There is an electronic registration Kiosk outside for 24hr service and you can actually get your unit and a lock. Just FYI, you will need to come back to do the physical paperwork though.

It was unfortunate that the scratch impacted two panels of the car, and most places charge by panels. Sunrise tentatively quoted me ~$300, and it was finalized at pick up for ~$400 since they had inputted the numbers into the computer. A bit of an unexpected price bump, but I thought it was within reason. It took them about 3 business days - they are closed on weekends. The impacted area looked as good as new when I came to pick up. I think they even did a quick clean of the car's interior and exterior and thoughtfully added a paper floor mat on the driver's seat.

The price of an oil change may be a little bit pricier than a Mr Car Wash, but I feel better about coming here. Ben first told me about how my car and other Toyotas tend to burn through oil quickly. Sometimes when I came in for 3k Mile oil change, I would have almost no oil left. Ben was the first one to tell me to check it every thousand miles and add more as needed. This past time, I heard a weird grinding noise on my brakes. I came to take in my car. Ben wasn't there but the other guy looked at it and said that my brake rotor on my back passenger was damaged and I needed to repair it before more damage. It was $250 for 1 brake rotor and pad repair and $320 for both. I figured it made sense to get both done, since he's already working on it. He got my car fixed in around 3 hours on a Wednesday before Christmas. So thankful! He was super helpful, quick, knowledgeable and efficient, especially for being the only guy there that day! Wait room only has 4 chairs and some National Geographic magazines. Usually no one else is waiting, so it's fine! Xfinity Wifi is available and is pretty fast.
