Fraudulent damage claims. Long story short, I rented a car on July 24 for 24 hours and returned the car on time. I then get a call from an employee 3 days later making false claims about hail damage. There were no reports or actual hail storms during this time. I then reviewed the email from picking up the car and there was no documented car damage, which is how they can get away with making these false damage claims. Luckily I took video of the entire car before leaving the parking lot and when I returned it and there was no new or additional damages compared to when I picked it up (yes I mentioned this to that woman who is making the false claims). I advise anyone to video record the entire car, including the roof and the interior to protect yourselves from these false claims. I have never experienced this when renting a car and I will never rent from this location again. I also reported this location to the Better Business Bureau for fraudulent business practices. read more

I got a message that they were sold out of the vehicle I booked to pick up tomorrow. I've been trying to call them back for over 2 hours. I've been hung up on 4 times (hear them pick phone up & slam it down) and on hold for over an hour today. This is ridiculous. Still can't get anyone on the location to answer a phone call. I can't imagine the service I'll get when I show up tomorrow. I'm actively looking at other companies now. read more

I was sent here by the insurance company liable for my car accident. 1. An intern incorrectly told me my spouse had to be present to rent car as damaged car is under his name. He 100% had to be there I was told, meaning he had to leave work. HE DID NOT NEED TO BE THERE, When I asked why I was told that the answer was "oh that person is an intern and doesn't know" 2. I waited 50 minutes after checking in to receive a car because there were NO clean cars and 4 people after me also needing cars. The car I received was still drippy wet. How does a rental car agency with pending reservations have no clean cars 3. The woman working up front should have prioritized waiting customers over couriers that were coming to move cars to other locations. She also should probably use good concealer on her hickey because the jacket wasn't hiding it. She was nice enough, but also an intern and you could tell. 4. The lobby, like the cars, had also not been cleaned. Are interns running this branch? Why is there only one person? If I'm ever in this position again I will avoid this location. I do not understand how this place stays in business. I called the airport location yesterday after being in an accident. I get the rudest person ever in the phone and she states they do not work with USAA. I come to this location and they are sold out and offered no assistance. Oh wait. Some people actually live within their means and don't need to borrow money from credit card Companies. My insurance company set me up with a rental from this location. I was in a tough situation without a car and this manger was in such a rush to leave (poor customer service) He didn't take the time to talk to me and I was trying to rent for 30 plus days. My credit card is under my full name ( I verified with the bank) my name is so long that it won't fit on the card. Because of that they would not rent me a car. So rude because of the manger would have just stopped and taken the time to talk to me, it all could have been verified. I was left stranded with no car to work and traumatized by an accident that left me trapped in my car. They didn't care. The young lady at the counter was in training. Her her training from this no people skills manger who doesn't care about the business or it's customers. My insurance company (State Farm) was also surprised with the poor service. State Farm got me a car with Hertz. They were awesome and much cleaner. I do not recommend this company specifically the one on Broadway at all. That manger has no manger skill. Go down Town to the Hertz. They are much better and they care. I also see many one star reviews from this location. Don't waste your time with them. I know they will respond to this review like they did with the other one Star reviews and a few fake reviews to up there score. Go to Hertz downtown; Much better service. read more

Wow! I have rented from Enterprise many, many times and in various locations, but this one is by far the worst experience. They don't have many available vehicles and when I came to pick up, they told me what I had reserved was not available. Soooo, why did I bother to make a reservation? Initially they gave me a vehicle that someone clearly had a fender bender in and was trying to cover it up. I refused to take it because I didn't want to be held liable in some way. Then, they gave me the "new 2019" car that had just been received. New or not, it looked like it had been rode hard. They didn't bother to remove the writing from the windshield they replaced and it was missing the weather strip and piece from the roof. Ummm...well, I guess it drives and I was already late for work at this point. 1 hour and 45 minutes later I was finally on my way out of this place! read more

Not sure if it is a franchise issue or what but never have the best experience with enterprise. Had to go here for a rental after my car was rear ended and in the shop. Took over a week for them to have a vehicle available for me despite have a reservation made. Once I got there had to wait about 30 min for them to get the vehicle ready. All in all the vehicle drove and had some what of a working ac... it was basic and not great but luckily had it less than a week. Turning it took forever as one person was working and so it took forever. The staff was friendly just wildly overwhelmed with work and greatly understaffed read more

