    Can you see the (obvious...to Enterprise) damages?

    when I turned in the car the mean looking female said there was a list of damages. turns out there was a tiny (smaller than a quarter) blemish to the plastic piece of the bumper where it meets the grill! Seriously, you would need a microscope to identify it. The other was some tiny scrape on the real quarter panel again so indistinguishable to the bare eye. The other items on her hit list were known about the vehicle. I suggest Enterptise not rent out their junk trash cars with all these discrepancies instead of target their fare owing clients. I'm National Emerald Executive but needed a return to a small town and that could be the issue, too. They said they were referring my damages to corporate for action. Nobody has called or emailed to let me know anything about the serious allegations 6 hours later and I'm sure they will not call given the rediculous claims lesson: video tape your car before accepting it. The garage at Tampa airport is so dark the video would not have picked up these tiny damages

    Excellent!! We drove our RV down here from Illinois and had to get picked up at the state park. Alex the driver was super friendly and gave us tips about the area/things to do. Upon arrival at the branch; Alisa greeted us out front and gave us a fantastic car - brand new model barely any miles. She was super friendly and professional as well. I give them 5 stars! I have rented from Enterprise for 15 years now and will continue to do so! Thank you & God Bless!!

This past week I rented a car to carry us to an annual birthday bash in New Orleans. I was looking for something good on gas (when gas is over $4/gallon), comfortable but not a basic box on wheels, either. I rented a car online through a Corporate Discount Plan that I can take advantage of. That process was extremely easy, and I got a smokin' great rate! Yes! Come the day of the rental, I arrived at this Wesley Chapel Hertz location a bit early. They were pretty busy, but Nate and Johanny acknowledged my presence and advised they'd be with me shortly. No problem. In no time, Nate was getting my information together and getting me set up in a very nice rental car. I'll admit that the car I ended up with was a pleasant surprise. It was very roomy, fun to drive and great on gas, as it turns out. All of this at an excellent rate! The perfect solution... Four days later I returned in my rental ride, and Nate just happened to be there again. He seemed quite happy to hear a quick tale of our birthday bash weekend and how pleased we were with our rental. Nate was the model I view as what all Hertz employees should strive to be. He was dialed down accurate, professional and polite, with a real attention to what we needed. And THAT is what Customer Service is all about!

My husband has a corporate account that we've both used for years. 1st time in over 10 years we've had such an issue at Hertz. The attendant also told me to bring the car back on half a tank, but when I brought it back on half, she told me I was supposed to bring it back on 6/8. Showed me an old picture of the tank when it was more gas like I'm stupid. I checked everything at pick up. Even showed her things about the car that she hadn't noticed. The tank was actually a little less than half. This experience was such a hassle and we won't be using this location ever again! Customer service is horrible and they may be racist.

On the way out he did a full inspection with me of the car and noted down the damages or scratches the vehicle had. He told me i could return the car at 1/2 tank instead of full. But the vehicle was filled with full tank. When i was returning the vehicle the pumps at the 7-eleven next door wasn't fueling my car up. As i returned the vehicle he came out and said i was good. He didn't even charged me extra for the fuel. Normally the other locations would charge you extra for not refueling the vehicle to the specific level it had prior. But Zach rest assured me that he won't charge me extra for the fuel. Thank you Zach for helping me out. I will do business here again.

    The worst experience EVER…read more Rental Confirmation # 2117180308 for a full size SUV to be picked up today at 10:30 at the Wesley Chapel location I arrive at 10:30am - one male ahead of me waiting for an SUV he had reserved - we were both told they did not have any and they are talking to other stores to see who has some - no one did. They even tried the airport (which I was told would be a higher rate than my reservation if they did have SUVs available). The local store said they did not have my phone number on file so they didn't call to tell me. (I had filled it out online) While I was waiting for the office staff to find cars I went online and was able to make a reservation for a full side SUV at the Hudson, FL location (I did get a text shortly after saying they did not have the vehicle which shows that they probably did have my phone number to begin with at Wesley chapel) but why was the reservation allowed to be made?? Does Enterprise not care that they ruin their customers vacation plans by not meeting the reservations they allow to be booked?!!!!! I left Wesley chapel and called Enterprise Corporate 1-855-266-9565 I spoke to a total of 6 people over a 6 hr period. Not once did someone call me back as all of the corporate phone center people advised. 10:55am - Patrick- never filed report for fleet manager - said someone will call me in an hour 11:49am - Jade- filing no car available form because Patrick never did- also advised someone will call me in an hour 1:03 pm - Glenn- I was told again I would be contacted by someone and I needed to "keep my line open" because Someone is looking - and they will call me in 1-2 hours (still a mystery who this someone is that would be calling me) 4:26pm - I called Ellie at corporate (no one had called me back from the 3 previous calls) She told me she doesn't handle these type of cases- she is going to escalate to someone else 4:36 - transferred to Cesar (ASSHOLE) - his recommendation is to wait for management team (local team) and that nothing will change if we continue to speak- he will explain to me again that I have to wait for someone to call me back and then he is going to disconnect the call Summation of my experience with Enterprise today: Because it's just a "reservation" there is nothing to do on their end and they could care less that they did not fulfill the reservation I made and they accepted. Disgusted!!! Can't even rate them 1 star but this platform requires it

Upon arrival, we directly went inside the store and showed our booking confirmation. Upon confirming our reservation and checking the required documents, we were presented with a 7 Seater SUV which was good for our family seeing the members as well as good leg space and luggage area. The car was good, tidy, and perfect for our journey. We were impressed with Enterprise's service. We also got an email notification from Enterprise regarding customer service after drop-off. The drawback is not too much space available for parking for the customer at pick-up.

Except Ronnie in the sales office, the rest seems to lack motivation for even ordinary service. Their mechanic seems to patch these used crash cars in a very cheap way to trap customers in coming back for repairs soon after financing. That's how the mechanic makes his buck, I was told! I know, from experience, that this dealership is about providing credit financing at high cost, rather than improving the working state of the used cars they provide. The lure is no credit checks. It seems obvious based on the high downpayment, the weekly, or monthly payments. I feel cheated and helpless, at the same time. It is sad @ Zephyrhills. The relief person in the office staff needs customer service training sooner than later. He hangs up the phone anytime of his choosing. I am told that I have to negotiate with the mechanic for refunds on faulty and incomplete repairs, not the office. What a 'Krock'! I am still awaiting a refund response on a water pump replacement that had to be reworked, because my Chevy Cruze was overheating, the temperature gauge was stationary, the cooling fans are working constantly, and the coolant reservoir fluid is cold to the touch. This is just the last bad experience. I must know better, when enough is enough! What a disappointment on my part to allow this level of service to drain me of cash and accompanying emotional trauma. Keep it up A CARLOT Inc., time will tell the true story!
