Everything. Customer service. Attentiveness. Professionalism. Everything is lacking. This place is absolute GARBAGE. These employees were trained to appear knowledgeable, but actually don't have the slightest clue when it comes to solving a problem. Bring without a solution, they at least could've been accommodating in terms of customer service, but that was also absent. Do not rent from this location. They called me and cancelled my reservation because the day they are out of vehicles. There are other reputable locations in the area. my advice is to go somewhere else. This is how they treat their Advantage members. DONT USE ENTERPRISE. Renter beware. read more

Tried to pick up a car yesterday and was told there were no cars available. The Enterprise main customer service line said there were cars when I called, but alas. The other option was to get one at the airport with a *significant* upcharge. This morning, I called and was left on hold for 30 minutes with no response. Tried calling multiple times and was never answered. Absolutely ridiculous. I like Enterprise in general, but this location is a no-go for me. read more

rented a vehicle on a Wed one way. The vehicle was not what I reserved. I was giving a vehicle that reeked of smoke and wasn't clean at all. I drove the vehicle 4 hours and dropped it off at enterprise. I couldn't keep it the 3 days. Then I get a call on today about some scratches. I will be contacting the Better Buisiness Bureau and corporate. read more

I'm giving this location three stars because the person who took my reservation on the phone was excellent. I made a same-day reservation for business colleagues and was told it was not a problem. When my colleagues arrived 5 minutes before closing, they were turned away even though they had a reservation. I informed my company's travel department to be aware of using this location if the renter can't be there within minutes to an hour of closing. read more

Terrible customer service. I've exclusively rented from enterprise for 2 years now (I rent OFTEN once or twice every 2-3 months) and am sad to say that is over. I've had great customer service from other enterprise locations (shoutout to Enterprise on US 1 in Fort Lauderdale Florida as well as sunrise blvd and A1-A). At this location, the manager Jacob (did not speak with me directly but thru an inflexible and unapologetic rental agent) was unwilling to work with me in any way whatsoever. Renting with a Florida license tho I own a home in byhalia. Have return flight and drove in. First of all, they tried to charge me $278 with a $200 deposit and a $58 rental (the $58 includes taxes and fees). Secondly, I was unable to pay with cash or debit even though I am able to provide a local address and utility bill and proof of return flight. Other locations have not ever given me a hard time with this- manager always makes an adjustment immediately. I only have $200 available on my credit card since the co is taking longer than usual and longer than supposed to to process my recent payment- Jacob was completely unwilling to allow me to place the deposit on credit and pay rental fee on debit though again other locations are more than willing to provide this customer service when needed. And, again, I'm even able to provide a local address and utility bill and proof of a return flight. Jacob did not even come outside to tell me he is unwilling to provide any sort of assistance or customer service to my face. I'm sure this location misses out on a ton of business. Waited until after i made the reservation to check reviews unfortunately but they have almost exclusively TERRIBLE reviews. This location should be shut down by now. Please do your research before making a reservation and never trust enterprise to have consistent policies or make any effort at providing even remotely minimal customer service. read more

We had a reservation to pick up a car at 10am. We get to the location and they say they don't have cars... Then why the heck did y'all take my reservation. The employees here deflected blame and said it was the corporate reservation office that made the reservation and not their fault. It seems that with ALL the technology and resources available, why can't this Nationwide company get its system together. read more

I rented a car for 4 days at this location and received excellent service. I was in and out very quickly and was upgraded to a larger car for free. The car was in excellent condition. When I returned the car I had prepaid to have the car refueled, and was given a discount because I left more in the tank then should have. This is my first time using enterprise but I sure will use them again. Great job on the great customer service. read more

If I could give them 0 stars I would. My husband and I reserved a pick up truck on Wednesday for Friday morning at 9 am. He was called by enterprise to confirm this reservation. It is now 0931 on Friday morning, and there is still no pick up truck. We arrived 15 min early (thank goodness we did) to find out they did not have a truck for us, and that they needed to go to Memphis to get one. (Keep in mind that's a 45 min MINIMUM drive at this time of day.) They tried to give us a minivan (that someone else was waiting on), a random car, and any thing else but the truck that we reserved and confirmed with this place. They haven't been nice, accommodating, or even emphatic about THEIR mistake. They simply want to argue and make excuses about "our cars don't sit on the lot for longer than 24 hours". What is the point of a reservation and a confirmation of a reservation if they aren't going to provide the services they confirm. Long story longer, STAY AWAY FROM ENTERPRISE. They are literally the WORST. In the last 10 years of renting cars from Avis, National, and various other rental companies, I have NEVER had this issue. I will not be returning, and judging by the 5 other people they have screwed over while I've been writing this, I don't think they will be either. read more

I have been with Enterprise for about 8 years and I am considering switching to Hertz due to problems with Dane. I recently had a discrepancy on my bank card for charges from a transfer of funds and I still don't feel it was done correctly. I love Kate and Tabitha that works there but after having Dane return me home one time from a drop-off; he did not say ONE word to me and most of the time the other staff will hold great conversations and give a great experience, but I have gotten sick and tire of Dane and the new guy, Eric. A couple of weeks ago, I wanted to return the car and it was 15 minutes from their office to close and I was only 5 minutes from them and called to tell them I was returning my car and Eric told me if I return the car, I have to find a way back home and I had noone for that and was with my 9 year old daughter so I was forced to keep the car and was charged another day when they had time to complete the transaction and take me home within a 10-15 minute span. I will reconsider where I rent from next time because I feel they need to get rid of Dane. I am an entrepreneur and will not recommend Enterprise if I can help it. read more

The manager at the Southaven location attempted to remedy the situation by giving me an upgrade to my reservation. I do appreciate that. However, I was given a Ford Escape. Once I was on my vacation, I discovered the car had a MYKEY lock on the speed. I was unable to change it. I contacted the Southaven office and they did not know what to do. I contacted the Enterprise 800 number and was told I needed an admin key, which I did not have. So, I had to drive 18 hours with the speedometer dinging at me and was unable to speed up to avoid any trucks that I needed to pass quickly. This was the worst rental experience I have ever had.