Great service!! With great ease, I made a reservation online and had no hassles in getting the car and dropping it off. I was late picking up the car but they called and assured me as long as I wasn't later than an hour the car would still be mine. Ryan was quick with getting me set up and even offered to explain the Multiple components of the car to ensure ease of use. When returning the car, I accidentally overfilled the gas and they reimbursed me for the extra gas. They seem to love to go the extra mile here and they remembered our prior conversation on my planned travel with the vehicle. Enterprise Representative managing my rental account was extremely helpful in allowing return date flexibility due to rental period uncertainty. No vehicle performance, gas or cleanliness issues. They simply did everything right. Pickup at the airport was quick with much shorter lines than Alamo. Got the Luxury Cadillac we reserved. Hard upsale at the car for extras which was annoying but that's their job I guess. Car was clean with 500 miles on it. Drop off was super easy and painless. We had been frustrated with other companies, and had friends that owned another company, Ricky made it so that we stopped using any other location, company, etc. and are loyal enterprise members. DO NOT EVER RENT A CAR FROM THESE CROOKS!!! They are in the business of scamming each and every customer for additional money due to BOGUS damage claims. The twitchy guy who walked the vehicle with me seemed disinterested and confident there was no damage. After driving off the lot I noticed the smell of smoke, a chip in the windshield, makeup on both sun visors, and coffee stains on the front seat. In hindsight I should have turned and gone back immediately. I drove the vehicle for approximately 2 weeks without another thought of what this could mean for me when returning the vehicle. Fast forward almost a month after renting and I receive a bill for $200 stating they had replaced the windshield due to damage I caused?? I will be contacting my attorney on this matter and then contacting enterprise corporate offices. How can you people sleep at night knowing you are a bunch of dishonest pricks? read more

Scammers! never renting from this company again!!. I reserved a car for a one day rental, picked up on a Saturday and dropped off on Sunday, leaving the key in the drop box as they instructed me to do so because they do not open on Sundays. The rental contract was generated showing charges for a one day rental (plus the deposit) they knew I would be bringing it back the next day and dropping off the key in the drop box, They CHARGED ME A TWO DAY RENTAL!! their explanation or rather excuse, was that even if the car is dropped off the next day, since they are closed, they cannot "check the car back in" until Monday when someone comes in to work. NO ONE TOLD ME IT WOULD BE A TWO DAY RENTAL CHARGE! NO ONE! and whats worse it that this was done TWICE in 3 weeks, without my knowledge!!! Lame, Sad, you think you are finally doing business with a rental car company that you can trust. This location "snuck" the extra charges on me TWICE, without notice,. Outstanding service!!! I can't say enough good things about the service I received here. I rented a car in north Texas and ended up needing to extend and drop off in San Antonio. I tried calling the original store all week and weekend and could get no one. I spoke to the hotline and they said they couldn't access my file, and that I'd have to straighten it out with the original location. They also quoted me an insane price for the one-way and extra days, I had to be in San Antonio for surgery so I just went for it. I was extremely frustrated and swearing I'd never rent from enterprise again. I arrived at the San Antonio Location on Broadway and explained my issues to Marissa (the best enterprise employee on the planet) and she immediately assured me she would straighten things out. She also informed me that I could keep the car for another day for what I'd already paid. I went back this morning to drop it off and spoke to Marissa. She asked if the corporate guys had called and when I said no she took care of everything and apologized for the frustration. She didn't owe me a thing, not an apology or anything, she just went out of her way to fix things. I walked in off the street and she immediately did everything she could to make things right. It's very refreshing to have someone that not only cares about the company she works for but cares about the customers. I rent cars monthly and use Enterprise quite a bit, I've never had this good of an experience. I can't leave out Chelsea, I only spoke to her briefly, but she was wonderful as well. She got me checked in very quickly and did her part to make it the best rental experience I've ever had. Marissa and Chelsea you guys are awesome!
