When I say customer service i mean this driver went out of his way to make sure my crew was safe. He could not tow my truck because it was a heavy equipment, but he called someone that could, set it up and all. Then i had three men in my truck so the other driver could take them do to room. But Chris went out picked up my crew, took them water, stop to get snacks and soda, and stopped to get food. took them to the hotel and made sure they got a room. Who do you know that would do this for someone that called for help?? I can say being a business owner days are not short sometimes a good word and great job makes a bad day so much better. I went to two external mechanics and they confirmed these brakes were not installed correctly. I tried to contact this Dukes place twice on the phone - no answer. I finally got a call back two months later after I dispute the charge. Now they're asking me why I didn't give them a chance to remedy the situation ! The staff is nice and quick to make repairs, and are super detailed-oriented…read more After an accident that involved a wheel had falling another car and hitting the front of my car at a high speed, I had brought my car to my insurance's adjusters to get the car looked over before I brought it the auto-body shop for body repairs (I had to do this because I was using insurance to make this repair). My insurance had missed that the collision had cracked the container that held my windshield wiper fluid. It was the auto-body shop that did notice this, contacted my insurance for me, got them to approve the repair, and repaired it for me without any additional costs to me (which was AWESOME). PLUS they borrowed me a loaner car while the repairs were done! I hope I never have another accident, but if I do and need any auto-body repair, they're the people I'll see.
