I reserved a vehicle on the enterprise website and when I showed up, they didn't have it or anything comparable. I came back the next day for my reservation and they still didn't have it. They told me that the enterprise website doesn't keep up with their inventory so you can just reserve and pay for anything even if they don't have it. read more

Extremely disappointed in my return visit to this location. Left a review with enterprise directly but never heard back, after seeing the latest reviews - I see why. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! The female (manager I believe) is atrocious. Talks over you and didn't acknowledge my luxury premium rental reservation & ended up getting stuck with a roached out & beat up Jetta. The place had weeks to obtain something similar & even called Monday prior to my Thursday pick up to confirm my desired vehicle. Upon arrival, I'm greeted with nearly an hour long wait while she texted & made calls on her cell phone and attempted to assist the lobby full of people (at 1pm). Was expecting much more. New car they rented to us was a safety hazard. Mechanical Issues. Try to slowly accelerate the car won't move and as your pushing the gas pedal down it will than decide to move as if you just slammed on the gas pedal! Nearly hit someone that was in the lane over in a 2 lane parking lot. Had to slam on brakes. Brakes do not work either it's like you slammed on the brakes! So watch you don't get rear ended. Call the company we don't have any other cars in 50 miles they are renting cars not safe for Driving here in Florida! read more

I made an online reservation for a van. They called me a few hours later to let me know they have no vans and they would not have any vans available on the day of my rental. They did offer a vehicle but they made it clear it would not be a van. I called the day of the rental to ask if the vehicle would at least be big enough for 3 adults to sit in the back seat and they gave me a big run around about not knowing if they would have anything that big. They transferred me to the manager who stated the vehicle would be the size of a Mitsubishi Mirage. Then he hung up on me when I got upset. This Enterprise is being run by unprofessional management. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Addition The Enterprise reply is ridiculous. There is nothing they can do to help me. I have canceled my reservation since the vehicle I ordered and was promised was never going to be available. I had to choose other options. Before replying to anyone on a yelp post, you should really read the other yelp reviews. It is clear to me that there is something wrong with this location or this locations employees or this locations management. If you really care about Customer Service y'all should look into that situation. All of the others that have had a horrible experience and have left negative post should be a clear indication that there is a very serious problem happening here. I had a really frustrating experience at this rental car facility. I reserved a vehicle over a month in advance, but when I arrived, it wasn't available. The representative showed no willingness to help me find another vehicle of the same or contact a different location for availability. She didn't care at all about my need for a car. Without even checking, she stated "oh it's spring break everything sold out". What a huge dismiss and INCONVENIENCE! At this point, I'm have concluded that my reservation meant nothing. A complete waste of time all around with added aggravation. I ended up spending over two hours on the phone trying to find another location with a vehicle available. This was honestly the worst service I've ever experienced! I had a much better experience at the Enterprise location in Wesley Chapel, where the staff were kind and accommodating. when I turned in the car the mean looking female said there was a list of damages. turns out there was a tiny (smaller than a quarter) blemish to the plastic piece of the bumper where it meets the grill! Seriously, you would need a microscope to identify it. The other was some tiny scrape on the real quarter panel again so indistinguishable to the bare eye. The other items on her hit list were known about the vehicle. I suggest Enterptise not rent out their junk trash cars with all these discrepancies instead of target their fare owing clients. I'm National Emerald Executive but needed a return to a small town and that could be the issue, too. They said they were referring my damages to corporate for action. Nobody has called or emailed to let me know anything about the serious allegations 6 hours later and I'm sure they will not call given the rediculous claims lesson: video tape your car before accepting it. Enterprise offers a pickup service. However, you can not request it make you make the reservation. I called @ 8:04 am the phone just rang. I called again at 8:06 am no one could pick me up until 11:00 am. I was 5 minutes away by car. They said they were too busy. I agreed to 11:00 am. No show. I called 3 more times finally at 11:35 the car showed up. One