We were a family of 7 and had to go to Port Canaveral. I rented a car from Enterprise Rent-A-Car located at Zephyrhills. I reserved the vehicle using my credit card points online. Upon arrival, we directly went inside the store and showed our booking confirmation. Upon confirming our reservation and checking the required documents, we were presented with a 7 Seater SUV which was good for our family seeing the members as well as good leg space and luggage area. The car was good, tidy, and perfect for our journey. We were impressed with Enterprise's service. We also got an email notification from Enterprise regarding customer service after drop-off. The drawback is not too much space available for parking for the customer at pick-up. read more

The rental car is easy pick up for the customer. I have been to this place several times. The car always ready for pickup. Car is acceptable clean. Which means good clean in the interior, exterior not so much. Positive area Easy pick up, car availability, choice to change car type, clean interior. Negative area Too many call from this rental car place before and after. I rather they don't do that. Sent text messages if needed. Not too much of customers parking space for customers drop off or pickup. Not an easy access from main road. Thing to Improve Don't call for how the car satisfaction after rental. We have officially rented about a handful of times from Enterprise Rent-A-Car In Wesley Chapel. It's Convenient to Us, and We Know the Routine. Our Last Car Rented for Us was a Dodge Durango which is part of their cross over category. The rental process is easy online and through the application, the follow up process is nice and comforting, & the customer service is good. I know that when I see them, they will always upsell, & that's to be expected. We opt to use our insurance, & we opt for filling up our gas our self, & choosing a car in the category we initially picked. They also said they could not forward my message to her or put me in contact w/ her. SMH. Thankfully, Hertz of North Tampa rented to me & the new Wesley Chapel Hertz location opens 6/28/21* ‐------------------------------------------------------------------ Earlier today, I tried to rent from THIS LOCATION, & I was denied. I'm giving Enterprise one star because the young woman over the phone this morning was cordial & professional. (It deserves zero stars.) She had the unfortunate responsibility of informing me that Enterprise would not rent to me. (Apparently, I'm on the naughty list.) And unfortunately, my insurance company (USAA) contracts w/ Enterprise. PLEASE AVOID using this location or ANY OTHER ENTERPRISE LOCATION. You could end up as I. I do not believe Enterprise (the company) is ethical. In 2017, I rented a Jeep from Enterprise (in another Florida town) after my car had been submerged in water. I had possession of the rental for approximately 48 hours & put just 10 miles on it. (I drove it off the lot to a grocery store, then home, & later to return it to Enterprise.) I hit nothing & nothing hit me. Prior to my initial rental, I stupidly relied on the Enterprise employee to do the cursory check. At the time, I was physically disabled (hip issue) & using a cane; I was also in pain from a recent fall that put a cast on my wrist & hand. I foolishly trusted the young staffer to do a thorough &/or honest check. That did NOT occur. Upon my return of the vehicle 48 hrs later, I was informed that there was a problem. There was a dent on the hood near the antenna. Since the dent was encrusted w/ dark orange rust (& obviously impossible for me to have caused), I refused to pay damages. Soon after, I received a bill in the mail for close to $600. For about a year, Enterprise sent me repeated letters and eventually had a collection agent contact me. During that same time, I went up Enterprise's chain of command (local & corporate), even including the colored pics of the dent w/ each communication. I finally informed Enterprise that it needed to cease & desist w/ the harassment & just take me to court. I also warned Enterprise that my 829 credit rating had better remain intact. Enterprise & the collection agency never contacted me again. NOT ONCE during that year did anyone from Enterprise corporate reach out to me. NOT ONCE did anyone from Enterprise acknowledge the photo of the old dent, a dent impossible to create in two day's time. I have since befriended a man who once worked for Enterprise. He indicated that I was not the first to experience such treatment, & he eluded to unethical business practices. Whether that is true, I do not know. I do know that today I learned that I have been unfairly banned from further renting when it should be obvious to even a simpleton that the Jeep's damage preceded me. I'm also confident that Enterprise is an unprofessional company. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE be aware before you choose to rent from Enterprise. If it can happen to me, it can happen to anyone. And w/ that, I have now booked a reservation w/ Audi. Who knows, I may really enjoy driving around in style:) read more

