She is an extremely professional and thorough expert- she takes the time to really listen to what I want to do and then walks me through the steps so I understand the chemistry and thought process behind it. This gal really knows her stuff! She knows the art of treating clients like royalty as well. Amazing experience! Noelle was referred to me by a friend, I was in desperate need of a stylist who could cut curly hair and I won't go anywhere else. Noelle is sweet and so is the entire team. Most importantly she absolutley knows her stuff (being my thin and uneavenly currly hair). She took the time to listen and to familiarize herself with my hair before starting my cut. I left there with an appointment to color. Genuine, kind and professional! So unfortunately my experience was nothing short of disgraceful. I went in 3 times had my hair turn bright orange and was basically made to explain myself And why I was so unhappy. The manager tried to fix my hair but was clearly irritated and her hands were so rough that she pulled my earrings out re dying my hair. After much back and forth and me leaving there almost in tears I was offered and refund. Yes I spent $195 to get orange hair people!! And the refund never came btw I had to dispute the charge. Worse hair experience ever. Oh yeah. They don't dry your hair either, not even to check if the color turned ok. You have to drive home do it yourself and come back... well they will dry it if you pay them! Nightmarish. The owner fights me below. And has video???? Really???? You record clients without consent??? Holy goodness. Have you, Noelle, ever heard of the customer being right? Have you ever tried to understand that I was unhappy with the last visit I made to Natalie at your shop? So much I had to come back 3 times in one week? So much that your manager had to "try to fix" natalies terrible color the last time??? Do you have a video of that? read more

Called in this morning. I was lucky enough to be seen right away. I was greeted and seated by Natalie. She took a few moments to see what I'm looking for and got right to it. Great conversationalist, super friendly but most importantly she did a great job on my hair! Before you knew it she was finished took a couple pictures of her work and I was on my way.
