The day I made the appointment I got switched over to the parts department and ordered the part. I confirmed with parts department that it would arrive intime for the install on the 4th. On the date of the appointment, which was confirmed by your text, i had to cancell due to my wife's illness. I call back to reschedule the appointment ASAP. Had to leave a request for call back. I received a voice msg later that day. I find part was never ordered due to me have to prove the Duramax is mine and the part was not and will not be ordered until I personally bring drivers license and proof of ownership of the vehicle. Really? Do you think it might me a good idea to let me know this from the very beginning. Like when the parts clerk talked to me. Or maybe when he found out that he couldn't order it with proper owner proof. It is a good thing that I didn't drive up 20 miles on the 4th just find out you never ordered the part. I would been highly angered. So now I'm going to drive to Horne today to make sure the part is ordered. Not cool at all.

I bought a bumper to…read morebumper warranty from Mark but when I had problems with the front hubs I had to pay out over $600.00 for the repair. When I contacted Mark he said that wasn't right and he would check into it. I had to call him back a week and a half later and he advised he had just talked with the warranty co. and they advised when a part goes out and causes other parts to fail only the original part is covered and there was nothing he could do. I then emailed Guy Hatch explaining that his finance Mgr. had sold me a warranty that he himself did not understand and I felt they should take care of it. Hatch never answered so I sent the same email as a second request. I did rec. and answer saying he tried to call me three times but could not get me and wanted to know what I expected him to do. In my third email I advised I had rec'd no calls or voice messages from him but what I hoped he would do is realize that I was sold a bumper to bumper warranty by Mark and that Mark had admitted he did not know the warranty worked that way. I further added that having had my own business for years and sold extended warranties I had never heard of a clause saying if one part fails and causes other parts to fail only the original part is covered. I explained to him that I felt it was in the best interest of his business to do the right thing. That was weeks ago and I have not heard back from him. I gave them 2 stars as they have some good people there but Guy and Mark aren't two of them. I won't be doing anymore business with them.

The service department was very busy but Jason at the service center took the car in to examine and swap the battery. About two and one half hours later he said the battery was fine and the car was ready. There were no warning lights on and everything was working like new. Then, there was as no charge and it continues to work flawlessly. That's service!

R stated he called 2 or 3 times, told him this was not true as I never received a message from him and only one call, a hang up showed on my call log. I complained to his supervisor also an R name, who stated all calls were recorded, to which I replied good. Supervisor R would talk to service writer R. I will not return to. Not only that they lied and said they offered us a warranty and never did. The tires on the vehicle they sold us weren't even legal according to discount tire. We asked for our down payment back and they won't give it to us because "we don't have the vehicle anymore". We had to get a new vehicle because the cost to fix it wouldn't be worth it according to the other dealership. I will never be recommending these horne crooks again. After the parade on Saturday in Snowflake, our car started acting really weird, and didn't have power. We managed to pull into Arizona Motors to ask for help. Our vehicle is not their specialty, but all of the other mechanics in town were closed for a couple of days. Kimon at the service department had compassion for us, took a look, and was able to determine that our brand new alternator was defective! He helped us find a new one and got it installed quickly, which was lucky for us, as we have to be back home as soon as possible. We sure appreciate Kimon and the mechanics at the service department that helped us get back on the road!

I have a older model Ford 7.3 diesel with low milage, like under 70k. I was planning a long trip,…read morearound 2k miles. I keep my truck serviced as per the manual and it was almost due. I have had Ford service my truck in the past even thought they are kind of expensive. I had it done about four days before the trip. When I returned from the trip I noticed that I had an oil leak. Upon inspection I noted that the oilfilter and the drain plug were loose and leaking. The underside of the truck was a oily from the engine to the rear. I contacted Ford and took it back in, they fixed the drain plug but i ended up fixing the oilfilter. I was a little pissed about the poor workmanship but they told me that if my truck would have been damaged that they would have made me a good deal on a new one. I will never go there again!
