The staff is insanely unprofessional and rude. Refused to send an email about the appointment in 2026 like what? When they called to confirm they were so rude and dismissive. I got sick the weekend before my Tuesday appointment and called to cancel (had to call 3 times to get an answer). After I told them I needed to cancel more than 24 hours of notice because I didn't want to go in sick they cancelled and tried to end the call. When I asked if I can reschedule, the representative huffed and put me on hold. I hung up because I didn't want to deal with their rudeness and will ask my doctor for a different referral. read more

I had a good experience with Dr. Lee and his office last week. Office wait time was reasonable (though the health paperwork was redundant, as always. Why can't health offices retrieve our health history from all the times we've previously completed it, especially within the same network?) Dr. Lee was courteous and thorough. He asked me appropriate questions, took care of what I came in for (ear wax removal), and even helped out with a little postop nasal cleanup from a recent eye surgery (without my even having asked asked). More than I bargained for and it was quick and painless. I would definitely go back. Thank you! Pet peeve, but it sucks to pay for parking when you're patronizing a business. Last week, I went to 1310 W Stewart Dr to have a VNG performed. I was told by someone at the office at 1110 W Laveta Ave would have the results picked up and available by Monday, July 21. I called yesterday, July 22, and the office staff member I spoke with said they were too busy to pick it up, so they MIGHT get it today. The offices are half a mile from each other, a 10 minute walk. No one is too busy for a 10-minute walk. Even with a there and back you're looking at 20 minutes. If someone says that the results will be available on Monday, then they need to be available on Monday. I even waited an extra day, and no one bothered to go half a mile to pick up the report. That's beyond lazy and borderline negligent. If a medical office fails to keep a simple promise and instead opts to be lazy in regards to a patient's well-being, how can you honestly trust any doctor associated with that system? read more

Dr. Edward Lee an ENT doctor has been amazing, never rushes through his appointments, explains everything step by step and answers all of my questions. I've already left a review on this doctor's personal page, but felt it was important to also post a review for the medical office, where he works. I was referred to Dr. Faramarz Shabdiz on a referral. I went in for a nasal consult. I spent a total of 7 minutes with him. He shined a light and looked into my nose, told me he was unable to help me, handed me another referral and whisked out the door. Sometime later, I received a bill from his office for a procedure I DID NOT RECEIVE. I was billed for a nasal endoscopy- not at any time, did Dr. Faramarz spray my nose with a numbing agent and insert a long tube up my nose with a camera. I'm pretty sure I would have remembered that experience. What he did do, was shine a light into my nose and looked into it with a tiny instrument to push my nostril aside while he viewed it. It was not an endoscopy. Almost two years later, I am STILL being billed for a procedure I did not receive, even after filing a grievance through Blue Shield. See this doctor at your own risk. As of now, unless I want to continue my grievance through the Medical Board (it's not worth my time and effort,) I am told I am responsible for these charges. Highly unethical behavior. I will never step foot into his office again. It's also worth adding, that my insurance company was billed TWICE-- two separate claims for the SAME date of service. The second claim was submitted a month and a half after the first one. Trying to collect twice on the same claim- SHADY at best. Please, for the love of all things logical in this world, do not waste your time seeing Dr. Shabdiz, unless you're getting plastic surgery (the only thing I'm confident he's knowledgeable in) (You do not have to read this, but this is my medical history to help understand the reasons of my anger toward this man). I have had multiple strep infections throughout my life (6 in less than a year, and a very severe case of tonsillitis that would not go away for almost a month). I'm constantly missing work due to these infections, and I'm even rapidly losing weight because of how many times these infections have brought complications (I can't talk, eat, swallow, or keep food down). Unfortunately, Amoxicillin stopped working because of the amount of times I've been prescribed it for these infections. So of course, based on the frequency and increasing severity of these infections, urgent care doctors and my primary physician recommended looking into getting a tonsillectomy. I was then referred out to Dr. Shabdiz. (who, I know now, was the very incorrect ENT to send me to) He started the consultation with (one of the only questions he asked me during the entire consultation) "what brings you in?" I said "I'm trying to get help with these recurrent strep infections" He starts his "exam" which was simply him looking into my throat and saying that it looks fine. 30 seconds into this consultation I already knew this was going to be a waste of my time. Because of course my throat looks fine, it should. I don't currently have an infection. He leaves the room for a brief second, comes back in with a long tube with a flashlight on the end. And without saying a word to me, no request for consent, or at the very least a heads up, he shoved it into my nose to the base of my throat. It is basic common knowledge to inform a patient what is to come during an exam. I work in a medical office so I would know this, apparently more than he would know. He took it out, and my nose started bleeding, but of course he didn't care to notice that. He finished this exam with saying my "tonsils are actually very small" and that "there is no infection." Yeah dude, great observation! I wouldn't be in your office if I had a current infection. I'd be at an urgent care getting antibiotics...??? He finishes with, "based on my examination you wouldn't qualify for a tonsil removal." Keep in mind, he still hasn't asked me a single question about my medical history (how often I get strep, when it started etc.) I rudely advocated for myself, as anyone should in the face of a Dr like this. I said "Yeah, no. I know I would qualify for it because I got strep 4 months in a row, 6 times in a single year." He then said "Oh wow, yeah you might qualify." ?!?!?!?! YEAH YOU THINK SO BUD? At the end of the consultation, and I say end because I couldn't take any more of this, he said "I wouldn't really know anyway because I don't specialize in the tonsils or tonsil surgeries." He even had the audacity to tell me to wait a few more months and if I keep getting pus or swollen tonsils then go to an ENT that specializes in this (as if I don't already have proof that I've had that very same pus and swelling MULTIPLE times in the past 6 months). I swear he thought I didn't know what Strep was. That's how he was speaking to me. So he wasted MY time doing his "exam" knowing that he's completely ignorant on the subject? Interesting, easy way to get some more money from my insurance company. So long story short, he specializes in the "ears" but I'd be more confident in saying he only knows how to do plastic surgery because that's all he was advertising up front like a CORNBALL. And shoving something down my throat without saying a word is baffling and he should really start working on getting consent from patients. What a sad excuse of a doctor. Please don't waste your time, money, or even your insurance company's money. There's soo many betters ENT's in the area. You just need to do your research, and I regrettably didn't until it was too late. read more

