Well, let me say this first. Hope, you are, an Angel, and an awesome stylist of course. I believe, sometimes, there is a greater power at work and we live in a small world. If you read this review, I will convince you, of why I believe that. I was visiting my Daughter, my hair was a mess after being on the road for 2 weeks from Georgia. I was in desperate need for some root coverage. I had no clue where to go and had spent so much time looking online for a salon. Feeling overwhelmed, I finally decided to just drive to Carlsbad Village, I had seen it had a list of boutique style salons. I drove around and decided to park and walk. Parking was a pain but I endured and thought, I Hope I find something, I thought my gut would tell me if something was right. As I am walking out of the parking lot, a young lady was walking to her car. I thought I would just ask her by chance, if she could recommend a hair salon. She smiled and said " Entourage" I remember reading reviews, that were all good. Then she proceeded to ask what I needed done, she then told me she worked at Entourage but her appt had cancelled on her and she was going home. Without any hesitation, I knew it was right. And it was perfect. And her name was Hope. From the moment I sat in the chair, I knew It was meant to be. Hope was amazing, professional, confident and a great listener. Anyway, this is a long winded story but the reason I feel it was meant to be, and a small world. Upon checking out, I am chatting away to Hope and I talking about Georgia. One of the stylists is sitting at the reception and asked me where in Georgia? I said she probably wouldnt have heard of it but, I told her McDonough. She said she had lived there for some of highschool years. I said " Do you know _ _ ? And she said " OMG, I am Meghan, your Daughter and I were friends. When I finally realised who she was, she had been to my house several times in Georgia , I was blown away. Out of all the salons and all the people in California, I was meant to go there. I had moved here from out of state in October 2017. It took me until January 2018 to finally get around to making a hair appointment. I usually book appointments 6 weeks out from the day of my color. Between moving, unpacking and family issues, I was desperate, truly in need of help. My roots were the worst evah. (Hint of where I of moved from). Lol. I walked in and asked for help. They booked an appointment for me with Meghan. What a Godsend!! She did such a great job with my hair color, I love it! She went a little lighter and blended it perfectly. She suggested for me to get a water filter for my shower, not to strip my new shade. Which I did. Thankfully. She is not only great at what she does, she's such a nice person! New to California from the mId West. walked by this very nice beauty salon in Carlsbad, a town I have fallen in love with, I was just looking around the village, but when I walked into the salon, I decided to have a much needed facial because of a bit of too much California beach sun, and LOVED the facial given to me by Lisa, then when I was finished with my facial, I decided to go the whole way and have my hair done. A young lady planning her wedding, her name was Amber, gave me "the California Look" with a spur of the moment decision on my part, and 3 hours later, I walked our with short, sassy, highlighted hair instead of my brown and white East Coast Shag Cut I have had for too many years. Am so happy with my new look and I know that when I return to Carlsbad, California, I will definitely go back to Entourage Salon for "the works" on a very regular basis. Meghan was so great! I'm the type of person who is very strict with how my hair is styled and such, but when I was trying to decide exactly what kind of style and color I wanted for my hair, I couldn't decide. Meghan gave helpful suggestions on hair style options, and we both decided on what would be the best look. I absolutely LOVE the way Meghan styles hair, especially mine. She is not only experienced with her skills as a beautician, but her sense of humor, accuracy of communication, and professionalism is constantly magnified through her love for the art and her customers. Try Entourage Salon once and you will never go anywhere else. My first time, Christina did such a perfect haircut. I have very fine hair and not a lot of it, so any mistakes show right up the first time I do my hair myself. We cut off a couple of inches and the haircut and color was perfect. AND I am VERY fussy about my hair. I live in Palm Springs and I will be traveling to Carlsbad for all my haircuts. Amy did my badly damaged nails. She worked wonders with them. A week later they are still looking great. Besides that she is a lot of fun to talk - if you're going to spend an hour with a manicurist, you want one you can chat with. The first impression of the salon began when Crystal answered the phone. She was professional with an upbeat personality that draws you in immediately. This salon is fabulous. They have given me the best cut, color, and styling I have ever gotten, and for such a great price. Angie usually cuts my hair, but I would trust all of them with my hair! This is an awesome Salon! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming as is the ambiance. I have long hair and have been going to Angie for over 8 years for highlights and trims and she always makes my hair feel and look fabulous. I just had over 14 inches of hair cut off into an asymmetrical bob with a gorgeous color of eggplant underneath and blonde highlights on top and Angie rocked the color and cut. The color is so vibrant and the cut is fabulous. I love my new short hair. Amber is the best! I can honestly say I have never LOVED getting my hair done, until now! Not only is the energy is amazing the second you step foot in there, but Amber makes it so fun and easy. I love her laid back, easy to talk to attitude, always pleasant and radiant! She makes the entire experience euphoric!!! I love Entourage the girls are so nice and the salon is very clean. Molly did a highlight and a cut on my hair again and I love it! She always asks me how my kids are and she remembers little details of my life. She pampers me and gets my hair just right. One time I had her color it red and I got so many compliments. She has cut my hair short in a pixie and she's done an a-line as well as helping me grow it out. She is always happy to do it! She always cuts it so it complements my round face. These girls are awesome. I've been coming here for a few years now and will never go anywhere else. I just recently went in to get my "Jesus" locks chopped off and Martinique did an amazing job transforming my long hair into a very clean yet stylish/artsy look. My roommate referred me to Entourage and it was the best decision so far! I have crazy wavy hair and it is hard to find someone who can cut it exactly how I like it! Entourage is hands down the best salon in North county and probably all of San Diego! Crystal and all the girls treat you like family and the care is superb. I had my hair done by Meghan and my service was the best! I had my hair dyed pink and cut. She was fast, clean, and super nice. It's obvious she knows what she's doing. Honestly, I'm not used to paying so much for either a haircut or a dye, but I see now that it was worth every penny. Entourage Salon has a wonderful, welcoming, and clean atmosphere.
