My experience with Enterprise has been the worst of any company I have ever dealt with. If I could choose zero stars, I would. I am not being melodramatic. You will not be treated as a human being. You will fight an uphill battle for people to do their job right. You will be overcharged. I have never encountered a company that is not just apathetic, but malicious. I needed a car for long-term rental while my work in public service needs me in Georgia, assisting GA residents. I picked a car up from the airport, re-upped my contract each month at the local branch, and returned the car to the airport when I left. I bent over backwards to help them fix their many mistakes, even when they were repeatedly condescending. Over ten months on this trip, I've paid enterprise $15k. I'm Platinum status. At the end of it all, they snuck in a $100 drop fee on me. For bringing a car I got at the airport, back to the airport. I called the branch, they said too bad. I called enterprise customer service a dozen times over several months. Reached the highest level of escalations. They said again and again they intended to refund the drop fee. I never got a call back, always had to call them. They never refunded it. I had to dispute the drop fee to my bank. And guess what? ENTERPRISE PUT TOGETHER A MULTIPAGE REPORT TO ARGUE I OWE THE DROP FEE. Must have taken someone hours. Meanwhile, I still haven't received a single call back from anyone about any of this. I'm still trying to fight it. RUN from Enterprise, especially this branch. You will feel what it is like for a company to hate you. Their customer service has no power or desire to help you. The branch is staffed by children who likewise cannot or will not help you (Po and Maddie). Until I see some resolution I will use a different service and encourage my colleagues to do the same. The service and staff here is by FAR the best rental agency. I visit my family often in this area and have rented from a few different agencies but no more... this is my go to place. They are quick with checking out n checking in your rental. The staff is the most amazing professional group I've ever dealt with in ANY rental car facility. If i could give 0 stars i would. We Booked a convertible vehicle 2 months ahead of our trip. A rep called on Tuesday to confirm the reservation and advised they would have a convertible. The day of pickup they didn't have any convertibles available . They advised the vehicle is infested with ants. I even asked to use that vehicle and vacuum it out myself and they said no. They never had the vehicle and just lied. I won't ever rent from this location again. read more

Unbelievable! I have never experienced cars that were that filthy and smelly. I was given the choice of two cars at this location and was shocked at the interiors. The Toyota SUV had a big hole in the carpet on the drivers side which I was told by the representative that Enterprise no longer will purchase mats for the Toyota's because they were a 900.00 option and they continued to be stolen. Say what??? Don't you check the condition of the car when it is returned and if the mats are missing wouldn't you charge the customer? Instead you choose to rent this vehicle as a representation of your company?? The drivers seat looked as if someone had peed on it. YUCK! The interior was scuffed up all over and it certainly did not look as though it was detailed inside. Front windshield was very cloudy and not at all clean. The Honda CRV was just as bad except for a hole in the carpet. I could not stomach the awful smell. They did send a representative to another store to retrieve a different SUV and guess what? If you guessed it was just as bad then you would be correct. DING! DING! Needless to say I left without renting anything from Enterprise and will think twice before ever using them again. read more

Enterprise Rent-A-Car - Car Rental Near Me - Alpharetta, Georgia

This parking lot sucks. Other reviewers are correct that the stock photos posted here and on google are not representative of this location. I came to grab food at the little lunch market next door. This was my first time in this parking lot and I saw one spot when I pulled in next to the enterprise car return. Once I realized there were dedicated spots to the restaurant , I decided to move my car (and people who were parked there had just left). There was no sign where I parked saying Enterprise only--there are plenty of those. Regardless, they washed a car and parked SO close to mine that I had to go in through the passenger side. There was at least a foot or more of space on the other side, but I watched the employee back in as close as he could to my car. Why would he do that when there is clearly plenty of space to park so we can both get in and out of the cars normally? I can't recommend this location after this experience here--especially when there is one on highway 9 maybe a mile away? A little kindness can go a long way--and from my experience that is lacking here. read more

Beware of this location. Aidan an employee here fraudulently charged my credit card over a grand. Aidan did so while on the phone with me, adamantly promising my card would not be charged(as this is a rental provided by an insurance claim) Do not trust them to handle rentals provided through an insurance claim unless you have legal representation on retainer. Hello all, I had the need of a large SUV this past week and decided to go to my favorite Enterprise location. I've rented vehicles from this location over the years and it will remain my go to location. The staff is always very friendly and professional. I sometimes observe the staff working with other customers and I'm impressed with their patience and professionalism. I made my reservation online and received immediate confirmation and details of my rental. I also got the best price available in comparison to other rental agencies. On pick up day my vehicle was ready except for windshield washer fluid low. I informed the staff and they apologize for the oversight and quickly serviced it and had me on my way. The vehicle was nearly new and had all the bells and whistles. I had a trouble free trip of just under 1,000 miles over the next 4 days. The vehicle was great! Return was as easy as the pick up. I really like the staff here because they make the difference in a pleasant experience versus anything less. If you're looking for a rental vehicle this is your place! read more