We had an absolute horrible experience renting from Zephyrhills fl location. They called the night before the return was due and threatened us and started talking out the side of thier mouth to us, addressing both my wife and I in ways my daddy doesn't get away with. We returned the car to a sister location in westley chapel. The representative that took the car in was Chris. This young man is the most professional individual I have delt with at not only enterprise but that I have delt with in the last 6 months .... the man needs to be put in a position of a regional trainer for enterprise . The more I've been renting cars for business the more I've realized how much enterprise just doesn't care. Maybe it's more the location and employees than the brand. I recently pick up a car and made mention to the person checking me out that the car didn't look like it was cleaned. He assured me it was because the tag wouldn't be hanging from the rear view mirror and the Clorox wipe wouldn't be In the center console. I pointed out the rear window that was full of fingerprints. His response that's kids. I get it but the car should have been cleaned. I just ignored it and left. Well I found that the rear view mirror had, I hate to say it something stuck to it let's say. Not cool the more I looked around I found food and trash. I tried calling enterprise but no answer. Unfortunately I couldn't turn around I had things to do but when I got the chance believe me I wiped it down. For this reason I am going to start Turo rentals. It's personal and that person is going to care about the rating. Enterprise is to big to care about the 1 complaint but not that peer to peer person. They are going to make you feel like a celebrity all Star. Save yourself getting sick and the headache and don't rent enterprise. read more

This place is a sh*t show all around. First, you call anytime of the day, you will wait for an eternity. For me, I had them pick up the phone and then hang up immediately. She showed me to my vehicle and did the inspection with such great care. She was really sympathetic to me having severe car issues of my own, which is the reason for the car rental. Not good is correct, go to another location for Enterprise if you have a choice this one has terrible customer service. I had to go to another location to finally get a car that was okay. I would first like to start off by saying how awesome the staff is here. Any issue is promptly resolved and customer service is top notch!

If I could rate this place with negative stars, it still would be too good. This Enterprise has the worst customer service ever. Ashley Hinds( so-called assistant manager) is rude, unprofessional, incompetent, and lair. Made a reservation for a compact Nissan for 3 days at $27+, it was confirmed by an email, confirmation number, and I even called this branch and confirmed with Harrison day before pick-up. On the day of pick up, Ashley Hinds look up my reservation and mysteriously my compact Nissan turns into an F-150 XLT pickup reservation. I told her, no I have a Nissan. I provided her confirmation and email. She said that's wrong and we don't have that reservation for a Nissan . That I was wrong. I try to show her the email and provided the confirmation number, she wasn't having it. Putting me in a bad position I say I'll take the F-150he price that was promised to me for the Nissan. She instantly became defenses said no I can't do that. I said that we have a problem I have a reservation and a confirmation for a set price and now you're trying to triple my quote. Ashley kept on saying you're wrong you modified it. I said let me talk to your branch manager, and she was in charge of the branch. (More lies) This is the point were the stand still came into play. Where she claims that she was scare and uncomfortable renting to me at this point and threatened to call the police. I told her, go ahead and waited patiently for Pasco County sheriff's office to arrive. This is the point when her other black co-worker got invovled, also rude unprofessional. Ask "what are you still doing here"? I said I'm waiting for the police.Yes, the lying incompetent Ashley Hinds called the police. 30mins + later the police showed up and heard both sides. I provided the officer with my email stating the price and Nissan, not F150. They looked at the email and instantly knew something was wrong. 10 mins later after the police arrived, magically Ashley found the Nissan reservation. Probly the point of back peddling for Ashley, because of my email. This is They offered the F150 for the quoted price. Which I asked in the very beginning. So it takes police involvement, 3 wasted hours to fix this solution. All Ashley Hinds had to do was read the email. But caught in a lie and try to up sell me and she was too cowardly to apologize. I guess she wasn't scared to rent the vehicle after all. Holly the only polite professional person took over and completed the reservation. So my advice is to stay far away from this branch, Ashley Hinds and the other black female co-worker (didn't get her name and I don't care to know either). You will waste your time, have the police called on you, and have your reservation either canceled or an upgraded vehicle at triple the price. Ashley Hinds gives females a bad name. Plays that card when someone points out a mistake. Instantly claim she scared, I'm not honoring that "you're wrong and I'm calling the police. If you want to see the email confirmation for the Nissan and the police information of the officer involved free so free to contact me. read more

