I used Entertainment Express for my wedding day transportation. When the limousine arrived at my house, I was greeted by the driver and immediately asked how I will be paying the remaining balance. I understand that this is business and he needed to ensure the payment be made, however, it was my wedding day, and it would have been far more professional for him to approach my mother or one of my bridesmaids instead. The drive to the venue itself was absolutely terrible. The air conditioning was not working and was actually blowing hot air at us the entire ride. We were also unable to connect our phones to play music. We expressed our concerns about both the AC and music to the driver who unfortunately did not seem to care and was not helpful at resolving these issues. Lastly, the breaks on the limo clearly needed to be replaced and should have been prior to driving the vehicle. They were screeching throughout the entire ride, and the driver was slamming on the breaks at every red light since they were not working properly. For the amount of money I paid for this transportation, I would have expected a much better experience than what I had, especially on my wedding day. I would not recommend this limousine service and suggest looking elsewhere for your transportation needs. read more

Walter is one of my favorite wedding vendors. We were first recommended to him and his team a few months ago and I can't say enough good things about their service. From my many phone calls to Walter, he always handled them with grace, poise, and professionalism. I am not always easy, as I have very high expectations, but can honestly say with 100% certainty that Walter was wonderful. He never once was frustrated with me or my many contract clarifications or questions. He was on our top list of vendors because of communication and clarity. On our wedding day this past weekend, his team arrived early for our wedding, provided a wonderful, beautiful set of limousines--a Cadillac Escalade and a vintage Rolls Royce and both were great! His pricing was on par with other vendors and I knew based on recommendation that he would be wonderful. They took us everywhere we wanted to go, they knew the area in Fort Lee and Hackensack very well and were able to escort us with ease, grace, and quality service! Not sure what all the BS reviews are about. Walter and his team were MAGICAL. We met Walter personally at a bridal expo. I knew of his services due to a venue I worked with for my sister's bridal shower. The venue speaks very highly of this company and recommended them. I am so happy I went with them. They were incredibly professional and a delight. Walter sent multiple confirmation emails including agenda and locations with times months before the wedding and included a follow up email a few weeks prior to insure all was set. He was early and stayed late for pictures. The cars were clean and DOPE as ever. We had an old Rolls Royce white and a white Lincoln stretch to sit 14. The bridesmaids and groomsman all loved the ride and their services. We tipped Walter for his incredible time. I will gladly use Walter and his team again AND AGAIN. Walter even managed to lead the toast with all my guests outside the church because everyone else was lost in the crowds to toast for us. What a special moment I'll always remember and very thoughtful. You definitely expect the limo to supply the champagne but it's not every day you expect your Limo to improve and lead your toast because no one else was going to! Ha! GOOD JOB WALTER! I hired this company for my wedding on 5/18/19. We rented limos to take us to and from the hotel in New York City to New Rochelle as well as a shuttle bus to take guests from the hotel to our venue. I gave three stars (instead of one or two) because the limo service was actually great. They were on time both ways and we had no issues with them. However, per our guests who rode the shuttle bus, it was a horrible experience. A bus ride that was supposed to take 20-30 minutes depending on traffic took 1.5 hours and guests were late to our ceremony, which was supposed to start promptly at 630. Additionally, the bus was old and had no air conditioning in the heat of summer. The driver did not know how to get to the venue and my cousin had to help direct him using her phone navigation. They arrived at 6:37 and we had to start our ceremony late. Everyone was very disgruntled when they got off the bus and complained. Please think twice before booking a bus with this company and make sure they provide buses with air conditioning and actually know how to drive to your desired location. read more

Where do I beginning with this review of Entertainment Express/Bus King Luxury Bus Charters! This company came highly recommended from a co-worker of my daughter. I took them at their word and booked a 55 passenger bus for my family reunion banquet night. The contract was for 7/3/17 P/U 5:30PM at The Element Hotel in Harrison, NJ, D/O at 2916 8th Avenue, New York, NY. I paid $1192 which included a 20% gratuity tip of $190. The Family Banquet started at 7PM which we needed to be there on time because we hired a band to entertain from 7PM to 8PM. I figured one hour and a half would get us from New Jersey to Harlem in plenty of time...no worries...WRONG!!!! My family members were all dressed in formal attire and in the hotel lobby by 5:15PM. At 5:30 no bus to be found! 5:45PM no bus! 6PM still no bus! The bus finally showed up at 6:10PM. We made it to the venue a little after 7PM but if I didn't add extra time into the contract it would have been a complete fail. Now I was on the phone with Walter and the bus driver Lloyd who really didn't have a reasonable answer as to why the bus was so late. I heard a lousy excuse about death in the bus driver's family which is understandable however this is business! If the bus driver had death in his family isn't there another bus driver to fill in? The bus itself was out dated and dirty. I spoke with Walter who I must say was very apologetic about the whole ordeal however the bus driver as so unprofessional. The bus driver called me and text me several days after my family's event asking had I spoke to Walter because he didn't get paid. How unprofessional!!!! I did speak to Walter on July 5th and was promised $100 refund but I haven't received it and at this point the best thing I could do is warn the public. Buyer beware!!!!! read more

The only vendor I has an issue with on my wedding day this past April. I STRONGLY URGE YOU GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Unlike all other vendors who made my wedding day a dream, Walter and his driver had me crying right before i walked down the aisle, LITERALLY. In my correspondences with Walter (email and phone), I clearly stated that I wanted to be picked up with my bridal party at 2pm for pictures, ceremony at 5, and drop us at the royal manor after the ceremony. Minutes before i am supposed to head down the aisle, the driver puts me on the phone with Walter telling me "most limos are rented for 3 hours". I am usually very articulate but in the very anxious moments before marrying the love of my life, this character is telling me it will be an extra $300 to drive us to the reception after the ceremony, a mere 30-40 minutes total! Not only did he insist on charging me for stipulations that were NEVER mentioned in the emails (while i clearly stated the timing and trip for the day), but he had his driver wait AND EAT at my reception until my cousin generously offered to pay. If i was in my right frame of mind i would have NEVER agreed to pay that. All in all, i am angered and the miscommunication and unprofessional demeanor this was handled. I wish I read these reviews before booking him.There are many other professional companies you can go to. It's not worth the stress on your wedding day. read more

Very disappointed with the service of Entertainment Express. I was excited to find a limo company that didn't charge a massive price for a prom, but was extremely frustrated by the lack of punctual service offered. It was evident that our driver was incompetent and inconsiderate. The driver was forty-five minutes late and offered no explanation for his lack of timely arrival. Not to mention, on the way to the venue, the driver pulled over and asked us for directions. When we arrived at the venue, we walked to the correct entrance as the driver had brought us to the wrong place. After the event, we had sent one of the members of our party to find where the driver had parked and to bring him to us. In this time, it was shared that the driver did not have a GPS and that we were needed to give him directions back home. After arriving home, the driver offered no apology and we were not given any compensation for our troubles. read more