He extended our rental without another deposit making it very convenient for us. He upgraded our car and made sure we were 1000% happy. I truly appreciate all his help. I'm biased. I use enterprise all the time & have experienced the best & worst customer service imaginable at every level of interaction. I keep coming back because the overall attitude of the staff is cordial and welcoming plus they always have the best deals, the rental process is simple & easy. This branch just added my guy Victor who ran the nearby Exotics location. I imagine that his addition to the already great staff here makes this place one if the friendliest places to rent from. They've got a stocked inventory & are eager to get you rolling. I appreciate the effort you go thru to keep us hurrying agitated renters happy!! read more

The staff are nice, but the service is sooooo slow! It took them 40 mins to get me my rental ready because there were 8 people waiting for their cars and only 2 staff members. They didn't have a compact economy car available, so I was offered a Jeep instead without having to pay extra. read more

Always a friendly staff and easy in and out. I like that they are conveniently located near where I work but also that they offer pick up services and drop off as well. I have rented from this location many times after Hertz have always failed to deliver. Their closest location for a replacement vehicle is the airport from Alpharetta? Con: - Waiting time can get long to get or return a car. - Not much cars to choose from. - The car I got didn't even have floor mat. This place is terrible the staff knows absolutely nothing and are slow as hell. I had a rental car through my insurance company after an uninsured driver hit me. The insurance company ended the rental and I called this enterprise 4 times to find out how much it would cost to extend the rental. Each time they told me it was still covered under the insurance company and they'd let me know when it comes to an end. I start getting calls and texts and emails from them constantly telling me that I shouldve returned the car 3 weeks ago which happened to be during the time I called to find out how much to extend it and was told that I was fine and the insurance company isnt paying for it anymore. This would've been fine if these didnt start a day after my phone and wallet had been stolen. The card I had on file with them which they had charged multiple times before the insurance company had ended the rental. I contacted theM explained the situation to them and let them know once I got my new card I'd come in to put it on file and pay the balance. I returned the car as soon as I could and went back in to pay a day later once I got my card. I had called to make sure if I took an uber there I'd be able to get another rental otherwise I wouldn't go till Monday because I'd have a ride on then. They assured me once the balance was paid I'd be fine to get another one and finish car shopping but just as youd expect as soon as I paid they said we can't get you a rental till loss prevention reviews this. That would have been pertinent information to have before I paid 20 bucks to get there but I guess they dont give a shit about customers. read more

I got rear-ended in the rental car, barely any damage to the back. They turned into the insurance company damages on the car that were not from the accident. When I rented the car and did my walk around for dents , scratches and/or any other damages, things that were already damaged got turned in to be fixed for free. I think that's insurance fraud. They also charged my credit card the deductible without telling me. read more

Do not use! I had scheduled a pick up for 9 am when I called they said someone was on the way - they did not confirm address. One hour later and they were still not there claimed they had wrong address for pickup - however if they had been at my house at 9 am they would have realized they were in wrong place. They never followed up and I canceled they did not apologize either!!! read more

I had a previous good experience here but this time around it was terrible! Morgan the manager was very rude, very unpleasant, and speaks in terms of "I" "my store" and even when talking to other customers on the phone she states "I close at..." The other two young ladies were very nice. The driver who dropped me off was a young man who did not even say hello, he walked I front of me to the car and I followed him, I didn't know which car he was going into and he just got in and closed the door...I was left there saying to myself 'oh this one, I'll just walk over to then passengers side' The shuttle was so dirty it's ridiculous! I was being dropped to a repair shop where my car was and I pointed to my vehicle which was further down. If he just stopped in front of the repair shop and parked the shuttle. I told him my car is over there, and he just drove to my car as if I asked him to drive me to Timbuktu! He had earphones on, and I'm not sure if he was listening to music or whatever. Whatever happened to service? I'm a nurse and I go in to work everyday knowing and praying that I will give my all to my patients. I have rented from enterprise for years and this was the first horrible experience. I hope they improve, work on common courtesy, and clean that shuttle for heavens sake! read more

