I need a rental for the weekend because of a previously planned event. If course the prices have been raised due to inflation, but I had to get the rental. For starters, they were able to provide me with a rental. When searching online, many places didn't have one available at the last minute like I needed. Secondly they were a little cheaper than other companies. The sales people were very nice and accommodating. The process was quick and everything was handled with professionalism and a smile. My second experience was when my car needed to be repaired because someone backed into it. Luckily I didn't have to pay for this rental and this location was close to the place that would be servicing my car. The salesperson picked me up from the repair shop and had a SUV waiting for me when I actually put in for a regular size car. They upgraded me for free which I thought was nice. Going inside to complete paperwork, the salesperson from the first time I rented was there and she remembered me and asked about my weekend experience. We had discussed it when I was checking out the first time. That was 5 months earlier and I thought it was nice that our short interaction left an impression on her. Once my car was repaired, I left the rental at the repair shop and Enterprise came and picked it up. My interactions were very positive and the salespeople were always friendly and accommodating. I definitely recommend this location if you are in need of a rental.

(happens right ? not Hertz fault) But the rental agency did not have any keys. called roadside assistance they said they coudnt help unless we had the rental number (which was locked in car) 4 phone calls later finally they will send somebody out in 15 minutes for 75 bucks (again not too bad), its going on 1and a half hours and nobody showed up and no phone calls.

However, after recently moving to Summerville and recently keeping cars past their warranty, we were on the lookout for a local mechanic. We saw many positive reviews on Morrison and also on the phone they were extremely polite. Recently took the Volvo in for a brake line flush for preventative maintenance plus it was braking kinda funny, they took care of us and had us in and out around lunchtime. Clean shop, friendly folks, and prices were very reasonable. Taking the kid's BRZ in this week for some preventative maintenance and confident they'll take just as good care of us then as they did in the past. Overall, Kenny and Laura are great folks with a great attitude.

Both times my vehicle was quickly diagnosed and repaired in a timely manner which I truly appreciated. The owner is very approachable and helpful. Today my driver's window became stuck in a "down" position after I ordered my morning Latte and I could not get it to roll up. It was cold and drizzling outside, and I went to Morrison to ask for help. The owner, I think his name is Kenny came out and helped roll it up! He offered to get me a price quote on a new window switch and contact me in a couple of days with a quote. I am so thankful that Morris Nissan was able to help me and is available to assist with my vehicle needs.

Only downfall is they don't have enough vacuums for the volume they expect and see. And there's not a lot of room to turnaround if there is no spots.
