I hate leaving bad reviews. I really do. But this business refused to listen. They claimed that we did not leave the key that was provided. We left the key in a box that was left for us to use. When we asked about why we were charged they explained it was noted and they could not verify it for over a month since it was with a new customer. I highly recommend not using this company due to the fact that are unorganized and unwilling to admit that they made an error. It is not worth the risk in dealing with them. Courteous reliable, new equipment, the price is right. They're friendly and professional. All these qualities made me a lifetime customer.

Last time I use these guys! I rented a 16" beam saw for $80.00 (Twice as much as others but closer to our site) and they sent it out with almost all the carbide bits on the blade missing. This thing couldn't cut through butter and almost ruined a $2400.00 piece of South American wood. I called and they sent another blade out 2.5 hours later even though they had 2 locations both within 15 minutes of the job site. When they installed the blade it was on backwards. When I returned the saw the following day I asked about a discount for the extra labor hours we were subjected to and the hours we'll be spending trying to correct the poor cut. They said they didn't have the authority or password to do this and that they would leave a message for the manager who would get back in touch with me on Monday. (It's Tuesday today) Doesn't seem like they have their act together I'm sorry to say and customer service isn't their highest concern. But they got their 80 bucks! And by the way, don't be fooled by their pricing online. They don't include the insurance that they don't give you the option of saying "no" to. read more

Ok, I had a little home improvement project that required a 20 foot ladder so we went here to get one. They had a ladder that was called the little giant that wasn't quite so little. The sucker weighed over 100 pounds and took two of us to deal with. The people there were nice, helpful and a little quirky (as to be expected from a tool rental business). My husband and I used AAA again when we moved in December. We closed escrow on our new place on 12/30 and moved on New Year's Eve/New Year's day. The truck battery died within a few hours of getting the truck, but other than that, our truck was great. It set us back about 20 minutes to jump it...an inconvenience, but no big deal in the scheme of things. They even let us have the truck for an extra day for free due to the holiday. Hopefully we won't be moving again for a long, long time, but if we do, I'm sticking with AAA. read more

Went to AAA to rent a submersible pump and hoses to empty out my pool. Previously, I rented from a major big box store and the hoses has tons of holes.
