I had a good experience getting our rental car. The whole process only took 10 minutes, however, after getting our car and getting to our destination for our 4 day mini vacation, one of the front tires had a slow week so we had to add air literally 8 times over 4 days which was really irritating and annoying while on vacation. I'm sure they didn't know but hopefully some sort of discount or refund should be offered for our troubles. read more

Avoid this location. My car is in the shop and insurance set me up with a rental from here. Nightmare from the beginning. First they tried to upsell me on a car that cost more than what the insurance had told them they would cover. Then they told the repair shop they wouldn't come pick me up because there was no reservation (there was- it was made over a week ago). Get that sorted, then they start with the most over the top theatrics about documenting damage I've ever seen. The woman had a little plastic device with a two inch hole cut in it. She put it over every tiny scratch, every dead bug, every imperfection on the car under the guise of determining if any blemishes were more than 2 inches. She made it clear that I would be paying for any imperfections bigger than 2 inches. It was so very strange and condescending-I've never seen anything like it before. She spent a full 10 minutes doing this, then had me initial her device in agreement. I was like, I don't even know what you've documented there- all I see is just a spot for me to initial. I made sure to make my own video of the entire car and make sure she and the building were in the video as proof, as it totally felt like they were setting me up to have to pay for damages when I brought it back. I leave and stop for an errand. That's when I noticed one of the two key fobs was damaged- the entire side where the buttons would be is missing (see photo). After the whole production of inspecting the car and the 5x stated threat of having out of pocket costs, I thought I'd better call asap. I call and they say, "oh- is this for the Mazda cx-30? Yeah, we all know about that, don't worry about it." So, they document every scratch and imperfection on the car, but they don't bother to document the broken key fob that "they all know about." Sounds like a convenient way for them to charge me for the replacement cost when I bring it back (which is $497). Then I get home and see an email summarizing the rental, which states in the first paragraph that no one else is permitted to drive, despite having made the reservation in my wife's name and asking at checkout if she can drive. They tell me, "don't worry about that, spouses are allowed to drive." I pushed back, reading the email word for word- it states very clearly that I am the only driver. Ridiculous that they start the experience off with threats and over the top theater about damages, and setting a tone of massive compliance, distrust and strictness, but then when I point out errors in their info, they don't want to correct it or provide anything in writing, they just want to say, "don't worry about that." How is a customer supposed to know what to worry about and what not to worry about? When a business treats you this way, you need to worry about everything. They tell me the terms and conditions allow for spouses to drive. That's NOT what the email said, so I made them put me on hold and find exactly where the terms and conditions say that. Then I demanded an email stating they know the key fob is broken. I went to get carry out for dinner and dropped a container of marinara on the seat. Nothing spilled, but I was in a panic. I realized I'd be worried for the next 3 weeks about any minor thing happening and being charged for it. I decided to return the car after one day and pick up a new one from a different location. I've never had such a bizarre experience renting a car. It felt like being subjected to a lecture by an angry elementary teacher. The two things I sensed most from the interaction were distrust and disdain, like they were begrudgingly doing me the biggest favor in the world by renting me this car despite their obvious lack of trust that I'd take care of it. I think this location gets the vast majority of their business from repair shops and has developed an attitude of not caring how they treat their customers because their customers don't really have a say in where their car is from since insurance is paying for it. If that happens to you, ask to have your car provided from anywhere else! read more

There were a few problems with the car, along my trip, but nothing major and when I returned the car, he took one of the days off and refunded me! I went to this location to pick up a rental car. There was a very sloppy, slow guy with a severe case of dunlops employed there. There was NO place to sit down to wait! I waited for 10 minutes. It was too stinky in there to wait any longer so I left!!!! I went to another car rental place. What is wrong with the guy who is employed there? Why so slow? If I could give this Enterprise location 0 stars I would! They only care about their property and profits - not the people they rent to. I dropped my car off at Mark Miller Subaru to get some warranty work, and because I need a vehicle with a hitch for my business, and they made arrangements to rent me a 4runner from Enterprise because they don't have vehicles that can tow in their loaner fleet. Monday June 22 I picked up the rental, went to my sisters and then we left her house and within minutes were rear-ended by a distracted driver while sitting at a stop light. After calling 911, I started trying to get ahold of this store to find out what to do since we just got into an accident with their vehicle. No answer from 5:35pm-6:00pm - the dealer who had my car had to put me into one of their loaner vehicles that night. The entire next day I was unable to get ahold of the location, as did the service manager who had originally rented the vehicle for me. He even went to the location at 5:45pm Tuesday and they were closed up 15 minutes prior to closing time. Finally on Wednesday I drove 22 miles from my home to this enterprise to see if they were going to be able to put me into another vehicle with a hitch until my own car was fixed and to let them know where their car had been towed to. The first thing they asked for was my personal deductible and told me I was not allowed to get another vehicle until I paid that deductible. Then they said I couldn't leave the building until I gave my statement, paid my deductible and told them where their car was since they were going to be charged impound fees for days since I hadn't contacted them sooner. I had a class I had to transport paddle boards to in about 2 hours and I told them I didn't have time and would be back after I took care of my clients first, since I was going to have to go borrow a car since they wouldn't accommodate me at that time. They told me that was unacceptable since it had been 2 days since the accident. Even though they were the ones not answering the phone and closing the doors early. I left this location in tears feeling completely disregarded, devalued and like the whole thing was my fault, of which is wasn't. Even when I went back in to finish up the statement process they were total jerks, treated me like I was this total piece of trash and as though I was totally inconveniencing them and their business. The manager here made the whole incident a thousand times worse. The Manager and Assistant Managers were the worst human beings to deal with on the planet! Edmund Burke & any of his Assistant Manager (I think his name is Beau) should be given the option of being re-trained in the customer service industry or they need to be fired! I have rented cars from Enterprise for 15 years, from hundreds of locations and this one incident was enough to NEVER EVER rent from the entire corporation ever again. read more

