This is my 3rd time having to come to this location. Please do NOT rent any vehicles from here. They will have you sitting and waiting for cars for 5 hrs and then come and not have any cars. But then again you might as well NOT come here anyways because they either have no vehicles to rent, or will put you in a vehicle you are not supposed to be in, its always something at this Enterprise location. TL;DR: Predatory upselling at this Enterprise branch. I was referred by my insurance company during the repair of my car, but the staff still aggressively promoted an unnecessary 'Damage Waiver' and ultimately charged my credit card $400 for coverage I didn't need. Because the rental was arranged through my insurance company, I didn't expect to be sold extra coverage. At pickup, staff insistently promoted a 'Damage Waiver' without explaining or clearly stating it was optional insurance. Later, when the manager contacted me to extend the rental due to ongoing repairs on my car, I agreed to continue what I assumed was part of the insurance company's arrangement, not realizing it would be billed to me personally. When I called and questioned the charge, the manager, clearly trained for this question, claimed the waiver was required by Georgia law and claimed I'd agreed to it over the phone. It isn't required by law. Georgia only mandates that renters be told it's optional. Enterprise refuses to refund or share responsibility. Renters beware: this branch uses predatory upselling tactics and fails to clearly explain optional fees. read more

i wasn't able to get my rental because i had not updated my license since turning 18. i had been in TWO not at-fault accidents in the span of three days and was under extreme stress. HOWEVER, the branch manager saw how stressed i was because of everything and drove me to a fast food place and bought me food. it was a huge act of kindness in such a stressful week. i will be coming back once i get my license updated! :) read more

Great service all-around. Deion, the person who checked us out when we returned the vehicle, was a real pleasure to deal with. Very personable, friendly and helpful. The perfect example of what an Enterprise representative should be. The check-in service took a lot longer than I expected though. I think it took about 45 minutes for us to get our vehicle. But, it just seemed to be because it was a very busy morning. About 8 people in there that morning. Overall, great experience and it left a very positive impression on us. What a terrible experience. Reserved a midsize car to be picked up at 230 pm. I went early around 2 and told me no cars were available. Asked me to come back around 3 pm so they would put aside a car to reserve. I thought that was what the reservation was for. I come back around 315 and was told we have your car. One of the agents said we'll give you a free upgrade. I walk out and they want to give me a large Cadillac SUV. With the cost of gas I just wanted the midsize car and don't worry about the free upgrade. Well, it turns out that was the only car available. It isn't a free upgrade when they are just trying to give you the only car available. When I asked for a midsize that I reserved was told it might be available before five. Might? This place is full of incompetence. I had a reservation to be picked up at my business location at 3pm, they called to reschedule to 4-4:30, assuring me that they would be there at that time. No one arrived, then they call me at 5:15 to see "if I still need to rent the car!". I tried to call back but you can't reach them after 5. I also called twice before 5 and the phone must have rung 30 times before I assumed they were not going to answer. Called back the next day to be told they couldn't pick me up at all today. I rented from enterprise at the Cobb County location (4880 Lower Roswell Rd Unit 640A Marietta) and they were amazing. I caught covid in the time between renting and returning. I called the Cobb County location to see if I could return the car at a closer location as I would be required to walk home since I couldn't Uber or call a taxi (because of the covid). I called THIS Enterprise to let them know I was dropping the car off and to make sure they took the proper precautions when handling the car. IMMEDIATELY upon informing the employee over the phone he told me there would be a fee for dropping with them. Then he told me they wouldn't check the car in for a few days so it would be best to not drop it there or I would rack charges. He then put me on hold, came back and said his manager said I can't drop the car off here. I got off the phone and called the Cobb county location to confirm there are no charges or fees where I was informed that there is no additional charges for dropping off at a different location in the same area. These guys at the Roswell Enterprise were the LEAST helpful. Instantly aggressive. Instantly adversarial. And worst of all liars, and potentially scammers. Again I'm WILDLY grateful that I rented from the Cobb County location and will only be going back there. This Enterprise should be gutted and restaffed. read more