Terrible experience with this place. They would not listen to me when asking what I wanted. I needed a car while mine was in the shop. I suspect that since insurance was paying, they were doing me a "favor" by giving me a large car. Well, I didn't want that. I wanted a small car that would fit in my garage, I would feel comfortable driving, etc. I offered to pay large car rates for a smaller car and they told me none were available. There were 6 smaller cars on the lot and I can't imagine that all of them were reserved. I was miserable for the 3 days that I had the car I got from them. Next time, I will walk or take a cab elsewhere. read more

They purposely left me and my child stranded. I typically don't write reviews, and if I wanted to I like to make good reviews on excellent service because there's enough bad reviews out there. Unfortunately I have to fall in that category and hopefully this will be my 1st and last bad review for any company. I had a reservation for a rental car at this location at 4pm yesterday. I had called and scheduled a pick up at 1pm. The manager Morgan had answered the phone. I think her name was Morgan. Anyway, she was very sweet and let me know that they were backed up and didn't have any cars yet but she has me on the list and will contact me as soon as something pops up. The pick up wasn't a problem, they just didn't have enough cars and were waiting for returns. As 4pm approached I hadn't received a call back so I called again to follow up. She let me know they were still backed up and my name was coming up. I thanked her and let her know that I was off work so under the circumstances I am going to change the pick up location and request pick up from my house instead of my job. We thanked each other and had gotten off the phone. She called me at 4:53pm to let me know that they had something coming in and that a driver will be here for pick up. The driver arrived at my house at 5:49pm. He was really sweet. I live 15 minutes from this rental car location and between the 15 minutes they had called the driver twice to see where he was and rush him because I guess they closed at 6pm. We arrived to the location at 6:10pm. I understood that they were ready to go and I let them know hey I'll be quick so thats a good thing. I said that because I've rented from this location multiple times and they always had me in and out. Needless to say it didn't turn out that way. She told me because I had my debit card I will need two utility bills. The very first time I rented a car there I needed this and I had given it to them. After that they had never asked me for it again even when paying or reserving with a debit card. She explained that I will need it each time that I come in with a debit card. I said okay and I went to their computer to pull up my utility bills. My electric bill had a past due alert but as soon as I logged in but my balance was at a $0 balance and had been for a couple of weeks. The alert hadnt been updated but she said they couldnt use that because of the alert. She asked if I had a check stub. I told her I can only access it internal. She said I can come back tomorrow. When walking to the door I asked how will I get back? She looks at me and says "I don't have a driver. You'll have to call an uber. You can come back tomorrow but we will not be able to pick up or drop off" and she closed and locked the door. I was so shocked and did not know what to do. I've never used uber before. Me and my child walked to the corner and I pulled out my phone to research options. I saw her and another employee get in different vehicles. She just looked at me and sped past me. I've rented from this location several times. The only time I had to bring a utility bills was the first time. I don't mind pulling having it if its protocol. That was not the issue. I've spoken with her 3 times yesterday. Knowing that it was time for them to close, if they wanted to leave asap she should have asked "are you paying with debit or credit? Please make sure that you have the following when you come in so we can make sure we get you in and out or so that we can make sure you have everything you need." I could have printed a check stub at work. I could have had everything if I knew, because again, I've been paying with the same card and have never had any issues. I was shocked at the lack of compassion. It was around 6:30pm and it was getting dark. We were stranded outside and the location of this place isn't a place for anyone to be stranded. There's not much around from what I know. Based on the manager's demeanor and this experience alone I would give this place less than one star if I could. I had my child with me. I've never had a problem renting from them prior to this. I camt blame my experience on the entire company, but i will never rent from this location again. My Experience was a bittersweet experience to say the least. Now the pro was that they let me downsize my Rental car for price reasons. Con the gentlemen who I will never use again straight up lied to my face about the maximum on my insurance i could reach which was a few hundered dollars. He Said "you will not go over that" Which I had to learn with them taking out a 237 dollar security deposit which i was never told about. And the Gentlemen at the Alpharetta store never told me either. Well I called the call center and the two guys who i spoke to were no help and finally i spoke to the supervisor for corporate she finally emailed them. Huge inconvinience and when the store contacted me in Alpharetta who ever it was tried to argue with me and make it seem like it was ok for what they had did. Started negotiating with me! wasnt having any of it. Finally the saving grace was the great reigonal manager who was nothing but professional and gave me the money back and compt 3 days of the rental I hope those employees learn the policies because if they dont it might cause the company alot of buisness.