Received a rental paid by my insurance due to my vehicle being in the shop for 6-weeks. Additional work was found that required 2-extensions on the rental. When my original rental ended, Enterprise's corporate office worked with my insurance on getting the extensions covered. At the branch level, the staff and specifically the manager Kaden went above and beyond a few times to make it a wonderful experience. I typically have my guard up when it comes to rentals and contracts, but Enterprise made sure that in the end, I was a happy customer, and in return, I recommend this location. read more

I had an amazing experience here. I was apprehensive and honestly it was the last enterprise in the area that I called because of the lack of stars but I am SO glad I did. For the weekend of the 4th of July, I made the mistake of reserving a car for 12:00 pm instead of 7:30 am. I called the and no other enterprise could help me make the change- to their defense, it was the Thursday before 4th of July and all their cars were already reserved. When I called here in a panic, they just put me at ease. They accommodated my requests and even went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. That is some excellent customer service. read more

I had to rent from here three different times when my car was getting fixed. It was so unorganized. The employees just seemed rushed every time I needed to rent the car. Then I returned the cars and then three months later I got a letter in the mail about some bill I owed them. I will never use enterprise again. read more

Total nightmare experience. When I first get picked up in the car, I noticed a really bag smell... I mention to the guy that it smells like stinky feet or something. He's like "is it your shoes? Haha" , I'm like I doubt it, I'm wearing sandals... so then we get to the place and they give me that same car. .. the next day I found a piece of old crusty fried chicken skin caked into the carpet in the passengers side floor... almost threw up when I peeled it off and threw it out. It was obvious they hadn't even cleaned it first... So I end up going to switch the car out after a couple days of using an entire bottle of febreze to no avail. The only cars they had available when switching are huge huge gas guzzling suvs. So end up having to spend a small fortune on gas. Take it back in when my car is finallllyy finished getting fixed. Only to be told they can't give me back my $50 deposit until they confirm with my insurance company the rental for the last day I had it... said it would be 24 hours. So I call the insurance company the next day to be told that they did and my deposit shold have been given back as soon as I returned the car... Call enterprise and am told that nope they still are waiting to hear from insurance, which I told them I've talked to them and they confirmed it had been covered. Said I'd have it by the end of the day.. Did not happen. Feel like they are unfairly withholding my money. And after all the crappy things I'd dealt with before that, this just was the straw the broke the camels back. Will never deal with this branch, possibly company, again and will let everyone I know thinking about it not to either. I do not like complaining but this whole situation was NOT okay. read more

I have rented cars many times, mostly through Enterprise, and have never had issues until I went through this branch. My initial experience when I picked up the rental was wonderful, the staff were pleasant and they were able to get me into a car quickly. The manager on duty, Stephanie, was amazingly helpful, thorough and kind. However, after I dropped my car off on the day it was due I received an incorrect billing statement. My insurance was covering 100% of the charges(other than gas), yet Enterprise charged me for something anyways. I called the location to try to find out what the charge was for, and was informed that it was a new employee who went through with the transaction charging me incorrectly for an additional day without getting it checked first. I explained to the employee I spoke to that this amount that they incorrectly charged me for was the last of the money I had and asked if they could somehow expedite the reimbursement, which doesn't seem unreasonable considering the error was completely on their end. He informed me the charge would be reimbursed next week, as well as the $50 deposit I made, and there was nothing they could do. I found this to be unprofessional and unacceptable. read more

