I was initially told my van would take 2-3 weeks to repair and cost around $6,000. Instead, the process took nearly three months and ended up costing closer to $8,000. Communication was extremely poor. Each time I called, I was told someone would call me back, but it often took several days to actually speak with anyone. I was also repeatedly told they would arrange a rental car for me, but that never happened. Shortly after getting my van back, a "Maintenance Required" light appeared. I took it to the dealership, where I was told, "It looks like you let a 16-year-old repair your car." The wiring had been patched together with electrical tape. I ultimately had to pay an additional $800 for the dealership to repair the issue properly. Save yourself the time and frustration -- find a different repair shop.

The Rivian needed a new hood given all the damaged. However, it is very challenging to get parts to say the least. Grey's team got to work "popping" hundreds of dings and in 4 days the truck looked like new again. No paint, no parts, just sheer talent pushing the dents out. Not sure what the final cost was but given a traditional repairs with parts and paint I know this was a better and faster repair and that is the best value in my opinion.
