I'm an avid renter and just began using this location. I generally have an "okay" experience until this week. I reserved a rental from Tuesday to Wednesday. On Tuesday upon picking up the vehicle I paid 350.17. Later that day, the location processes a refund of my deposit while I was still in procession of the vehicle (which was rejected due to my card being locked) only to attempt to take again, 3am in the morning. Upon returning the vehicle I was charged again, for 50.17 (cost of the rental minus the deposit) both charges were posted to my financial institution. While attempting to resolve this i called the branch, only to get the same individual every time who would just ramble and lie about hearing from corporate yesterday when I onky spoken to corporate that morning, and just proceeded to tell me anything just to get me off the phone. Even talking over me and cutting me off mid sentence despite mine calm demeanor. The enterprise corporate person said they just needed to resubmit the refund and problem would have been resolved. Its clear that someone messed up and is trying to cover their behind. So I currently still without of 400.34 (350.17 + 50.17) and 1700 points with no resolution in site. Although this location is super close to my house, id caution anyone to find another location to rent from until they get themselves together. read more

I honestly cannot say enough good things about this Enterprise location. I was in a state when I arrived from the body shop, as my car had been badly damaged by a tire flying off an 18 wheeler that same morning. Zubin and Esther took such good care of me. Yes, there was a bit of a wait, but they were honest about the situation and I had no problem sitting for a while. (The World Cup was wrapping up and other Enterprise stores had evidently borrowed inventory.) I requested a large SUV to accommodate my son's car seat and equipment, and even with few options, they were able to pull off a miracle and find one for me. I ended up having a long conversation with both Zubin and Esther about the process with my insurance company and the entire rental and return policy. They are just the nicest people and truly made it all easy to understand. Lastly, there were a ton of people that showed up around the same time to pick up rentals, and they managed to get everyone set up and out the door in seemingly record time. It is worth noting that both opted to stay after closing hours to make sure everyone was accommodated. You certainly don't see this kind of customer service everywhere anymore! Moral of the story: You may have to wait a little bit, but it's for a reason, and Zubin or Esther WILL make sure you get a car. read more

They never have enough people. Expect to wait half hour for someone to help you. Then when they check you in they need to wash and prepare car. They do not have cars ready to go. Rented multiple times and is rhe same every time. read more

Wow, this place is horrible. We waited 2 hours for our car and the line was out the door. Seems as if this place over books reservations and doesn't have cars available. Enterprise you all need to do better! This is unacceptable to have customers waiting for this long. read more

I needed a rental during repairs to my vehicle after a rear ending. They hooked me up quickly and efficiently. Due to issues with the insurance company, my need for the rental went beyond the stated estimate of time needed. Enterprise was friendly and helpful during this time. They even went above and beyond in also contacting the insurance company to insure that a payment approval was given for the additional time. Kudos to Enterprise. read more

Alexander was rude. The team lacked communication minus one woman on their team. I was scheduled to swap out my rental car for a more affordable one since all they had at the time of my pick up was more expensive vehicles and when I arrived during the designated time, I was told they don't have any cars. Instead of trying to help me figure out a solution, Alexander kept asking me why I wanted to even swap my car out in the first place as if it was an issue. I would've appreciated if someone called me to let me know there were no cars available before I drove far out of my way for no reason. Now, out of nowhere I have been charged $164 with no explanation and I haven't even turned in the car yet. This location has been a headache to deal with. No car/no warning - I called the day before to reserve a car at 8 AM. When I arrived at 8 AM, I was told I was not in the system. So odd, as they called me the day before with demands that I call the insurance company to upgrade the vehicle. The insurance company agreed to update the vehicle, but somehow the scheduled time of 8 AM had been lost. Apparently, they were looking for more customer payment instead of customer service. The car scheduled for 8 AM would not be ready for 2 PM - I was told that the car scheduled for 8 AM would not be ready until 2 PM. This came even though I had spoken with them twice over the phone. Keep blinds closed - When they did not have the car ready, I had to call up my wife to pick me up. I opened the blinds so I could see out when she came. I was quickly reprimanded for opening the blinds. Is it possible that they close all the blinds just keep customers from walking in? After all, that would be more work for them. This was a dark and rainy day when they insisted on keeping the blinds closed. Musty car with 3 quarters full only - When I finally received a car, not the type I had requested, it was musty and dirty. The tank was only 3 quarters full. I was told to return in 3 quarters full. Not exactly sure how to do this, or even if I should, as there was a tendency to forget everything else at this location. There were other problems. Just rent it this morning, and the car they gave me the transmission was busted. The car didn't go more than 40mph nd the rpm was at 7 all the time. The computer was not working when in reverse. Called and was told that I needed to pay for an upgrade, a came in with the car an a nice front office person was kind a their was a car available and she gave it to me. Let's see how it goes. They need to give the person answering the phone some customers service training. read more

