Hands down the best place I have rented a truck from... I have now rented a large (24 or 26' foot truck with liftgate) to move some heavy machinery. They are customer focused, get you in and out and they don't waste your time. Each time they have listened to what I needed to see if there was a better option than what I chose and they have always worked on the price on the return if I am renting over a weekend when they are closed. When I looked at others the mileage charges alone were double what they are here (at least) and I couldn't get anyone on the phone to really help me. Everytime I called here they answered and could help with anything. Trucks are all maintained well, drive well and are really reliable. Over the years I have bought four to five bran new cars from a dealership and after each and every single experience I was loathing with disgust and HATRED! So I went to Enterprise Used Car Sales in Orange and spoke with Paul Hyndman and his Manager Joe Sandoval. Simply said I was COMPLETELY SATISFIED! Paul was familiar with the process and clearly identified that every vehicle on the lot had millage criteria before being selected for sale and he clearly identified that the prices of the car were at least $500 to $1000 dollars below KBB suggested retail price. This alone had my super excited because the number on thing that everyone discusses when they get to a dealership is THE PRICE OF THE CAR! I have had the unfortunate experience of waiting for hours and hours at dealerships and my deal with Enterprise took come time but this was due to a credit identity alert on my own credit report. GREAT service. I spoke with three different people both in person and on the phone and they were all very pleasant and helpful. I rented a cargo van to move stuff from my mom's home in Fresno back to our new place in Orange. I particularly appreciate the manager who told me not to pay the extra $20 a day for unlimited mileage. The option is not apparent online and I was planning on booking at the unlimited rate. However, they asked how far I was driving and recommended the cheaper route. Obviously, like all Enterprises, you're at mercy to the closed on Sunday and closed early on Saturday hours. But as far as Enterprise goes, this place is awesome. read more

Showed up to pick up my 3/4 ton truck to the orange location that I not only reserved but also called the day before to confirm reservation and pick up time. After taking a Uber they started booking me in a Ram 3/4 that was parked in front my agent had keys in hand then a second employee swapped them with a Ford F-150 they pulled it up and said here you go! I'm like this isn't what I rented why would I come all the way to orange for a f150 when my local store has them plus I pay for miles here where my local enterprise gives unlimited I asked for a ride home and they didn't help yes I was upset and I'm a super super long term Enterprise customer who rents regularly and rents from this location regularly when I need a 3/4 ton truck. This was totally unethical and in no way how enterprise is known for customer service I know Corprate would never condone this treating of a client! read more

We call one day before to confirm and the price doubled... what about honoring the reservation?! That's ridiculous, they didn't even let us know about the price change. My boyfriend has worked for this company and they pull stunts like this on the daily. They have complete control of the prices but decide who gets the better price. I had needed to rent a 15' truck for moving and I decided to try Enterprise instead of U-haul this time and I did not regret it! Jason helped us with the initial process and was very professional. We had to return the truck the same day because we had no place to store it, even though you can return the next day for the same price. Once we finished moving all our stuff we raced back to return the truck because they closed at 5:30PM and my GPS said we weren't going to make it there until 5:28PM! And note that this was a Friday evening, we called them and let them know if we could still make it in to drop off the truck. They were very understanding and said they would wait for us. YAY. Tyler helped us finish up with the return process and did this all with a smile I might add! He made us laugh and it was a positive end to a rough day. I bought a car from this location in February. I paid them for the license plates and registration fees. I have called over a dozen times because the registration and tags came but not the license plates. I have been waiting over 5 months and I get the run around that they are not responsible for the DMV not following through with the plates. They get mad when I ask them to follow up. I would say the name of the game for this location is more about making a sale than customer support. I suggest another location that has more of an investment in customer service. read more