I don't know what's up with all these bad reviews but I have had a great experience with dr. Shabdiz. He performed surgery on my nose and my recovery has been fabulous. I had severe issues with my nose - SEVERAL OF THEM TOO. Recovery took about 2 whole months but I was able to breathe better immediately. His staff is friendly and he is professional, kind, attentive, and skilled. He was even very kind to my two boys that I had to bring with me to my post op follow up. The front desk staffs are unprofessional, rude and incompetent. We waited months to see the doctor for my son, just to find out at the day of the appointment when checking in that they DO NOT see children. Why would they even give us an appointment knowing that they don't treat children?! Such a waste of my time. The staff was not even apologetic and the staff said, "well.. we do apologize " Basic common protocol should be to find out age and demographics of a patient prior to scheduling. BEWARE!!! Dr. Shabdiz employs a deceptive tactic when he sees patients. I was referred to him for a vertigo issue, which I ended up resolving on my own using the Epley technique. At my visit to check this, Dr. Shabdiz offered a "free" hearing exam and said he would call me the next day with the results. It was a 1 minute call. I then received a bill for an additional visit co-pay and my insurance was billed for an additional visit. When I called to dispute this, I was told that I should have know that I would be charged for a second visit. They are now threatening to send me to collections for my co-pay. Such a deceptive tactic. I am also checking to see if this is insurance fraud and will report to the appropriate board/agency. Checking with the California Department of Insurance. He also told me my ear was completely packed with wax and instead of removing it, sent me back to my primary care for the procedure. Dr Pearce is a great doctor.But the front desk lady is very rude. I called to reschedule an appointment Because I had to go to emergency room. I had called to rebook an ultrasound. I got an appointment for April 7th 2024. I called April 3rd and April 6th 2024 to verify the new appointment date. I was told yes appointment was scheduled for April 7th @ 4:15pm. My husband and son went to doctor's appointment and were told he had no appointment. Today April 8th 2024 I called to find out what happened and was told the appointment was cancelled. They didn't have time to notify me. No one could make a phone call to let us know appointment was cancelled. I asked to talk to someone in charge and my request was ignored. The attention and compassion from Doctor Pearce was great. Although there needs to be better communication and treatment of clients who come to this office. Too bad the receptionist treatment gives this office zero stars. read more

