Wanted to share an update on my daughter's hair. It's been less that 2 weeks and almost all the pink color has faded out. She's left with a small amount of pink and a large amount of dull orange. I fully understand that my daughter was warned and she admits that she expected to have to cut 2 inches off her hair due to the damage. She did not understand that she would have to cut off most of her hair and the owners telling her she was delusional did not help diffuse the situation. The stylist made the statement to to me and others that she did warn my daughter but she never thought it would be this bad. She cried for a week. Today was her first day of high school, she's a beautiful girl and she is rocking her new cut and pulling the color off. I'm very proud of her! read more

I have never had a bad experience at Entourage and I have been getting my hair done here for probably 10 or more years. It all started when my mom found Hope, a hair stylist at Entourage. She colored my hair for my first time, cut it short for my first time, and has even helped me experiment with wild colors! Their receptionist is the sweetest person you could ever meet, she is always incredibly helpful, remembers you every time, and never tries to sell me products that are in the waiting area. She also never forgets to offer me tea, soda, water or coffee (I love that they have many choices!) They also have tons of great things for sale in their waiting area, candles, scarves, nail polish, and hair care products! I believe they also do feather extensions as well. I have gotten my nails done here a few times and loved the experience. Everyone who works there are always nice, complementing me on my hair when I'm done with my service, and treating me as if I am a really great friend, not just a client (they always make me feel so valuable to them!) Anytime I go anywhere else or have anyone else get my hair done they some how mess it up whether it is styling, cutting, or curling, but Hope NEVER has done me wrong. My hair always looks beautiful when she is finished and you can see her passion and love for her work. Whether I move far away or stay in San Diego, I could never get my hair done anywhere else but Entourage Salon! read more

I've been coming here for about a year now. Marti gave me a great hair cut as well as Megan. After I had my daughter I grew my hair out for 3 years. I finally decided to add some color, something low maintenance. I had Megan do ombré on my hair and it turned out A-MAZING! She is just awesome! Easy to talk to and gives great tips. Had my first hair cut in over a year with Megan. She helped me pick a length that would be flattering for me and made sure she got all the dry damaged stuff out. She was professional yet extremely friendly and made the whole hour fly by. When styling my hair at the end she gave me some pointers on how to get a beachy/wavy look I have always wanted to try. I was very satisfied with the end result and would book with Megan again in the future. After a bad experience at a different salon I was able to make a last min consultation with Meghan, she was extremely friendly and reassured me that it could be fixed. She was able to get me in ASAP and I told her the natural look that I had asked the previous hair stylist for. Meghan explained to me what she was going to do to fix it and explained that it may take some time, but it will definitely be better. I could not be happier with the work Meghan did and how much more natural and how everything blends together so well now. I called for an appointment but they said they were fully booked the whole weekend because halloween is coming up. Luckily, the receptionist called me back again and booked me the following day because someone cancelled an appointment. Meghan did an awesome job! My hair was a mess and it takes hours for it to dry because it's super thick. I didn't hear a single complain from her and she's really patient in dealing with my hair. I gotta say this salon is the best in North County. The environment is relaxing, the stylists very good and are good listeners and they're very creative. I've been going here for many years now for haircuts. A good friend of mine gets full color, style and highlights from Angie and another friend just loves Hope and Nicole. You can't go wrong. They serve me a glass of wine, play great music and are very professional and very organized. When I first walked in I felt welcomed and comfortable!! The colors and the atmosphere are so warming. You could just feel that everybody who works here loves their job. Amber was right on schedule with my appointment. She is the sweetest and has so much patients. I kept going back and forth with what I wanted and she listen and helped me pick what I wanted. While in the chair people came up to say hello to me which was so nice and just made me feel welcomed all over again. Amber is so friendly and funny she made my time in the chair a joy! The stylists in the salon were all incredibly nice from the moment I walked in, offering me a drink and a pastry while I waited for my appointment. There is definitely an unmistakably positive vibe going on in the salon. My stylist was Amber who did an amazing job on my hair. I had an idea in mind that probably was somewhat difficult to pull off but she definitely made it work. I also really appreciated that she gave me a lot of insightful suggestions on what I could do with in on later visits and what products would be beneficial to the look I was trying to achieve. The hot towel with the lavender while I had my hair shampooed was super relaxing as well. I normally never walk out of salons satisfied, and kind of always feel like a shaved dog, but this was absolutely not the case this time. It's been quite a while since I've walked out of a salon and been completely happy with my cut. I would highly recommend this establishment. I really see why they've been around for so long now.
