This company sorely needs to update their website and phone tree -- They still list a zion national park shuttle route on their website, but that doesn't exist anymore. They talk about a "private car" service in their phone system, and that also doesn't exist anymore. I booked a flight to st. george counting on this company to get me to Zion at a reasonable price, but now the only way they can accommodate that is with a taxi for $175 per the phone representative. Uber and Lyft will get me there for $70. Please stop falsely advertising services that don't exist. (as of 2/5/2026) read more

We tried to book a shuttle from St. George to Las Vegas for our minor-daughter. My wife never received an email confirmation. After emailing St. George Shuttle about it, she received a confirmation for a family of three on a different day. She replied, saying it wasn't our daughter's, and never received anything. Since they were not responding, we decided to dispute the charge. We never heard from St. George Shuttle until the day we were supposed to have used them. We disputed the charge on the grounds that St. George Shuttle had not lived up to their end of being hired. We had no proof they had our daughter's reservation. We did have a nearly $100 charge on our card though. We had zero faith in their ability to transfer our minor daughter to Las Vegas International Airport. They, of course, provided our card company with proof of a reservation. It was the first first time we saw it. Sadly, we lost the dispute and our nearly $100 fare. I am writing this to caution other customers about St. George Shuttle's lack of customer service. It does say on their website no refunds. We're at fault I guess. We just don't feel it is fair for them to take our money and not reply to multiple inquiries. I know computers mess up. We attempted to fix an error but couldn't get a reply. I Was stuck at Las Vegas airport with no money credit card and no cell phone. I was able to use the customer service phone in the airport to call my best friend to let her know I stuck ok let's get the St. George Shuttle driver to call her nope he had no time to help very unpleasant with me I told him I had been rob but he did not care... Won't ever use them again So BAD on St. George Shuttle. To my rescue Executive Shuttle Service unfortunately with mt state of mind at that time I cannot remember the driver's name. He took such good care of me. Talked with my best friend April to get her credit card number and got me on his shuttle and on my home to Mesquite N.V Also a passenger gave me half of his sub. Took more than a week to get pricing which was both higher than previously quoted and didn't make sense that much shorter trips were much more expensive than the longest trip. Awful communication. St George Shuttle lost my carry-on luggage. I flew from MSP to Vegas in Delta with carry-on. Provided it to Tim at shuttle upon check in (with ID) boarded the shuttle. When we arrived in St George, my carry-on couldn't be located. Between the times of me boarding and arrival in St George, 5 other passengers came and left the shuttle, creating both distraction to Tim (the driver) and the inability for me to maintain the control and ultimately be responsible for my own luggage. One passenger decided to get off the shuttle and wait for the next one. In unloading her luggage Tim could have set mine off the shuttle and left it behind. The same type of scenario could have happened at the other stops in Mesquite and Beaver Dam. In fact Tim mentioned 'almost giving away a set of golf clubs' to another passenger. Watch the video - you'll also hear him mention, needing a drink and driving off the road numerous times but blaming the wind. I'm out around $2,000 of replacement value items with a company that points to a corporate policy that they have memorized due to the poor service they provide. Customer service is non-existent. Highly recommend anyone but St George Shuttle. read more

Great customer service!! I booked a round trip shuttle and then had 2 subsequent schedule changes. Each time I called to request a different day or time, they were so helpful and easily accommodated my request. The drive was accomplished quickly and safely, with on time pickups and drop-offs. And the pricing was very reasonable. Our first trip was a full mini-bus, so it is important to make a reservation in advance to get a seat. Our return shuttle was an executive van. The seats were individual and spaced apart, definitely more comfortable. I believe they also offer private transportation if you have time constraints or other issues. read more

I'm never driving to Vegas again. So worth it to kick back and read/sleep/listen to music while getting shuttled to and from Vegas. Highway 15 for several miles north has been under construction for years and I dread driving it. Never again. The drivers have all been amazing, too. Although the buses are clean and the driver's professional, not all of the seat belts work. I don't recommend using the taxi service offered on the website, as mine did not show up. I've called 5 times and still cannot get a refund for the taxi. read more