Very disappointed in their customer service. Understandably, it's a small location so that's their explanation for their small allotment of vehicles. But that isn't their main concern - it should be their lack of proper customer service. They are quick to respond and lack ability to listen. At the moment, they are at best administrative robots with an inability to empathize with clients. If issues arise with the vehicle that isn't at the hands of the customer, why should they pay for any financial difference for the company to rectify the situation? Their answer: "yes, since it's a different sized vehicle". The real answer should be: "we understand your situation and will make sure you are taken care of and on your way very soon". I'm a believer in both personal and professional growth. Thus, I wish this branch bridges the gap of where they are now and where they should be. read more

Judy is rude and these people confirm dates and pick up times if you have a insurance claim just to call you back and say they dont have anything available and that no one is actually going to pick you up. Bad for business and terrible customer service. I've called off work for them to pick me up and now judy tells me that no one is able to, claiming she doesnt like how im addressing things with her because i lost money from work dealing with Enterprise. I would not recommend this establishment. I rented a vehicle here for about 20-22 days. I gave 100 dollar deposit, paid toll fees x2 (receipts after each time paid, said zero balance when received in email). I received notice about those. I also was just billed 177 dollars on top of my deposit, without notice. I received no email or any indication as to why i was billed 177. I called customer service and they cant find the charge, and could not help me. I talked to another chat agent and they said my insurance didnt pay 5 dollars a day for my rental and that why my bill was 277... 5 dollars a day by 20 day rental is not 277. I am waiting for someone to call me, they are aware that they need to call me, because My credit card seems to be billed as a bank? I would not recommend this establishment at all. this car rental place has got to be the worst place I have been too.. my flight was canceled 8 hours before my flight on Christmas Day and I couldn't find a flight out from California to get me back home to Texas went to enterprise car rental and they wouldn't help me because i didn't have a major credit card, they wouldn't make any expeditions , let them know I did have a credit card but my father had passed away and we max it out for funeral cost but still they didn't care at all.. they were horrible in our time of need .. I had my debit Crdit card and they would take it at all. they were going to get paid no matter what but they didn't care, from the I went to budget car rental and they helped me out with my debit card .. I will never go to enterprise ever again... lots of flights were canceled and they should of made an exception but they didn't read more

I've visited this location twice. Once for vacation purpose and the other due to someone rear-ending my vehicle. Both times I've been there the staff was very friendly, genuinely acted interested in me, were accomodable to my requests, worked to provide the vehicle of my choice, were funny as well, paid compliments to our party, and worked with us to make both experiences favorable ones especially my last one. Being distraught with the accident left alot on my mind. Last thing I wanted to do was experience issues with the agency as I've typically incurred when traveling via air cross-country at airport terminals. This was a nice change and they didn't try to upsell you or make you feel bad for taking the intermediate-size car over the full-size :) Lastly, I'd like to mention that the individual who provided me the keys and did the walk-around was extremely polite, courteous, and professional. That's the service we all come to expect. I'd highly recommend this location. read more

Reserved a mini van for our vacation a month in advance. Pick up was at 9AM on a Sat. Upon arrival there was already 3 people ahead of us. (Only one person working.) When it was our turn about 30 - 45 mins later the woman working told us they didn't have any vans that we had reserved but that they had an Armada. I asked why she didn't call & she said she did. I asked what number & she said we don't have one on file for you so I said so you didn't call. Our requirement was a van that fits 7 people and 3 pieces of luggage. Not only did the Armada not fit our criteria but I was surprised such a vehicle was offered to us being that it was not clean & had bald tires. The Enterprise rep told us we could try a few of the other Enterprises around town. Serious? We were suppose to be leaving & now we had to track down a rental as she was unable to. When you call any of the enterprise numbers someone foreign picks up & you can't understand them or you stay on hold for 30 mins. I would never rent from this location again. We left 3 hrs behind schedule for our trip. read more

He was very professional, courteous, and efficient. Upon returning my rental, Donnovan was able to resolve some issues regarding my account. He was very helpful. Service was fast and I was upgraded immediately as they didn't have the car I'd reserved. When I returned the car a week later the employee behind the counter greeted me by name, even though he wasn't the man that helped me during the initial visit. All the staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. And of course they returned me to my house after I turned in the rental.