The staff was so unprofessional and rude and did not follow the Hippa Privacy Law. I fully witnessed the staff girls fully yell at an elderly patient because she was 5 minutes late. Furthermore they fully disclosed private information. Meanwhile we have been sitting in the waiting office for over 30minutes over my appointment time. I truly felt bad for this women based on the staffs horrible treatment and behavior towards her. I would not want my mom to come here because it felt like elder abuse. I will not becoming back. I'm surprised by the other reviews... I've had nothing but amazing service and attention by the office staff and Dr. Del Junco at this location!!! I highly recommend him to everyone and anyone!! They made me feel like family from day one, with my initial consultation. Dr. Del Junco takes the time to answer all questions and explains things so they are easily understood. The office staff has always returned my inquiries within 24hrs if not the same day, including completing/submitting HR documents for my work. I have never waited more than 15 minutes (max) in the lobby for my appointments. And they always make sure my parking is validated before I leave. Everyone is friendly yet professional. They're quick yet cordial, and highly efficient. On top of everything, Dr. Del Junco is an outstanding surgeon. Minimal scaring, which is actually diminishing with each day! And no pain! Additionally, he has amazing instincts! The man knows his stuff!! He's extremely attentive & genuinely cares about his patients. I honestly can't sing his praises enough... First of all, I waited over an hour for my 10:15am appointment with Dr. Shabdiz (I arrived at 9:45am and didn't get in until around 11) because I have had painfully swollen tonsils for over a year now and previous medication has only temporarily worked. Once I finally got to see him, he proceeded to say that they're "probably just naturally large" and that instead of removing them I should "just live with it". Really??? Because before last year they were way smaller so they are definitely not "naturally large" and I need them removed. I continued on to tell him that I am a singer in school for both music education and vocal performance, so having large swollen tonsils puts my education and career at risk as I depend on my throat and vocal cords for both. He seemed to push that aside, along with the fact that he is the 3rd doctor I've seen about this and just decided to prescribe me medication I had already taken before that did not work. Not to mention, this whole consultation was about 10 minutes long and he barely even looked at my tonsils at all. A few weeks later I get a bill in the mail for $167.27. Mind you, I'm a college student already suffering through loans and struggling to make enough money to even drive to school, so to get this bill was a shock. I was never told that I would have to pay a thing for that pointless visit, Even when I asked, I seemed to be ignored, and since I have insurance that they said they accepted, I assumed it was covered. I could have received the same exact treatment from an urgent care nurse for much less, possibly even free as it has been for me in the past. So now here I am, 3 months after the visit, suffering from my swollen tonsils that are so "naturally large" I can barely talk or eat, and I have to sleep sitting up or else my airway is completely blocked and I am unable to breathe. To Dr. Shabdiz who told me to "just live with it": you're a joke. I guess I'll have to continue my search to find a doctor who actually takes care of his/her patients and will solve my problem unlike you. read more

I live about two hours and had been referred to another ENT in the high desert. They were booked weeks out. I ended up having a cyst get so infected that I couldn't open my mouth. Tried the ER where I live but they turned me away because they didn't have an ENT on staff. I drove two hours to St Joseph's where I was seen by Dr. Shabdiz and got the best care. He got my infection under control and within the month I had my surgery. I'm all healed now and it looks amazing. Great doctor. read more

I had an appointment date for early October, and after not hearing anything from the office about a Covid test or to confirm my procedure, I decided to call. I'm glad I made the decision to call because they canceled my surgery because the doctor was going to be out of office. I asked why they did not notify me and the answer I received was "you're going to hate me, but we forgot and we got a new girl." I found this extremely unprofessional, and rude that my time was wasted after I have processed a leave of absence from work. Instead of 2 weeks, they pushed my surgery out another week and a half making for a whole month leave. After my procedure, they messed up my leave paper work. He scheduled me for surgery for the following day when I saw him. Scared my Mom and me that I had a shirt window of oppurtunity before needing a major surgery. The stars are for his staff, he gets negative stars IMHO. -The staff is helpful but friendliness is hit or miss. -The waiting times are a little over what I would consider average (about 30-45 in the waiting room) -He didn't spend much time with me on any of my visits, and he clearly didn't care about me or my health, perhaps that's just because we didn't have a good rapport, but regardless I will not be going back to this doctor. read more

Dr. Lee was the second ENT I have seen regarding a lump in my neck. I was not impressed with the first Dr. and my PNP referred me to Dr. Lee for my second opinion. Dr. Lee was extremely friendly and compassionate. He took the time to discuss my concerns and address my anxiety. He was very thorough and had a wonderful bedside manner. He didn't seem rushed and encouraged me to return with any further concerns or questions. I would recommend him to anyone in need of a good ENT MD. His staff was very friendly and I did not wait at all for this first appointment. I don't know about any of the other MD's in this practice, but I would certainly see Dr. Lee again. read more

