BEWARE!!! WORST RENTAL CAR COMPANY!!! Just had the ABSOLUTE WORST experience at this rental car place. We rented a car in Colorado, drove out to Texas and had our tire blow out 50 minutes from our destination outside of San Antonio. We were ubered to this location to get a new car which they were unable to provide until our previous car was towed to a shop, which they told us could take several hours or DAYS! So we waited in the lobby for 2 hours while no one was able to help us get a replacement car and they ultimately got rid of us by ordering us an uber to our Airbnb. We still don't have a car, and the Assistant Manager there, John Rangel, was just as good as useless in helping us get a vehicle to use for our trip. The Branch Manager, Richard Moore, finally stepped in after 2 hours of waiting and he was also unable to get us a different vehicle. The trip was also to clear out my father's house (who just passed away) which we need a car to do. We are so upset and disappointed with our treatment and service here. We will NEVER be using enterprise again. read more

I had a horrible experience with this rental car office for multiple reasons. I will never go back. First, after scheduling a pick up earlier in the week for me to go pick up my car, they did not show up at the scheduled time. They sounded surprised when I called 30 minutes later to ask if they were still able to pick me up. Then once I got to the office to pick up my reserved car, I was greeted with a rude, dismissive, unhelpful staff person. She was the only one at the counter. There were no other customers. After waiting 30 minutes as the woman kept typing information into the computer and long pauses and presenting hoops for me to jump through, I gave her a MasterCard debit card from my bank and my valid out of state license to complete the rental. Then she went to the back office and spoke to her manager and said that I would also need to present a valid credit card because of my out-of-state license. I did not have one. So no car. After returning home and checking with enterprise Rent-A-Car corporate website, there is no requirement for a credit card with an out-of-state license. I'm still scratching my head about the treatment and lack of service I had received. Was it because they messed up somehow and were trying to cover it up?Was it because I had a gay pride logo displayed? I don't know but I will never go back. read more

Great check out service when I picked up! Gave me an icy water bottle during the car inspection. They did upgrade me without telling/discussing rate change (and I did sign for that, just didn't realize). When I returned the car, they made it right and changed my rate back. I had a very horrible experience with this location. I had a rental for over a month due to an insurance replacement that was being paid for by my insurance company. All was good with the vehicle; however, based on my experience the Enterprise ARMS help desk doesn't speak with insurance companies. There is a huge miscommunication on rental extensions. My vehicle wasn't ready until June 5th, However, enterprise indicated my insurance company only authorize through June 1st. I spoke with my insurance company. My insurance company said not to worry about the extension, Enterprise would modify. I'm the type of person that stays on top of my stuff, especially when there are expenses involved. Getting a hold of a human being at the location is a joke. Ironically, after I returned my vehicle the location manager, Ashley, call me about 30 mins later and said I would be getting a refund of $36.12 (deposit) after my numerous inquiries on the rental extension. She thanked me for being a customer, and wanted me to complete a survey on my experience, I felt relief that my concerns were actually being addressed.....well not so fast.....A day later Enterprise charged me over $220! Fortunately, I've spoken with my insurance company, they acknowledged the issue with the Enterprise branch location, they have agreed to reimburse me. Enterprise it's not the same company that they were 10 years ago! Their quality of staff and communication has dropped tremendously! A dear friend of mine is an AVP for Enterprise in Charlotte, North Carolina. Reports and customer feedback clearly support customer service is dropping! For Pete sake they no longer pick up people (Moro), or will give you a clear answer when you question the insurance agreed rates verse what they try to nickel and dime you for. Unfortunately, most insurance companies have a contract with enterprise Rent-A-Car they a direct bill system, if I ever have a need for a Rent-A-Car again I'll go to Avis, Turo or Hertz! Not having any experience about dealing with car insurance , or renting a car, I was sent to this location for car rental. Isaiah piedra( very young man) took upon himself to helping me , way back and behind! He's one of a kind person I ever encountered. Also when I returned the rental car Friday after four pm, Isaiah was at the counter taking care of about at least 15 people, he never stop being friendly and courteous to everyone! I returned my vehicle to this Enterprise after taking delivery of my ram 1500 next door at caliber collision and the following day I receive a call from Alicia that they received Tacoma with damages to the back driver side When I returned the vehicle with no damages what so ever, she then started asking me for my policy number to file the claim and for me to cover my deductible today( which is $1,000) I refused to give her any information and decided to drive down myself After I got there I identified the Tacoma I returned by the license plate and the battery in the back I accidentally left and did not see any damages The manager went out with me and did not see any either and questioned whether it was the correct truck I returned, I assured him it was being I left the battery in the bed & he went to check himself only to find out that they called they were wrong. If I didn't drive down there myself this would've been a huge financial problem for myself being I wasn't at fault. And I dislike the fact that they did not identify the vehicle with the correct person causing me to waste my personal time before going into work to correct their mistake. This is completely unnecessary and could've been completely avoided if they identified the correct vehicle with the person I work for a car dealer myself and we have to be sure to match the vin# of the car we're selling with the customer who's buying & we have more cars. Secondly they did not close the visit & simply only took inventory of the being being they made this big mistake and it would've affected their survey score. Made reservation for full size vehicle last week. Arrived this morning and they had no full size available. Joshua stated he had more coming in. I told him I would take what was available, only because I had a doctor's appointment. Josh stated he would call me when vehicle was ready. 4 hours later and no call. So came to office again and now having to wait. No point of making reservation if car class will be unavailable. read more

