Husband rents vehicles for work on a regular basis. Never had an issue. The staff is professional and courteous.

The manager in the seguin location is on a powertrip? No problems with enterprise rentals in general, you get your reservation, walk in, go......but seguin?..... might consider re- training ? Or freshen up customer service? read more

I booked a car online at the Seguin location. One employee was working the desk, one cleaning cars. The employee told us staff had called off for Halloween. There was no management helping. We couldn't get a car because of time restraints. I called corporate and left a message to get my deposit back but didn't receive a phone call back. Never again. read more

Rented a car Friday for trip to Eagle Pass-Next day when we were leaving to come back home, tried to start it up there was no power AT ALL! The battery was dead, this was about 11:00 am on that Saturday. Called the folks at Enterprise in Eagle Pass to let them know & they sent out a tow service truck to take us & the car back to the Enterprise in Eagle Pass so we could get another car to come back to Seguin. The tow service took more than an hour to get to us & it was a hot day, when he finally got there and got the dead car onto the back of the wrecker it was well past 12:00. Get to the Enterprise and it is CLOSED!!. Tried call the Enterprise 1-800-Rent-A-Car and was told they closed at noon & no one was able to help us. Was told we had to spend 2 nights there and that Monday morning we could get a rental to come back home!!! No effort was made to assist us. Kept calling back to see if someone could come back to the office so we could get a car....was told they closed at noon & couldn't sent anyone. Did not have an after hour phone so we could speak with someone (the manager???) to see if he/she could come to open up. No one until my husband suggusted if someone with a battery charge (another tow service) could come out to try to jump start the car. It needed a battery booster which is more that a regular car battery boost. When the tow person came out he took more that 2-3 hours before he FINALLY got the car started. I am so glad he was persistant in trying to get it started, my faith in my fellow man was at zero at that point because my husband & I had been in the hot sun for more than 5 hours since we first started this whole ordeal. I think ALL Enterprise Rental Offices should have an after hours/Emergerncy phone number that is posted on their front door. NO ONE in Eagle Pass cared if we were stranded outside in the hot sun! We are senior citizens & had to walk down a good distance to go to a resturant to use their facilities. My husband will probably rent again from Enterprise aganist my best wishes because he is a forgiving man...as for me I am NOT. read more

My car goes in the shop for repairs on Monday. Spoke with an agent over the phone on Tuesday at the Seguin, TX location. Said my car would be available on Wednesday between 9:30 - 10:00. Showed up at the Seguin, TX location at 9:40 and the agent says there was no reservation for me. Offered to make a new reservation for Thursday @ 2:30. Complained to the manager about the incompetent operation they run. The rental was an insurance benefit and will let Allstate know about the problem. I wish there was another choice. read more

If I had the option to give enterprise Rent-A-Car less than one star I would. The rental agent and manager refused to accept the credit card number over the phone for the deposit on a car I was renting for an employee. The employees at this location wasted my time requiring me to drive to the facility and present my card in person. Refusing to take credit cards over the phone is not corporate policy. This was a decision that this branch had made not to accept credit cards over the phone. I know this is not corporate policy because I made payment over the phone for the same employee to take a rental car from enterprise, no more than a week prior, out of the Shreveport location. read more

Rented an upgraded SUV and got a Kia. Rented a GMC Terrain on line and got a Kia. In no universe is a Kia an upgrade. It was a total and complete rip off. They put you in the cheapest car with no features and changed $400 a week. There was still sticker residue on several windows even though the car had 17000 miles on it so I question how well they maintain the cars. My husband removed the residue before letting me drive it since visibility was impaired. Lastly, on pickup and delivery there was only 1 employee so it was a long wait. This was the 4th of July weekend, stellar. read more

I reserved a truck from Seguin for Sept 28th thru 30th. David called Friday morning to confirm I still needed/wanted the truck. I got there before 12 and was told there wasn't a truck available. They offered me a SUV for the same price plus give me a 15% discount. That was the second most uncomfortable vehicle I have ever driven. Why require reservations if they aren't honored? read more

Great place to do business with, we had a reservation in New Braunfels and live in Seguin so stopped by and talked to Luis and he switched our reservation for us right then cause they had the van we wanted took no time at all. When we went to pick it up Steven helped us and went pretty smooth other then he couldn't get his tablet to work very well. Over all would rent from them again in a heartbeat read more

The staff are very friendly and make the process run smoothly. I called on Saturday for a Monday rental at 7:30 (They open at 7:30). When I got there to pick my car up it was all ready to go and I drove off the lot at 7:30! That is what I call great customer service! Thanks Enterprise! read more