Got a shuttle for my 81-year-old Dad to take him from Salt Lake City to St. George. After waiting on the curb for an hour, he saw them drive-by. Later, they would call him and say" the curb was too busy to pull over and they're already too far away to come pick him up". So now my dad with memory issues are sitting on the curb at the airport in Salt Lake not knowing what to do and the company won't call either one of us. Unfortunately stuck with St. George Shuttle again because of my flight time. Spoke with both Christine and Anna so far and regretting dealing with this company as feared. I need to park at the main office in St. George after driving from Cedar City to take a shuttle from St. George to Las Vegas Airport for a week. The online parking permit reservation doesnt work and neither Christine nor Anna seems to even know of its existance so now I have to drive an hour each way to pick up a permit at their office because they refuse to help with the online option and wont help me over the phone. This is a big shuttle service with "customer service" that doesnt care becuse they dont have to. This means that if I dont get a permit in advance, and there are none available when I leave in a week, than I will either have to cancel my trip last minute with no refunds on anything or expect to pickup my car from impound when I get back. What kind of service is this? Update: Called back to talk to Shaun the Manager because Christine told me he would be in by 9:30 this morning. I called and christine answered again took my name and why I was calling and asked me to hold. 12 min went by so I called from another phone while still on hold with my cell. Christine answered not knowing I was the same person and told me the Shaun the manager isn't in and wont be in until 4pm today. So she's just putting me on hold knowing that the manager isn't even there. Will try again after 4pm and update again. The photo shows where I can enter my shuttle confirmation number online for the permit but there is no continuing after that. No "submit" or "ok" buttons and pressing "enter" does nothing. read more

THANK YOU ROBERT!!!! My sister and I were taking St. George Shuttle to the Vegas airport when, unexpectedly, snarling winds, smacking rain, roaring thunder, and crazed lightening hit. And seriously, I've never seen so much lighting and rain ever in my entire life. We were receiving multiple emergency alerts as the roads/freeway were completely flooded. Our driver, Robert, remained calm, cool and collected the entire way! He even joked that the lighting storm was like an "80s disco party." We were all very on edge due to the dangerous weather conditions and Robert made the entire ride so enjoyable and took our minds completely off of the situation at hand. My driver was extremely rude. He was getting upset when he would ask a question and nobody would answer as if it was a requirement to talk back to someone who is speaking to you disrespectfully. He actually said to me if it were up to him he'd have sent my bag back to Vegas and blocked my number. I have always had a good experience with them. Drivers have been good drivers, mostly friendly, and I always give a tip. My biggest complaint is just the size of the vans. It can feel quite constraining at times. Other than that I like these guys more than the express company because they have more stops in Salt Lake. read more

I just got off the phone after being on hold for over 10 min. They were unable to answer my questions. This is not my first bad experience with them. I had a shuttle booked from Cedar to Vegas and the shuttle driver was more than 1 hour late with no communication. I called and they gave me the drivers number..and he said he was still over 6 hours away somehow. Then he yelled and swore at me and hung up. I called management and they said a manager would call and I would get a refund. NEITHER of those things happened. Horrible horrible customer service. The drivers also run late. read more

We use the shuttle frequently - last business trip my husband took the late shuttle to Vegas and the office was closed. The shuttle driver did not have any parking passes to give to the shuttle riders and assured the riders their cars would be fine. His was not it was TOWED! Made a reservation for a shuttle from Las Vegas airport to St George. Flight cancelled and tried to cancel the shuttle well in advance of their 24hr policy. They will not refund my money. Only want to give a future use credit. Problem is I'm moving to California and won't have future need for their service. Bad business acumen. The St George Shuttle ruined my trip. I was supposed to ride from Cedar to St George and then transfer to a bus to get to the Vegas airport. The shuttle was over two hours late getting to Cedar and when it arrived the driver dropped off the passenger they had and didn't check the waiting area for other passengers so he left. I missed the connecting bus and my flight out of Vegas. They had no backup drivers or any way to make any of it right and the manager that was supposed to be on duty was AWOL through the entire ordeal. I get that traffic and delays happen but it's ridiculous to offer so little help to customers in those situations and to expect passengers to rearrange their plans around a shuttle service rather than providing any kind of alternatives. I will NEVER be using this shuttle again. read more

I've been contacting supervisor Sean Matthew's for 8days straight trying to get reimbursement for a trip I did not take due to them overbooking it. I was seated and supposedly (according to the person who took the driver's call) added to a different bus time that was more convenient for me. When the bus was leaving and already driving out of the spot 15min after the scheduled take off, a woman showed up and Rich, the driver, pulled back in and asked me to exit the bus so she could have a seat. I was fine with it as long as I could get reimbursed and Rich said that would be no problem and to contact the supervisor. I've left a personal voicemail on his extension, messages with the receptionists, held on call for 30min or more waiting for his pick up, and even been promised specific times for a call back. All to no avail. Needs much better customer service and I need my reimbursement. Considering contacting the better business bureau. read more

Very flexible with adjusting itineraries due to airline's flight changes. Their drivers are always speedy which I don't mind, and knowledgeable of construction, detours, etc. I love riding the St. George Shuttle. Free water bottles is a plus. read more
