Rented from a enterprise in Michigan and had to renew my contract as I was going to need the car longer for work in Warsaw, what a mistake, they completely screwed up my reservation, when asked how much longer I was going to need it and where it would be returned I said another month and that I would be returning to the same location i got it from in Michigan, they booked it for 2 weeks and that it was to be returned to the Warsaw location, after getting my rental agreement emailed to me an seeing that messed it up I tried calling 3 separate times and sitting on hold for 20 minutes each time before getting hung up on. Do yourself a favor and drive further to a different location rather than waste your time here. read more

Insurance rental here ...so I didn't have a choice. Got refused the first day because I was using a credit card I'm authorized to use, but the first name is different. Then, when I was finally able to come back with card they accepted,they didn't have the minivan i needed. The manager promised me if I took something else for a few days I could pick up a minivan today. He lied. They didn't have any. Horrible customer service. It's going to cost me over $1000 in lost revenue because they refuse to get me the vehicle I was promised. Avoid this place at all costs. read more

This is the second time we've rented a vehicle from the Warsaw location. The First one was last fall, when we asked for small SUV. We requested that because we know the parking situation where we were going is tight (and the reason we were renting). We got Flex which is a rather huge vehicle, lengthwise. Sorry, the one we requested wasn't there. Today, we came to pick up a rental pick up truck for my husband to use while his is in for repair - he requested a pick up truck because he uses it for work. Just got an Equinox. Close?? No more, Enterprise. Edit: You may notice that Enterprise made it appear as though they reached out to us about this issue. We responded twice to them and to date ... crickets. It was all for show on Yelp. Furthermore, Enterprise came and exchanged the all wheel drive Equinox for a 2 wheel drive (rear wheel) Durango right when we received all that snow. My husband had to park the Durango and borrow a truck from work because the Durango's rear wheel drive and our sloped driveway didn't mix. Wanna know why they made the exchange? Someone else wanted the Equinox. That's what we were told. They would take a vehicle from us for another customer request, but wouldn't help us with our request (either time we rented). Wondering if Enterprise charged the insurance company for a pick up truck or an Equinox & Durango. Hmmmm? read more

Due to a recent storm my vehicle was crushed by a tree, so I needed a rental vehicle. I was directed to Enterprise of Warsaw by my insurance carrier. A gentleman named Kenny was who I dealt with, and I was given a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee with quite a bit of damage on it, lots of scratches, looked like someone had run through a bucket of yellow paint under the driver side wheel wells, dirty interior that frankly smelled... I was told it was the only vehicle they had available, but if I didn't like it I could always switch it out. I proceed to drive the vehicle during the course of the week and find the AC is blowing hot air, and the blind spot alert keeps coming on and off, probably due to a rattling in the rear of the vehicle, which I cannot seem to find the source of. I call Enterprise back and ask if a replacement vehicle can be found and I was told there was nothing available again. Kenny then proceeded to become combative/insinuate that I had something to do with the aforementioned damage. He then said that perhaps I could take this rental vehicle to the dealership to be looked at?!? I then contacted my insurance adjuster to let her know the situation. She then called and spoke with Kenny, who LIED to her, saying he hadn't spoken to me at all. He then told the adjuster he would find an available vehicle and would call me. He then called me saying that he had called my insurance company to check on how much longer the rental would be needed (another lie) and said he had nothing available except a minivan, but I was welcome to call other Enterprise locations to find a different vehicle. At this point after a couple hours of my wasted time and energy I had enough of the rudeness. I called the adjuster to let them know I would be getting a rental vehicle from elsewhere and I was taking the vehicle back. I then called Enterprise, spoke to another individual who then said they had other vehicles available! Needless to say the vehicle went back and I took my business to AVIS. I have rented from Enterprise a few times and never had any issue whatsoever, they have clean cars, great service. But this one instance of bizarre, rude, and inappropriate behavior from one person has ruined them for me. As someone who works in the insurance industry and with claims, the last thing someone in a loss situation wants is a hassle and complete lack of kindness, decency, honesty, or accountability from someone paid to give them a service. That's what I got, and I will let everyone I know NOT to use Warsaw Enterprise. read more

Enterprise is awesome. The cars are always clean and well maintained. The employees are nice and helpful. I've rented from Enterprise for years and never had a problem. I fully recommend the Warsaw, Indiana location, & the Fort Wayne, Indiana Lawrence Street location to everyone. read more

As usual our Enterprise car rental experience was absolutely wonderful. Easy check in and go and easy drop off and get home. Rates are terrific, cars in great shape, staff is phenomenal. Couldn't do better anywhere else so they have my business. I always appreciate the phone call while we are on the road to be sure all is well. Terrific!
