    My experience with Enterprise has been the worst of any company I have ever dealt with. If I could…read morechoose zero stars, I would. I am not being melodramatic. You will not be treated as a human being. You will fight an uphill battle for people to do their job right. You will be overcharged. I have never encountered a company that is not just apathetic, but malicious. I needed a car for long-term rental while my work in public service needs me in Georgia, assisting GA residents. I picked a car up from the airport, re-upped my contract each month at the local branch, and returned the car to the airport when I left. I bent over backwards to help them fix their many mistakes, even when they were repeatedly condescending. Over ten months on this trip, I've paid enterprise $15k. I'm Platinum status. At the end of it all, they snuck in a $100 drop fee on me. For bringing a car I got at the airport, back to the airport. I called the branch, they said too bad. I called enterprise customer service a dozen times over several months. Reached the highest level of escalations. They said again and again they intended to refund the drop fee. I never got a call back, always had to call them. They never refunded it. I had to dispute the drop fee to my bank. And guess what? ENTERPRISE PUT TOGETHER A MULTIPAGE REPORT TO ARGUE I OWE THE DROP FEE. Must have taken someone hours. Meanwhile, I still haven't received a single call back from anyone about any of this. I'm still trying to fight it. RUN from Enterprise, especially this branch. You will feel what it is like for a company to hate you. Their customer service has no power or desire to help you. The branch is staffed by children who likewise cannot or will not help you (Po and Maddie). Until I see some resolution I will use a different service and encourage my colleagues to do the same. EDIT: In reply to Michelle, anything short of a call from a manager and a refund is a joke and an insult. My rental agreement #7LTRL1. Call me.

They are quick with checking out n checking in your rental. The staff is the most amazing professional group I've ever dealt with in ANY rental car facility. I travel n use rental cars all over the USA and no one compares to this place. cars are always Ready and Clean. Service is the most friendly and efficient.

I work 2 miles from here and with traffic in Atlanta this was my best option. I was greeted warmly--excellent! I thought this is going to be a great experience! I'm taken to a Nissan Sentra that has all the windows rolled down and asked to sign agreement on the tablet for payment, tells me no smoking, fill up the gas tank, etc... awesome, I even get upsold to buy the coverage that protects me for $6. I load the car up and then notice the front fender is detached from the front bumper and the back tire is missing a hubcap. The vehicle also had a strong odor of cigarette smoke being masked by aftershave. I sit in the car and contemplate requesting another vehicle. I decide since I'm traveling for work to request a change of vehicle--this just doesn't seem safe and not what I paid for. I go back inside the storefront and there is my representative asking me if there's a problem. I informed him that there is a hubcap missing and the front bumper/fender issue. He very dismissively says "got it, you don't want to drive in it." He then says I have another car for you and takes me to a Hyundai Accent. It is a much smaller car than what I was placed in previously. I unload all my event materials from the Sentra and into the Accent. Sit in the drivers seat and see that there's only half tank of gas and it is super stinky. Great-Seriously, Great. I contemplated just canceling everything and expensing my mileage at this point. I'm on a time crunch and have a 3 hour drive ahead of me. I decided to take the car and just start my road trip I have to be at my destination by 1pm. So midway into my drive, I want to stretch my driving leg a bit and attempt to cruise using "cruise control" a basic feature you would think all cars have. Guess what? Yep- no cruise control, I would have gone without power windows to have cruise control for my road trip. Point of my story is it was a truly awful experience, I will never rent from this Enterprise again. I was deceitfully given a vehicle that had major safety issues--it really should have been taken out of service and repaired. Then, I was downgraded to an entry level, inexpensive vehicle that didn't match my needs (cruise control, full gas tank) and was CHARGED for an intermediate vehicle. I did not receive a refund for the change in vehicle category. I checked forums when I reached my destination, the Accent is an compact vehicle, Sentra was an intermediate vehicle. Oh and I returned it with a full tank of gas, costing me an extra $15-you're welcome. I'm a pretty low maintenance customer, but this is not how you should treat your customers. Read your reviews, they will tell you so much about what happens in your doors.

I was referred by my insurance company during…read morethe repair of my car, but the staff still aggressively promoted an unnecessary 'Damage Waiver' and ultimately charged my credit card $400 for coverage I didn't need. Because the rental was arranged through my insurance company, I didn't expect to be sold extra coverage. At pickup, staff insistently promoted a 'Damage Waiver' without explaining or clearly stating it was optional insurance. Later, when the manager contacted me to extend the rental due to ongoing repairs on my car, I agreed to continue what I assumed was part of the insurance company's arrangement, not realizing it would be billed to me personally. When I called and questioned the charge, the manager, clearly trained for this question, claimed the waiver was required by Georgia law and claimed I'd agreed to it over the phone. It isn't required by law. Georgia only mandates that renters be told it's optional. Enterprise refuses to refund or share responsibility. Renters beware: this branch uses predatory upselling tactics and fails to clearly explain optional fees.

Unfortunately, they have poor customer care and always deny car confirmed rental on the last day. With my luck, I started doing business with Roswell (Mansell Rd) agency and they have been pretty professional. The reason for this review is to appreciate Julia at Mansell Rd, Roswell, GA. She has been an asset to Avis. She tries to resolve problems, care for customer's needs, and gives a lovely human face to this agency. Every time I go there, I feel like giving them more business. Unfortunately, Julia works weekends only and don't get to see her all the time but all I can say is that Avis management has done an excellent job hiring such dedicated workers who bring care and professionalism to this location.     Avis charged me $250 for a cleaning fee for a vehicle dropped off at Roswell, GA on 06/26/2026…read more Both myself and an Avis representative examined the car upon it's drop off, it was in good condition both interior and exterior, and the representative told me "I was all set" before I left. She even sent me an ereceipt of the correct charges of $770.41. If she had any concerns, she should have let me know before I left, but she told me it was good, and I did not observe anything which required cleaning other than general cleaning. After I left the location and returned home I received another ereceipt with an additional charge of $276.88 which was for a miscellaneous fee of $250 plus tax which brought my new total to $1047.29. This resulted in the extra charge of $276.88. I contacted the location directly and spoke to the manager RJ aka Rahil said he'll review charges and get back to me on Monday June 29th. I have yet to receive a call fro him. I contacted Avis customer care several times and they claim the charges are valid and were submitted by the location's manager RJ. They presented photos of the 3rd row seating only where the cihildren were seated showing minimum snacks that fell on the rugs. I don't believe that justifies a $250 cleaning fee. I've rented from Avis in the past and have always returned vehicles in the same condition as this and was never charged. This charge was at best mistake and at worst deceptive or fraudulent, and I will avoid Avis in the future. I vow to never rent from AVIS again and will spread the word to all family, friends, colleagues, and future renters to do the same.