I called enterprise and reserved a car within 3 minutes. When we arrived we were greeted with a warm welcome and quick efficient service. When renting a vehicle, one would prefer to go to the closest location to where he or she lives. In my case, nope. I like to go to the facility with the Best Manager, great employees, smooth running business, clean and polite! The site manager for 10670 Alpharetta Hwy is O'Hara. He is professional, moves at a fast pace, business savvy, understanding and remembers his clientele! I got blessed to be able to work with O'Hara on a customer level at two locations that he managed! Rented a vehicle from here, initially returned with no issue. Received a claim submitted to my insurance company 3 months later that I damaged the car by placing Diesel fuel in the tank. Employee lied, saying I filled the tank up at local BP gas station and mixed up the pumps. The alleged damage was discovered 26 days after I returned the rental. Even though I have the receipts placing Unleaded gas in the vehicle within an hour of returning it, this claim is still being pushed forward. Enterprise local branch, Risk manager, customer service and damage recovery unit are giving me the run around. I hate writing these reviews but in this case, I have to. They are straight up crooks! I got rear ended last May and had to get a rental car from the guy that hit me. I was told to go to Enterprise. I will write another review about how disgusting and unprofessional the place I got my car from in Marietta is later. I dropped my car off here. When I dropped it off, everything was fine. The lady went out to look at the car and came in and said she needed to show me something. She took me out to look at the hood. She claimed there was a tiny ping in the hood. I couldn't see it. And she was like yep, we need to fine you for this. I seriously looked around like I was on Candid Camera. I saw nothing. She pointed at NOTHING. She even gave me photocopied pictures of the hood THAT SHOWED NOTHING!! Then they sent me a bill for $225 for what she herself described as a tiny ping. TO THIS DAY IN JANUARY OF 2013 I am still fighting them over an imagined ping in the damned hood. Do yourself a favor, steer clear of this Enterprise, and the one in Marietta. Or all of them. I recently made a confirmed reservation via the phone, received an email confirming. After 4 phone calls. The reservation was confirmed at 10AM, at 10:40 was still not connected to the office. I was constantly put on hold and after a few minutes on hold was disconnected. The call was to the Roswell office. I'm extremely disappointed with the level of service provided. Well finally got through at 10:45AM, guy said they would call me before being picked up. How long I asked? 10 minutes. Hmmm, 11:36 and no call. They close at noon I believe. I have used this Enterprise location about 4 time int he past 10 months. Each time, it has been a pleasure. The staff has been nothing but friendly, timely, informative and professional. The online reservations are easy and quick to set up. My only complaint is that I have rented cars that weren't "cleaned"' out. So I drove off twice with other customers water bottles, floors that need to be vacuumed and/or miscellaneous debris still in the vehicle. I needed to rent a car while my 2001 QX4 gets serviced. I called Enterprise and they gave me a pretty decent rate on a premium. I got a jet black 2008 Maxima for $32/day which I'm pleased with. Recently I rented a car here for a weekend trip. Great price & service. Trip went fine, dropped off car on Sunday evening. Monday I got a call from Enterprise telling me the car had damage somewhere on the lower portion of the front end. I had no reason to believe anything had happened to cause this mysterious damage. I had unfortunately declined their insurance which would have increased the rental cost by about 60%. At the time I picked it up I told their guy there was smear of white paint on the lower corner of front bumper, he blew it off so I did too. I recently rented a mid-sized sedan from this location while my car was awaiting repairs for a recall. I was not happy about having to drive a rental car at all, but the folks at this Enterprise made the experience painless. Despite the huge volume of customers they had acquired due to the massive recall and my dealership's partnership to obtain cars, they worked with me to find a car that met my needs. I called Enterprise asking where they were and they said they couldn't find the reservation, even after I provided them with the confirmation # and explained I had an email confirmation from the prior day. Now I have to dispute yet another charge. This place is a complete and total nightmare. This was supposed to be a free rental covered by insurance and I am already in for over $200 -- for a three day rental for a beat up, un-vacuumed Hyandai Tuscon. Be wary. I booked through Kayak. Price was satisfactory. When I arrived there were only two kiosks out of maybe 5 working. I didn't have to wait long to get my car and the car was clean on the inside, a little spotty on the exterior. The reps were friendly and helpful. I booked Budget first, but when I heard about the long wait I canceled and went with Enterprise. Did not regret it! Ended up being cheaper and I got a better car. read more

I'm a dedicated Enterprise rental car user, and was picked up from my house by Enterprise Friday morning May 11, which was Mother's Day weekend for a rental that I reserved on line two day prior. Got to the Enterprise store located at 10670 ALPHARETTA HWY ROSWELL, GA 30076-1429, and the guy who waited on me was very condescending and snappy with me. He asked for verification of my ID, drivers license, two credit cards and two utility bills and stated would be taking $250 for deposit. I noticed his attitude and asked for the manager after letting the worker know that I didn't appreciate it. Plus, the tiny vehicle he was trying to put me in wasn't what I reserved. The worker who is a white guy, says to me, "Do you want the car or not" in a snappy tone. I said, get your manager , then I walked out side to get some air after being treated Horrible. After coming back inside, the manger says to me, "I decided not to rent to you, because my employee told me you were combative with him." I said are you serious! Then the manager tells me, "if you don't leave this building I'm calling the Police." I worked in law enforcement 911 for 8yrs and knew that I did not break any laws. Then I told the manager that they had picked me up from my home and that I would need a ride home. The manger refused the give me a ride home, which left me stranded. My foot was swollen and I could barely walk, but he didn't care, and kept threatening to call the police on me. I will never rent from this location. I was able to rent a vehicle at another Enterprise location with employees who were very professional and did not ask me for several forms of ID. All I needed was drivers license, and credit card to pay. The experience between the two places was like night and day. 10670 ALPHARETTA HWY ROSWELL location has rude employees and a manger who supports their bad behavior towards the customers and lets his employees manipulate him with lies. The managers here were unhelpful and rude. Because I only have a debit card and not a credit card, I was unable to get a car without bringing in multiple bills in my name for the past billing cycle. When I brought in my bill, which is all-inclusive, it was deemed insufficient because I needed two. When I explained that my bills are all-inclusive, they still would not work with me. I showed them a series of my rent bills in my name for successive months. They rudely told me they couldn't trust me with a $15,000 asset based off of my one rent bill. I eventually got a friend to rent the car for me, after I was already late to my meeting. When I did get it, it smelled like smoke and was poorly taken care of. Clearly they were just sticking me with the worst car as "punishment" for being so difficult. I will never go back here again and would warn you not to do it either. Staff professional in person & on the phone. Car with cloth seats given to me was smelly of smoke and had dirty stains everywhere. I asked for a new one since my asthma was acting up from the smoky smell. They asked me to call back the end of the day to see if another car will come in. Called the end of the day and was told they'd call me back in about an hour. Never rec'd a call from them. Spent all day trying to exchange a car. Kept the car for 3 days - drove with the windows down in 93+ degree temperature. Customers are not taking care of at this branch.
