I highly recommend using this Enterprise office. I went with this Enterprise location through USAA for an auto insurance claim 3 times in less than 2 weeks, because the place fixing our car was horrible. They are also fairly close to Ft Sam Houston. Andrew, was awesome and very helpful getting us through it all; especially the third time, because USAA was not getting back to me about an authorization. Enzo and Chris were also very helpful, especially with picking us up and dropping us off a lot. The cars were very clean and nice and the storefront well kept. Overall it's been a great experience and we are getting ready to rent a 4th vehicle with them, to drive back to Florida, since our car won't be ready anytime soon. read more

I've rented from here a couple of times. While the customer service is friendly and helpful, they are way too slow in moving cars especially for people with reservations. Both times have been over a 45 minute wait to get the car AFTER check-in. Simply not acceptable. I don't reserve a car with the intent to sit in the waiting room for up to an hour for a car to be brought to me. I won't be renting from here again. My time which apparently isn't valuable to this Enterprise location, it is to me. read more

The Assistant Manager, I believe her name is Abby or Abbie, was very friendly, engaging and had a clear understanding of the available vehicles and the pros and cons of each. I never expect much out of rental car locations but this one was amazingly bad. We arrived with reservation at 8:40am. Upon arrival, only one customer ahead of us and he'd been checked in already. There were a total of 5 employees when we arrived. The initial check-in was quick and easy but it took an hour to finally get the car. Others behind us were being told it would be a 2 hour wait for a car. After the first 30 minutes of waiting, I asked what was the delay since they already pointed out the car to us. We were told they were washing the car. It took another 30 minutes for them to pull the car around. The car, a Hyundai Kona, had damage all around, cracked front bumper, scuffs on hood and side and a large hole in the back hatch where you could see the spare tire. read more

Very nice people however, unfortunately enterprise does rent out to anyone that works or has worked for doordash, Uber, Amazon flex etc. Someone hit my car and I'm waiting for it to be fixed at a collision center which can take maybe 2-3 weeks. It wasn't my fault I was hit but now I'm being discriminated because of how I earned my money. read more

From the first time when I prepared my trip here before hand on the phone I had nothing but the best customer service here. I'm a planner so I called ahead and made sure everything was booked and that I would be able to get picked up at my friends's house. Everyone is so friendly and personable. The people that help me were Kevin, Kaylin, Anthony, April, and Brandon. I was really supposed to have the car for only two days but then I decided to have it until Monday but then my flight got delayed on Monday so I kept it until Wednesday. They were very accommodating and worked with me. I love the free pick up and drop off service. After I dropped off the car they got dropped me off directly at the airport. I had a truly striking experience renting here! Erin, the manager, showed me immense kindness when I went to rent the car--it was mid afternoon when I inquired about renting when I was in a pinch. She knew there were some cars being turned in that day and guaranteed that when they came back that afternoon she would personally ensure one was cleaned and kept available for me. She called me when they were ready and I came back to the office. It was a bit past closing time at this point and she still made it happen. I was so struck by her work ethic--you don't see that much these days. Upon returning the car at the completion of my rental she also displayed immense kindness and work ethic. It was close to the end of the work day again and I was in a pinch, needing to turn the car in before heading out of town for a three week trip. She was very understanding and allowed me to turn the car in right away. Another staff member offered me a cold water bottle and made sure I had a ride home set up after I turned in my rental. These employees at this location treat you like they would treat their own family. If I need a rental, I will continue to come back to this location! read more

Representative from this location was supposed to pick me up no later than 5:30pm. I made a reservation around 4:55pm allowing plenty of time for pick up to bring me to their location and finalize a rental. No one came to pick me up at the auto mechanic garage, not even a call stating they would be late or not pick up at all. When I called to talk to a representative at 5:50pm, no one was available to take my call. When I spoke with a customer service representative on the phone, they could not provide me any sort of explanation and exhibited an "oh well" attitude. I will never rent from Enterprise again and will discourage friends and family. The owner of the Auto-Mechanic shop stated he would discontinue referring Enterprise to customers. read more

Recently, I needed a rental due to an auto accident, and my expectations were greatly exceeded. I was expecting an email or phone call regarding my satisfaction, but I haven't received one so far. Alexandria Barron Treviño can be described in one word... OUTSTANDING!!! She was so helpful in my time of need. We suffered a perilous hailstorm and the rental, that I already had, was torn to shreds and there was plenty of rain still to come. I was very concerned as to how I was going to do it with the rear window busted out and the rear passenger window out also. I am a single-father of 2 small children and their comfort is my main concern. Now, Alexandria didn't know this. It's not like I walk around with a sign that says, "I'm a single father of 2 small children". She was sensitive to the fact of what the rental I had looked like. She gave me guidance and put me in another vehicle. She was such a sweet lady and courteous. Enterprise do an awesome job by hiring her.
