I've had a good experience with this Enterprise location the two times I've needed a rental this year. In May, my car wasn't running right and needed to go in the shop for repairs. I need a rental for the weekend because of a previously planned event. If course the prices have been raised due to inflation, but I had to get the rental. For starters, they were able to provide me with a rental. When searching online, many places didn't have one available at the last minute like I needed. Secondly they were a little cheaper than other companies. The sales people were very nice and accommodating. The process was quick and everything was handled with professionalism and a smile. My second experience was when my car needed to be repaired because someone backed into it. Luckily I didn't have to pay for this rental and this location was close to the place that would be servicing my car. The salesperson picked me up from the repair shop and had a SUV waiting for me when I actually put in for a regular size car. They upgraded me for free which I thought was nice. Going inside to complete paperwork, the salesperson from the first time I rented was there and she remembered me and asked about my weekend experience. We had discussed it when I was checking out the first time. That was 5 months earlier and I thought it was nice that our short interaction left an impression on her. Once my car was repaired, I left the rental at the repair shop and Enterprise came and picked it up. My interactions were very positive and the salespeople were always friendly and accommodating. I have always rented cars through enterprise and generally had great service. I would avoid this branch. The rental that I got was nonsmoking, but it definitely smelled like people had smoked in it. Also, there was an issue with a charge. I can't get the manager of the branch to answer or call me back. I have been trying for over 3 months. read more

We originally reserved a car this summer at the Main St location over the week before July 4th two months in advance and when we got there they did not have the car and just blew us off and left us to figure out the problem. I visited this location just to see if they had a premium SUV which I realized was now a tall order on a holiday and Branson Bates stepped in and was an incredible help. He didn't have anything right then but called us twice that night and once in the morning to provide updates. The next morning they got a vehicle in that worked and saved the trip. Branson was amazing! It's been 3 months and we are still waiting on the priority call from the district manager over the Main St. road incident. Skip the hassle and use this location! read more

We have been trying for 5 hour to contact this location (per there instructions to contact them later in the day) to no avail. Everytime we call and complete the steps to contact a representative it rings them you are hung up on. This is absolutely horrendous customer service!!! Had to rental because AAA is paying. 1st vehicle was not clean, smelled like french fries and there was a piece of cheese under the front seat. Not detailed at all. On the trip the front passenger window wouldn't roll up. Had to exchange the car and the 2nd vehicle worst than the 1st!! Cigarette ashes All Over the dash. Leaves on the flooring and it stinks like a bar at 2 am. We mentioned charging previous renters' a fee to get the smoke scent out and the agent shared "can't our customer service rating would go down" They tried to collect a deductible that was not owed them. AAA warned me they would try and to refuse to pay. Shared our exp on our Neighborhood Gb and neighbors had worst experiences than us!! If you want a clean car that works go elsewhere. read more

I have rented from Enterprise for over 30 years. I am a Veteran and this company used to support the military. I am a Disabled Vet now and was trying to rent a car while my own car was being fixed. The young "manager" wouldn't work with me on the $300 deposit since I was using a debit card. He became arrogant and said "either you pay the deposit or there will be no car." I had to take car. The vehicle was in poor shape mechanically, it rattles and droned at highway speed. Then it had an expired Minnesota tag, which I was stopped for. Today my deposit hasn't been returned. I can't reach anyone at Enterprise. I guess I have to take them to small claims tog et my money back. I will never rent from Enterprise again. read more

I was charged without permission on my credit card. My car was in the shop and the insurance was paying the rental fee. Not sure what the extra 70 dollar charge was for. Very backhanded business practices. Never received a call or a receipt for the extra charges. I will be disputing this with my credit card company Emailed customer service as requested. No response and no receipt for said charge I received a credit from American Express for the extra 70.00 charge. This location is running a scam. Buyer beware. read more

Do not rent from this store!! Enterprise may be fine but the management in this store are in on an insurance scam. My car was damaged so my insurance got me a rental from this store. It was raining when we got the car so the walk around was quick. We brought the car back 2 days later. It only left my driveway once to go to Publix. When we took the car back the manager walked the car with us and said there was a dent on the door. We could not see it so he got real close on the door almost standing on his head and said there was a crease in the door. But "no problem, you're insurance will take care if it". $500 to my insurance company who just turned around and billed me! We have side been told by law enforcement that this is very common at the Trolley Enterprise. I strongly advise you use Hertz on Bag one Bridge instead. I have used them 5 times, no issues. Enterprise rentals are using an insurance scam to upgrade their cars and there is nothing you can do about it if they pull it on you!!! Don't go there! read more

I was sent to pick up a rental car from Enterprise by Summerville Ford, due to some work that need to be done to my car (2014 Ford Focus). I was given a 2014 Ford Focus as for my rental because it was the only Ford on the lot. This place is an absolute joke. The consultants are morons (Renee mainly). You can expect to spend 10-15 minutes in line to just ask a question, because no employee at this location knows how to use the system. They can't find your reservation, they will not put you in a comparable car, or even the vehicle they initially tell you they are giving you. I got Down-graded from a Jetta to a Versa simply because another consultant walked past Renee and told her "I have a Versa if you want it." I was given absolute bullshit about the insurance company not alotting more than a bottom barrel car as an excuse for the sudden change in vehicles. It also took me nearly 20 minutes to pickup my mother's handicap placard that she accidentally left in the vehicle, because it takes two morons to complete one transaction at this place. We rent from this location every few months and there is a reason we've kept coming back for several years and will continue to do so. The customer service is impeccable. The cars are always very good quality, very clean and affordable priced. The one time we happened to mention an issue pairing our phones with the car's Bluetooth (which wasn't even their fault, but more likely just a manufacturer glitch), we received a free upgrade for our next rental. I highly recommend using Enterprise and specifically the Old Trolley Rd. location. read more

I needed them ASAP as our car broke down and my husband has a heart condition so he can't be out in the heat. They picked us up and everything was finished in time to make it back to the broke-down car when the tow-truck showed up. A little hard to understand exactly what I was getting, but I needed a car quickly and I couldn't be picky. The car had great a/c with a back-up camera, and the seats were stained but I didn't really care. I returned the car w/i 24 hrs and was gratified to know I only paid for the one day. If I could give this location a -1 I would. The staff is rude and unhelpful. Waited for 2 hours for a vehicle. I had a reservation from the insurance company for a 4 door- intermediate vehicle and these fools refused to give me a 4- door intermediate vehicle, instead, they showed me a 2 door sports car (2 seat vehicle) as I have a car seat in my hand. What the hell was I supposed to do with the car seat? Put it on the passenger side? Absolutely illogical. Then they came to me with the excuse that they had nothing on the lot to accommodate me, all this, as people were coming in and out taking 4 door vehicles with reservations done in less time then the one I held. I called the manager of the location whom to date has yet to call me back and called the corporate office. I had to go out of my way the following day to switch out the mistake they did. All the while being rude and disrespectful. Never again will I visit this location, and I will make sure everyone knows how shitty the staff treats people. read more