They could not have been nicer though took a while and car was not ready, but Gene picked us up at the airport as a free courtesy and he was fabulous. Charles and Isaiah were just as nice and accommodating. overall strat to finish took about 2 hours, but got the car we wanted and all good. Very strange experience renting from this place. It took over thirty minutes to actually rent the car. I was given a magnifying glass and we went over the entire car with a magnifying glass. If I had been in a hurry, I would not have made my appointment. The spiel alone going over the policies and why it's good to get the insurance, I can still hear the saleswoman saying, with our insurance you turn in the car, without, we immediately charge your insurance your $500 dollar deductible. I asked her if when I returned the car if the intake would be the same and she said yes. In hindsight, I guess it was a very effective way to push the purchase of their extra insurances. I left wondering if I was on candid camera, or the feeling it was a skit on SNL. I gave 3 stars because the car was fine, and I was so relieved when I turned in the car that no magnifying glasses were used. read more

When they delivered car to me I pointed out a bad scratch on bumper. The Enterprise Rep said that wasn't bad enough to note. I insisted she note it and I wrote on the paper that there was damage on the vehicle. I also took pictures. When I returned the vehicle they did a walk around and said everything was good. Then later they called me and said there was damage on the bumper and asked how it happened. I told them the info above and they said they didn't have any paperwork and unless I could send info showing that, they would make a claim on my insurance. I sent a pic of my copy and my pictures. They put their bad practices on me to prove my innocence. read more

Made a reservation online. Went before work to pick-up the car. I was using a debit card so the guy asked me to verify my address, it is correct on my drivers license, but he said he needed more. I showed him my insurance card with the correct address, he said he needed more. I showed him a phone bill with my correct address, he said that wouldn't work because it showed an amount due. The amount "due" isn't even due yet - it's just what I will need to pay before the end of the month. I told him he could bill my card any amount he wanted for the deposit - he refused and was very rude. I was late for work so I had an Uber take me to Budget Rental car where they had me in a car in 10 minutes with zero hassle and the car was cheaper. This branch is horrible - has totally soured me on enterprise - won't use them again there are plenty of other options and I travel alot! this was the worst experience of my life...the branch manager didnt want to help me get dropped off at company that was done fixing my car...so when they say pick up and drop off its more like pick up and if u do as we say u get dropped off...i had to call and get a ride from the company that doing my body work on my car to pick me up. smdh.if it had not been for olmos paint and body i would have been looking so horrible and my new second job...the branch manager kept tellling me if u leave we'll just charge ur credit card ur deposit and was being so sarcastic i couldnt take it i left. save ur self the headache and go anywhere but here. Worst customer service ever! I was stranded on the side of the road with my three girls. I called enterprise at San Pedro to come pick me up to rent a car. They said they could and I waited. I got a call from the driver confirming my location and he said he was on his way. The driver didn't show for over 30 minutes after that so I called him three times and texted him with no response. I called the branch but they were already closed. Left me stranded on the side of the road with my 3 kids. Called to speak to the manager the next day. Says there must have been some disconnect. Pretty much says I gave bad directions. Well the driver had my number and I was on the side of a major highway so not to hard to find me. I told him I called the driver 3 times and he told me that the driver was off the clock at the time and that I actually expected him to answer his personal phone while off the clock. Yes I do.
