I had a reservation with Enterprise and when I arrived to pick up the car, I was told they had no cars. They told me they had tried to call me, but there was no telephone number in my record. After following up with enterprise corporate, I found that they in fact did have my telephone number in the record and they just lied to me. If you're going to rent a car in Show Low I recommend you contact Hatch Toyota. They were able to accommodate me quickly and very pleasantly. I don't like being lied to by the enterprise representatives. They acted like it was my fault that they did not have my telephone number. read more

First the good part. Staff was friendly and got as a rental quickly after having a vehicle break down. Now for the rest of the review.... Limited staff and I was put on hold for nearly 15 minutes. Hung up called back and was told there were more customers ahead of me than the first time I called. Decided to walk from dealership to Enterprise which was almost 3/4mi. When I arrived the lady said she had one in front of me and a guy to call back. I told her I was that guy(20 minutes after I walked there). She got me a vehicle that met our needs. I ordered an xtra for XM use which never worked so got a refund on that part of the bill after they made to unsuccessful attempts to get it working. They took care of us but place was definitely short staffed. Vehicle was really was enjoyable to drive. A Bronco Sport. I drove back to dealership. Took everything we needed from our vehicle and continued on to our destination. read more

I originally rented at Alamo. But i went to this location because the rental car got a flat tire. Asked to exchange vehicles and they provided a Cadillac XT5. When asked to do a walk around for damages, the employee stated it was a brand new vehicle. The suv had 18,000 plus miles. Not new in my opinion. Upon inspection of the vehicle, the gas tank was only 5/8. The suv also had some scratches and a small dent. When i mentioned it to the employee (i think Hasan was his name), he stated everything was already entered into the computer. Guess what, it wasnt. When i returned the suv to the original location of my contract, they stated there was no record regarding the 5/8 tank amd that it showed it was suppose to be full. So i had to talk to another person in order to get the issue resolved. I hope there isnt any more surprises regarding this rental. read more

If I had a complaint it was they only go 5 miles to pick you up after advertising doesn't state that. $40 taxi ride just to get there for 15 miles. But that's policy. While driving I hit a dog, the scariest thing ever, the rental car was damaged, so I called enterprise to report it. The worst experience ever! And every answer was because of corona virus. They basically said if I wanted another car, they would send a tow truck to pick up car, but I would have call from off the side of freeway to get a ride and drive two hours away to get a new car, call Uber, they don't have Uber here,so here I am 5 hour later trying to figure out how to get a car. onfirmation # 1753657966COUNT Arrived at the airport on time but there was no one from Enterprise at the airport. Being such a remote location, they usually leave the keys with the airport manager. When I went to his office I was told they did not have a car for me. They did have a car for another customer that were holding for the following day but they were not authorized to give me that car. I was unable to make contact with anyone from Enterprise who could help me. I made several attempts to find a Uber or Cab to take me to the hotel but was unsuccessful. The airport closed at 7:00 PM and I was told by airport staff that I would have to wait outside to continue my search for a ride. It had began to rain and the temperature in Show Low, AZ was 25 degrees with winds blowing 30 mph. I was so cold with no place to shelter. I was loosing battery on my cell phone but had to leave it on in case someone called me back. I finally go in touch with a person who said he would come and get me but I would have to pay him cash. He showed up in a filthy jeep that smelled like dogs and an interior that was nasty and stained. He took me to an ATM where I had to pulse the money out. I was concerned I was going to be robbed. He leered over me as I got the money. He took me onto the hotel. I arrived at the hotel at 9:00 pm. Cold, wet, and hungry. No way to go and get something to eat and no Door dash or other services that would bring me food. I rented a SUV from enterprise in New London CT from April 11 to April 18th.We picked it up on Saturday an hr before they closed.The pick up went very smoothly, when we got home, we started looking through the car more, it was disgusting dirty, my husband opened the back door and there was a $5 bill on the floor behind the driver seat, there was dog hair everywhere.It was obvious they did no cleaning in this car when it was last turned in.We cleaned and vacuumed the car out.When I returned the car I informed them of the car being so dirty when we noticed it after pick up.Drop off was also quick and easy.I will try enterprise next time I rent a car because they were so easy to deal with but if I get a car in this condition again it will be the last time! read more

I arrange ground transportation for people who land at Show Low airport when business needs take them there. Not sure what internal changes have happened recently but it was never this difficult to arrange a vehicle drop off for passengers in the past as it has been today. Call #1- wait for long-winded IVR to give me the option of booking a reservation. The agent talked too much and didn't really give me a chance to talk until the end of his scripted speel. He advised me to redial the IVR and press option 4 so *I* can confirm the vehicle to be dropped off. Why can't you? This is your job? Call #2- press option 4. Get put on hold by agent. Waited too long and hung up. Call #3- I called back and told him I need to confirm a vehicle drop off. He apologized for the wait, he is the only one in the office (so hiring more people would be a good place to start to improve future service.) After he pulls up my reservation he tells me he needs the driver's license info for the drop off. Why is this brought up now, on call #3? I have spoken to 2 people and if I had known this I could have gotten the info before call #3, but no, now I have to track it down and make call #4 afterwards. Ridiculous waste of time, especially since I am busy working and have other things to do. Call #4- the rude gal impolitely demanded the date of birth when this was not part of what call #3 demanded. In trying to get that last bit of info for her she told me to call back. I said no. This is the 4th phone call and if this information had been requested in the beginning we wouldn't even be here. She didnt want to listen or think about other solutions around this problem and started yelling over me. I asked for her supervisor. He got on the phone, searched the passenger name, and found an old reservation that he could use for the dob. Turns out he even has an enterprise#. He apologized for my difficulty. He brings this review up to 2. Still didn't care for the attitude of the first 3 people I dealt with. Will seek alternative rental car solutions for next time. read more

I rented a car in December 2015. I had to drop the vehicle off after business hours because they were closed, and I live an hour away from their location. I received a voicemail on the following Wednesday (they were open Monday and Tuesday) stating the vehicle was checked in and there was damage to it. I called back and spoke with a very chipper sounding woman who stated there was damage to the vehicle. I asked for further information, and she stated she couldn't give any, but she would leave a message for the manager, I believe his name was Jason. I didn't receive a return call from Jason, and wasn't worried about it since I knew I hadn't damaged the vehicle. A few weeks later, I received a letter in the mail stating I was responsible for damage to the vehicle from the time I picked it up until the time it was checked in. I called and spoke with Jason, who informed me that the bumper was "barely hanging on" and they had to repair the vehicle since they didn't receive a call back from me. I informed him that I did call back, and hadn't received a return call from him, that I didn't do anything to the vehicle, and that they didn't check it in after being open for 2 days after I had dropped it off. I requested a photo of the damage, which they did send to me. It appears that a clip broke under the bumper. There was maybe an inch-wide gap between the bumper and the body. There didn't appear to be any more damage than that. That seems like normal wear and tear to me, but since I hold the liability until they check the car in, and did as many repairs as they wanted, I am responsible for the damage. I will NEVER rent a vehicle from this company again. I think they just used this an excuse to make repairs to their vehicle and charge me for it. read more