of those times they were picking up so.eone else. They didn't have the car ready when I arrived and also had no problem getting their lunch. These people were in no rush. C.S. is the last thing on their minds. I've been here waiting 2 hours for a vehicle after having a reservation at 8am open time. Manager Assistant Romi was very rude and lied about my appointment time after the collision center emailed me the confirmed reservation the day before. There are also people complaining about the condition of the vehicles before driving off in their cars. Every time I've desperately came here the service is ALWAYS horrible! Rented a car on Monday and after calling enterprise and asking I dropped it off at another location. Was called the next day by a Brittany from Zephyrhills who informed me she was charging me $200 for dropping it out of state for a one day rental. I dropped it in state. She then told me if I ever did that again I "would lose my privilege" to rent again. Luckily I was at another rental location and put her on speaker phone and Nemanja, the area manager got to hear her childish rant. He closed the reservation, refunded her ridiculous fee, apologized and made it right. I rent from enterprise on a corporate account every week and never had someone be so rude. Rep called the night before rental was due because the thought it was an hour late. I explained that we will need to extend a day because my truck was not done at dealership. This rental center hasn't had a vehicle I reserved on 2 different occasions and both of these times have been back to back, though months apart. Both times I reserved a large sized truck/larger SUV and they didn't have it the day I rented it for so they offer a much smaller vehicle as "they don't have access to that many cars." If they know you can't rent a vehicle that you're needing, they shouldn't offer it for reservation OR they should go out of their way a day in advance to get the vehicle from another location ahead of time so you don't have your plans disrupted. If I could've used a smaller vehicle, that's what I would've rented. I even moved my plans around yesterday (the day I rented it for) since they didn't have a truck and took off work today since the truck was supposed to be ready from the shop. Today I'm called that it's still not ready. What place only keeps one large truck (f150 size) on their lot? The last time I had to rent a dirty vehicle and was told that if I pay to have it cleaned out, they'd reimburse me, which they did. However, it was extremely unprofessional since they knew it had been reserved a week beforehand. This seems like a little "mom & pop" rental center vs the enterprise that I've dealt with everywhere else. If you think that this particular rental center #4231 in Zephyrhills cares about you being inconvenienced, you'll be proven wrong. Just ask the manager Vincent, whom I've tried to work with the last 2 days to get into a vehicle I reserved with plenty of advance notice but with no luck. I recommend renting from another enterprise or another company if you're able to. My advice to them is to call their customers a day ahead to see who's keeping their reservation so they know what to have on hand or at the very least, call them to tell them they won't have that vehicle size so the customer can plan accordingly to try and rent from somewhere else instead of letting them know the day of. I think they could really use some training from other locations with how to run a car rental center. I won't be renting from here again and wanted to give everyone a fair warning. read more

To be talked in circles more than once in order get more than $300 in less than one months time having the rental and then to renig on the agreement that I would get $50 of my $100 deposit back once the vehicle was returned by bringing up the the bill that I had ALREADY SETTLED with them! Summary: Responsive small town rental car company. Offers a free ride within Zephyrhills to and from the office. Give yourself a little bit of time and use online booking as much as possible. The Situation: Let's face it, if you need a rental, in Z'hills, your options are limited. As a result, this spot generally doesn't have a lot of inventory. Book on-line with as much notice as possible, as cars really go fast. I generally rent and drive into Z'hills 1 way. My car has been checked and reallocated extremely quickly to a thankful renter. The Cars: Enterprise cars tend to be newer, but not as new and with as much variety as Hertz. The Staff: Given that most of the customers were in some sort of terrible accident, I would say the staff really is great. They tend to handle the higher emotions that are associated with a recent car accident. I think it's fantastic that they give you a ride if you need it to your home. Calling: Typically, they answer and then put you on hold or just ask you to call back. It's a really busy office, so you might want to just go there and sort out what you need. Note to returners: There is a gas station across the street, but it's a bit more expensive then some of the other spots in town. read more

