handled matters--and this situation was handled poorly. I expect Enterprise to take issues like this seriously and address customer service standards at this location.

Brittany at this location is on another level. She gets me in and out so efficiently every time. She's professional, effective, and genuinely caring. Every time I pick up my rental, it is clean, gassed up, and ready to go. The check in process is seamless, and I always receive the keys with zero issues, in record time. What truly sets Brittany apart is her dedication. I was running late one day due to a rideshare delay, and she actually waited for me to arrive just to hand over the keys, something she didn't have to do. That meant so much. This is my second outstanding experience with her, and I just had to leave this review. Brittany consistently goes above and beyond. She's hard working, passionate, and truly values repeat clients. I always rent from them when everybody ran out of cars. They have compact, medium, luxury and passenger vans available also. Their check out process is easy but be sure to send them your insurance before you go to them or it might take time to process. Cube is the way to go. They sell used cars as well so I thought that is a cool Idea to rent a car and if you like it you can make a deal to buy the car.