I rented a vehicle from the Wesley Chapel site. there was damage on a rear lense. Employee Hunter seen it and said they d worry about things by the bumper, looked as though he took a picture. When I returned the vehicle they tried to charge me for the damage. They told me they wanted my insurance deductible. I asked to see the pictures and was told there wasn't any. I tried to talk to Hunter (employee who took the picturea) and he said there wasn't pictures. The managerTerrance seen I was upset and told me not to worry and said that Enterprise would pay for the lense. This was said to both me and my husband. He even gave me his cell and email address to contact him. I asked for a copy of documentation saying what he told is and he said I would have it by 12pm. I text him a few times and was told every time he was busy but he would be sending me the information. I have text and pictures. Terrance the Mgr never helped me or send me the documentation we spoke about only gave me lip service. This is not the way to do business and definitely not the way to conduct himself as a mgr. I would advise against using Enterprise, they do not help you as they say they will. They just give bs and lip service. read more

I never leave reviews but the service I have received from this branch was EXTRAORDINARY. My personal vehicle had to be in the shop for an unspecified amount of time so I had to continually call to extend my rental period. They were so understanding and accommodating. Shorter lady with black hair and blonde ends with a darker Hispanic like complexion was explaining to all of her staff how horrible some customers are. This was an unpleasant experience. We rented a cargo van at this facility when we moved to our new house. The staff were absolutely fantastic - very pleasant, helpful and considerate. The cargo van was spotless, the fuel tank was full and the van was ready for pickup immediately, so we experienced no delays at all. They offered feasible fuel options for returning the vehicle, as well as an insurance option, which were cost effective. The rental procedure was efficient and smooth. I was told by jose or however you spell his name that Although i made a reservation other ppl made a reservation two weeks ahead of me and currently they have had 5 cars on the lot and not enough for the people that had reservations. Just picked up my rental. Car had no gas and a low tire. It was washed so poorly that I couldn't see out of the side mirrors from the beads of dirt, nor could I see out the back window with the sun glaring off the dirty beads of water. The representative started the car to check the mileage and didn't notice the glaring warning signal of the low tire??? Highly disappointed and if I were in a rush, I would have been fuming mad. First, I was told I would need a certain coverage on my rental in case an accident occurred AND that it would be covered by the insurance company (I was renting because of a car accident) only to find out that the insurance company does not cover the extra insurance AND my own car insurance covers the rental in the event of another accident. I would recommend renting from Enterprise Wesley Chapel location. The manager was proactive in making sure that a backup vehicle was there because the exotic group didn't provide our requested car. The manager also went above and beyond to rectify other issues we had upon our return trip. The manager is very attentive and excellent with customer service. Totally disgusted by the way the business is run and the manager's response of "we rented a lot of pick ups today". I'm a senior citizen and have used my local Wesley Chapel branch of Enterprise several times and have never experienced anything but very good to excellent service from their managers and representatives. I live here now and recently moved from Naples, FL where I relied on Enterprise for my car/van rental needs. Worst rental car location ever. The Management Trainee at this location was the absolute worst person to deal with ever. I am so close to putting her name here to ensure Corporate knows who she is. She has no heart and offered zero solutions to our challenge. We were dealing with a family emergency and in essence she took the car keys, held all of our items hostage and walked away. No offer to ride me home with our items. I know we had unusual circumstances but to not even TRY to come up with ways to make it work where we could still continue to rent the car and have Enterprise make money is unfathomable to me. Luckily, the original location where we rented the car was AWESOME. They stepped in and immediately found a way for us to continue to rent the car longer than previously expected. More people need to have that can-do spirit.