Only issue I had was vehicle was still a little dirty inside and they did not have a standard car I rented ready but gave me a small SUV to make up for it and get me going. According to Corporate Enterprise, this location is independently owned. They do not follow the same rules as a corporate run location ( I.e locations near airports are usually corporate) this location refused to take a credit card payment with identical last names because the couple was legally married. Her husband previously has worked for enterprise as a manger for almost 8 years. It was never ONCE stated upon booking that the credit card full name had to match the ID. The ID and CC had the same last name, because again they are a legal married couple, along with the card holder and previous manager on the phone to go through payment since he was also traveling for family. So in picking up the rental. At the last minute they refused to take payment, therefor having to cancel our trip when we have not seen our family in almost 10 months. We had corporate on the phone telling us to not go there and always go to a location near the airport and things like this will not be an issue. There was no client service recovery and the supposed manager Kelly never returns calls or answers her phone. Do yourself a favor and just don't waste your time here. read more

After arriving at the Gall Blvd, Zephyrhills office to pick up my car, I realized that I had left my wallet back where I was staying and the person I had drop me off already left (I told him there was never any problem with Enterprise). The staff at Enterprise was kind enough to take me back to get my wallet and then back to their office to get the rental. Thank You!! Additionally, they worked with me to provide a rental return to the Tampa Airport at a much reduced cost...I had rented from Zephyrhills because the pricing was so much better than at the airport. Enterprise customer service cannot be beat! We arrived a small regional airport to find on site service with competitive pricing and availability of cars when we did not even have a reservation. We were originally booked with a sister company, National, and Enterprise made it an easy decision for us to cancel the previous reservation and book with them. The local agent was incredibly pleasant and service oriented. She offered a very fair price and helped with the gas quantity we were responsible for in the vehicle. It was clean and met our luggage needs. We will continue to place Enterprise in first place well ahead of the pack for rental car companies. You cannot forget the supreme service. Very disrespectful. I have rented with this location before in the past and was told as long as I get back to their location by 6pm I can be dropped off to my home, which is down the street. Which has happened before in the past. When I arrived, a lady APPROACHED ME and asked me while taking the keys, do I need a ride home. I replied yes. She went in the back and another lady came back and stated "Our driver has left for the day. He leaves at 5:30. There is nothing we can do for you". I stated well I'm kind of stranded. She stated "Do you have Uber, that's your best bet" and walked away. I walked out to gather my nerves because I felt extremely disrespected AND it was only 5:55pm so I am going by what I have been told and WHAT ACTUALLY OCCURED in the past. Only to verbally get spat out and kicked out like a dog. I say that because I attempted to go back inside because it was scorching hot outside and to figure out how I was getting home. AND NO I DONT HAVE AN UBER ACCT! It was 6:02. They had locked the door although their employees were outside of the building. Not even to ask if I was ok, or did I find a ride. Or just no concern. Not even a courtesy "Since you weren't aware, we will drop you off this one time". It was literally 5 employees in the office at the time I arrived. I felt like a dog and as if I wasn't worthy of their service. Never have I had this kind of ill treatment from anyone in my life ESPECIALLY Enterprise! The mistreatment I felt today was like none other. You actually GET 0 stars from me and a nice complaint to corporate. I am not sure whether I was racially profiled or they are just disrespectful and inconsiderate about the ppl who make sure THEY GET PAID to feed their families. Absolutely absurd! The lady working was very rude and didn't help us at all. We reserved a car days in advance and went to pick it up as planned and she told us about all this paper work we needed in order to rent the car. After 3 trips back and forth to my house and back to Enterprise, not one document I had was acceptable. We use paperless billing so it was very hard to find bills and for some reason the paper work we did have "wasn't acceptable". After hours of trying to rent this car (which was suppose to be already rented and ready to go) we ended up having to leave without a car. I will never use Enterprise again and I would never recommend it to anyone. We have wasted a day now for our planned trip and have to go somewhere else to rent a car. read more
