BEWARE !!! Please consider any other rental rather than Enterprise! The customer service at the Seekonk, MA facility is awful! The manager is rude and could not help me. A classic case of pass the buck given my very simple issue. I rented a car from July 14th thru the 26th of this year, while my car was in for repairs. I drove the car 60 miles during that time, only locally, and then I was charged $74.53 for tolls supposedly incurred in New Jersey, Delaware and NY. How I could have incurred these tolls while only driving 60 miles in RI is beyond comprehension. The Seekonk store manager referred me to their " toll and citation" department who stated I drove 1,067 miles ! This is clearly a case of FRAUD and anyone thinking of renting thru Enterprise should be aware of their unethical business practices! Such an awful, upsetting company to deal with now! They were never like this before as we've rented numerous times for many years. I will never rent through them again! read more

Tyler is awesome, as are Kevin, and the rest of the crew at the Taunton ave, Seekonk, MA location (it's also so close to EP, where I live) - Tyler was SUPER friendly, helpful, and clear about what costs are-all of which are super fair. This was a totally awesome, above and beyond experience, and I will continue using these guys any time I need a rental! I have dealt with other rental places before, and it would be hard to even get someone to answer the phone, and we are talking waaay pre-covid before staffing issues were a thing. Maybe on the 5th attempt they'd answer....unenthusiastically. There have definitely been instances of another big name place doing some unscrupulous stuff with charges too. ANYHOW, this review is to commend the Enterprise team for being honest, fair, transparent and upfront about pricing, and being excellent communicators. Top notch CS! Overall, this was a good experience. Enterprise offers a pick up and drop off which is a nice service. I rent over a weekend and got the car from Friday 1pm or so to Monday 1pm and paid a total of $60. I got a 2013 Hyundai Sonata which was a nice ride...smoke smell was a bit tough, but overall the car was fine. Good overall service. Would used then again as they are close to my home. read more

I had a horrible experience with Enterprise. I was erroneously charged for a week of rental that should have been paid by the auto repair company. Enterprise called me to say there was an outstanding amount on the rental and that the insurance company told them to bill the customer. That was not the truth. They were supposed to charge the auto repair company because the auto repair shop took longer to fix the car then allowed by the insurance company. The error was on the part of the auto repair shop because they were trying to take the cheap way out and order off market parts. Since it was their error, the auto repair company was responsible for paying the extra week. Instead of going back to the auto repair company and asking for the payment, they charged my credit card. The manager was very rude and even hung up on me. I contacted the corporate office manager and I am still waiting for a response. If this not settled, unfortunately, I will have to go to small claims court to get this resolved. read more

Wonderful experience this weekend renting a minivan from this Seekonk enterprise location. I needed a reliable roomy car to drive myself, 2 daughter and my parents to PA for a family event for this past weekend. I reserved a dodge minivan on the morning that we left because I was worried that my van that we planned to drive was not ready for a road trip. The reservation was quick and simple to do online. When I arrived, only a couple hours after reserving, the rental van was ready and spotless. The store manager, Joseph, was the person who assisted me with everything. Joseph was very nice and informative. He made sure that the air in the tires was good before I took off with the van. The dodge van was very comfortable and in great shape. It gave me peace of mind to know we were in a newer serviced vehicle for the 5 hour road trip. I returned the van on Monday morning, (took about 5 minutes to return) but if I had preferred to return it on Sunday or during closed hours I was told I could leave the van in the lot and drop the key in the key slot. When booking on line a Sunday return date was not an option(because this particular location is closed on Sundays) but I wonder if booking directly through this location if I could have returned Sunday and paid for one less day by leaving key in slot but I was fine with Monday so I didn't inquire. But it may have been an option. read more

I have to say the staff was very accommodating and eager to please. I received an upgrade because what I wanted wasn't available. I asked for economy because I wanted a small car but made due with the larger model. My only complaint was I was over charged on pickup due to their generating an upgrade, which they fixed after I brought attention to it. read more

My daughter has had a terrible experience with Enterprise! They have attempted to manipulate her during her rental car experience by putting things in fine print after the transaction was complete. The Providence Massachusetts office has been harassing my daughter by phone about a balance that should have been coordinated between the rental car company the insurance company. This is the primary reason why people purchase insurance! I will be contacting Enterprise's corporate offices for further assistance. read more

This is probably one of the most pleasant experiences I have had with Enterprise. Someone had hit my car and they quickly set up a rental for me by working with my insurance. When the autobody stupidly messed up my scheduling to drop off my car, they again worked with my insurance company to cover the few days extra I had the rental. Luckily they were open on a Saturday so that I could actually come in to pick up the rental and they got me in and out in less than 20 min. They also had great customer service and offered to pick people up/drop them off at home/autobody services for convenience. When I was done with my rental they just requested that I leave it with the autobody shop and all was taken care of. Very easy to work with and when I can they are the only rental car service I choose! read more

As a result we took our business to another Providence location where they we so much more helpful. This is my go to place for renting a car in the area. Our car has been on the fritz so we have been taking advantage of the $9.99 a day weekend deals - you can't beat it! Every one of the sales people I have dealt with have been super nice and very accommodating. We always get an upgrade to our car and all of them are in really good condition. I also love the way they will pick you up and drop you off - it is amazingly helpful! I will be coming back to this Enterprise location (this weekend actually!). read more

I had a really great experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I normally go through airport location rental companies (and rarely Enterprise), but I have a much more positive view of them after this experience. I needed a car after mine was totaled in a motor vehicle accident while my claim was being processed, and my insurance company set me up with Enterprise. Everyone we dealt with was beyond helpful, and I cannot imagine how it could have been a smoother experience. All in all, it was very pleasant, and I will definitely consider them the next time I need to rent a car, especially since it is much easier than going to the airport! read more

Customer service was excellent. Very nice, friendly people however the car given was a great disappointment. The moment I got into the car, the smell of wet dog was overwhelming. But because of timing and convenience, I took the car home. I had to drive with the windows open and when at home, kept all the windows open to hopefully air out. I did not have to use the car very often or I would have returned it. Upon further inspecting the car, there was pet hair everywhere. The car was clearly not cleaned before given to me. My advice is to clearly inspect the inside, not just the outside before signing the rental agreement. read more

I had a horrible experience at this location. It was very apparent all employees at this location arent on the same page reguarding there own rental rules. Manager was not customer friendly. I was told over the phone in order to get approval for a debt card i would need was a pay check stub and a utility bill. To their dismay I was denied a rental because my address wasnt on the pay check stub and my utility bill did not have my current address due to I recently moved. Honestly, does anyone have there full address on their pay check stub? They asked me to get a bank statement, and denied it again because I have my Address had a PO Box. I called a relative to rent the vehicle and put me down as a second driver. The employee was going to do it only until the manager came over and refused. The rental place had very few cars. They had a special for a free upgrade. I ask for the economy to upgrade to standard. They could only go to caravan and charge me extra. Very unprofessional, very disorganized, and not fulfilling customer needs. I wouldn't recommend this rental location, go to TF Green airport enterprise for better service. read more
