Not a single problem or concern. We worked with Van Ky Tran when we picked up and when we dropped off our rental. We needed to call twice during our rental period of just over a month and the employees were very knowledgeable and courteous. The only complaint would be when you call you go through a corporate number that takes too long to get to speak to an actual person. My sister and I have had to drive from over an hour away three days in a row now and every day it's been some new reason they can't release the car to her. First it was because I'm the primary on car insurance, next day thy wouldn't expect any of her cards for deposit and wouldn't take mine because her name isn't on them, now today it's thy can't take paper DL!!!! I just downloaded this app just so I could leave this review. This is my 3rd time using this company and each time is allows the same. My insurance company called them yesterday as did I, because we were trying to avoid the long wait. I asked to reserve a car to pick up between 10-11 am. They said no problem and it was all set. I've now been sitting here waiting for over an hour for a car to get here and it's not even going to be the type of car I reserved or said I wanted, it's a lot bigger. I wouldn't recommend this place but if you're like me and don't have any other choice, plan on spending at least an extra 2-3 hours on site. They have no consideration for your time. This place is really iffy. This is the second time I have had to use them for when my vehicle has been in the shop. The first time they gave me a car that had issues. I brought it back within 10 minutes. Refused to speak to the same guy who dealt with me earlier and disregarded my concerns when I brought up the warning lights. I also added another driver because this was over thanksgiving and we were traveling. Due to it being through insurance it should have been free instead they charged me over $150. It then took over a week to get the charges fixed and no one called to let me know it was fixed. Now I am waiting for them to pick me up from the service center and they are over 30 minutes late from the planned pickup. I just called them and their excuse is that they did not have a car cleaned. I wish someone would have told me that when I called on my way to Rydell. When I called they said someone was one their way. Considering this is maybe a 5 minute drive from enterprise and its been over 10 minutes since I hung up, they lied to me. This also brings up concerns for me about me picking up my rental. I am highly allergic to most cleaners. So if my rental smells like cleaner, I will be reacting. Luckily it was fine. Though I do not appreciate waiting 40 minutes for my car only to have to deal with the same guy that disregarded my concerns last time I got a rental. Who then proceeded to ask me questions he should already know from my insurance claim file. He also treated me as if I was an idiot when asking what my deductible is. Which should not be his problem anyway since he is not getting it the service center is. I do not reccomend. Not professional at all. I used this Enterprise location to rent a car for a one-way trip from Waterloo to Milwaukee. Despite the fact that I chose compact, they asked if I wanted a new V8 Challenger, which I thought would be incredible to drive! made the originally four-hour drive a lot better, hehe. read more

I used a debit card to rent a car from March 22 - March 24. I have yet to receive my refund from them, everything I try to call they can never give me a solid answer. I'm a single mom and I planned on using my refund to pay my bills but since it's not here I had to ask my family to help out with the bills. I'll probably never go here again. read more

The Enterprise office in Waterloo is absolutely fantastic! They are MUCH cheaper than Avis at the airport. They picked me up at the Waterloo airport even though their office is several miles away from it. I ran into a serious issue and Trey and his team were friendly, easy to get in touch with, and very helpful. I give this Enterprise office my HIGHEST recommendation!!! read more

Our first experience renting a car from a Enterprise went very well. They were courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. We prepared everything in advance online and they were ready for us at the time of picking up the rental car. Returning the car was just as easy. I would suggest when renting to pay for the roadside assistance insurance. read more

My husband and I rented a car from this place and the experience was horrible. The customer service representative was very rude and dismissive. He told me that if I bought the insurance it would only cover hail damage and if someone hit me. I asked him what's the chances of me suffering hail damage and I know I would not have to pay if someone hit me. He then stated that I needed to present a bill and have my own insurance in order to rent the car. Oh yeah and the bill couldn't be a final notice. On top of it all I dropped the car off when the facility was closed and left my Kindle Reader in the glove box. I called the next morning when they opened they said the car had already been rented and it would return at 4pm and they would put my device up for me. When I called back they said they had no idea what I was talking about and nobody remembered talking to me. I will never rent from Enterprise again. read more