For starters, I'm not sure how this location got such low reviews in the first place. This was my best car renting experience yet. Shandel, the assistant manager is the person who assisted me during the entire process and she couldn't have been more helpful. I am 22 and this was also the cheapest rental company I could find for my age. I reserved a standard size car and walked out in 5 minutes with a Chrysler 300. Thank you guys so much! read more

We needed a van to go on a trip. Made a reservation through enterprise and the morning of our trip I called to confirm--only to find out that there were no vans available. They didn't make any effort to make it right! Just said there was nothing available (gave us no credits towards our next rental or anything) were polite on the phone, and canceled our registration. I frantically made a few calls and was able to secure a rental at Hertz-Lehi within an hour of picking it up. read more

Me and my boyfriend really didn't care about the car we got because it got us from point A to point B. What really stood out was the driver. He is the sweetest person ever! The bad: Rented a car for a weekend trip to St George. Got to Fillmore and figured out that the AC wasn't staying on. Called back to rental place and they were going to look into it and call me back. 5 Min later they called back and said they couldn't figure out why it wouldn't stay on. Were willing to exchange my car in St George but since i was taking 7 people they didn't have a car that fit my needs. The Good: Returned the car and they knocked off 100.00 and a free upgrade next time. Not sure when i will be using them again because i don't rent much but they handled it well. I also would give this location a ZERO if I could. I had a horrible experience that went on for over a month. I was sent to Enterprise by an insurance company after being involved in a small accident. They were out of cars and I had to wait two days for a car. When they finally had one the morning of Aug. 6th, the service was poor, the interior of the car was very dirty (something like a chocolate shake spilled and dried on the passenger seat). The front doors were open when we did a walk around so we didn't notice some damage in front of where the drivers door covering from being opened. I was responsible for that. I I gave the girl helping me (I won't mention names) the forms the insurance company sent me stating the rate of 21.97 a day for two days only. Which I would be reimbursed for by them. That is the whole reason I went there. My credit card was charged the full daily rate of over $100.00 a day for both days I had the car. I am currently working on this issue a month later. I called and spoke with the store manager who says he is making a note and will have the girl who helped me call me back. That happened three different times. The district manager does not return my calls. All I can say is, "It has been a Nightmare"!!! I hope this review will help consumers in the future so you can be informed. read more

I rent cars at least once a week. This location has terrible customer service. They were rude to my wife, made me come down to get the car because it was reserved on my points, and then when I got there told me how they could have done it without me coming down. Really? It them took them 35 min to get me the vehicle. Once I got it, it had less than a 1/4 tank and I had to fill it before getting on the road. Picked up a car on Friday that was paid for by the car dealership while my car was being repaired. The lady that helped me said she needed to put $50 ON HOLD on my card. Not a big deal, I assume it is in case I return the car without gas. She CHARGED $262 to my card for a 3 day rental at $32/day ($96 total?). I called back the same day shortly after I saw the transaction on my card. The guy that answered said he would correct it immediately by refunding the $212 difference. The extra $212 wasn't refunded until the following Tuesday. I'm not sure where the number $262 came from because other than what I was CHARGED for a rental car paid by the dealership, I couldn't find it anywhere in the information I received from them via email. read more

**DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!** First and foremost this is not my first experience with Enterprise. Usually we're okay in the past but this time is undeniably my worst experience with a rental. Right off the bat they were rude and had no cars for us even though we had a reservation. I scheduled to pick up the car by noon and they didn't have one ready for me till 4! They said they would call and notify when they had a car available and I ended up having to call them because they "forgot". On top of that it was not the car I asked for and they wanted me to return it by noon my last day instead of the time issued. When I received the bill what was supposed to be a $187 charge ended up coming out to $700!!! Ridiculous and unprofessional. They charged me for things that were not true and claimed I damaged the car. Good thing I took pictures and videos of the vehicle before I took it out the Enterprise parking lot and when I returned it for proof! Scammers and unprofessional!! Worst, WORST place to rent from. I rented a car for 4 days to go see my son. I paid over 200.00 in rental fees and 150.00 deposit. To me (a single divorced dad) thats alot. I used the buick verano for the 4 days and returned it. Then I see an additional charge for 6.34 on my bank account. I called Enterprise. The girl was nice at first, then as she started explaining the charges that no one ever mentioned to meshe was getting more and more stern. I explained no one mentioned the charges she stated, I was told 33.00 per day for the insurance, she started getting upset and stated that was the charges and I was to pay them. Which was already paid. This morning I had seen Enterprise had charged my bank account an additional 6.34. Why? I have been a long time Enterprise rewards customer, I will not go back after this. I would never recommend anyone use Enterprise! read more