I was referred to Dr. Edward Lee by one of his colleagues for chronic sinus infections. Dr. Lee ran some test on me and he thoroughly explained my issues and offered solutions. I was very pleased with the way he explained things in a way that was understandable and I was very pleased with the time he spent with me. It didn't feel rushed like most medical appointments. Dr. Shabdiz is an absolute joke I came in for him to look at my nose I was having very bad nose bleeds. When we looked in my nose he said it needed to be coterized.... Well he ended up doing that 2 times after he was done he said there was nothing else he could do the whole rest of the day and night my nose was dripping blood and I ended up getting really sick I called about 2 days later to see if he could call me in an antibiotic and his receptionist was so rude she said they don't do that there... 3 weeks later I get a bill from his office for 400$ really? My son has been a patient of Dr. Lee's for a few years and has received treatment for chronic nosebleeds. The problem is with the office staff and the policies of the office. Today, I tried to make an appointment for my son to see Dr. Lee because my son has had 4 bad nosebleeds this week alone. The soonest the office could get my son in is in mid April. I was directed to take my son to the ER or urgent care, however we have been down that road before with this problem and know from previous experience the ER/urgent care will direct us back to the ENT and/or primary care dr once the active bleeding has been controlled, which we are pretty competent in doing after dealing with this issue for 15 years or so. Now for the fun part. When I informed the receptionist at Dr. Lee's office that I don't think my son should wait until mid April to be seen I was told my son could see another provider since Dr. Lee is going on vacation and double booked when he returns. I was ok with my son seeing another provider until I was informed that my son would have to continue to see that other provider in the future because the office doesn't allow patients to "flip flop their care with other doctors in the practice." I have never heard of anything so ridiculous. I guess they are doing us a favor by being so ridiculous. You see, the last time we were in the office a few years ago, my son's nose began gushing blood less than an hour after we left. I called to see if we could go back to the office so Dr. Lee could help stop the bleeding but I was directed to the ER, where we went, and a few hours later the ER dr informed me he had called Dr. Lee's office to inquire as to why he didn't see my son vs sending us to the ER and the receptionist LIED saying we were never told to go to the ER. I only tried to return to Dr. Lee today because he seemed to know what he is doing, now I believe the office doesn't really care about their patients at all. So, bye Dr. Lee. Unfortunately, I had to return to Dr. Lee to fix my deviated septum. He continues to be awesome. He met with me twice before the surgery, and answered all of my and my husband's questions. During pre-op, he visited me to answer final questions, and then called me post-op. He is truly a caring doctor, and his front desk is so nice and on top of things. This review is for Dr. Edward Lee. I have to say that Dr. Lee is one of the best doctors I have had the pleasure of meeting. He was very patient with me and heard me out on my issues and what not. He was professional and after meeting with a few different Drs I felt he was the best one to perform surgery on me. After the surgery he stayed nearby and made sure I was okay. He (personally, not an assistant) called later that night and the day after to make sure I was doing well. I made the best choice when it came to this surgery and I am extremely happy with my recovery. As for your insurance never let others tell you what is and what is not covered. You are responsible for your insurance and your allergies. If you research your Drs, you should also research your insurance. You can log into your insurance online to see what Drs are in and out of network. That's why the internet is available to us. I always repeat to my Drs, the nurses, the assistance and my pharmacists my medical allergies. They each see hundreds of people they cannot read your minds, cannot remember who you are and every little detail. I do not expect them to remember me and nor do I take offense to it. read more

Dr. Lee is one of Orange County's finest. I was a bit worried when the first available appointment was two months from when I called. But once I met Dr. Lee, I understood why. He's wonderful. During my first visit, Dr. Lee spent an hour talking with me. If you added up all of the time spent talking with doctors in the past five years, it probably didn't add up to an hour. At my pre-op visit, again, Dr. Lee answered all of my husband and my questions...we never felt rushed. Dr. Lee did an amazing job on my surgery and was incredibly attentive while I was in the hospital. The same TLC was evident at my post-operative appointment. He is an incredibly talented surgeon who obviously has a passion for what he does. Combine that with a doctor where I have never waited more than 5 minutes and you feel like you've died and gone to heaven. I can't recommend Dr. Lee enough! read more

Worst service from any medical group. Dr. Schabdiz did not seem quite knowledgeable from my experience. Been suffering severally from a sinus issue. There is no way it cannot be related to sinus my left ear gets blocked off there are times I will be on a call and cannot hear well from my left ear. In addition to this my vision is blurred. I awake to blow my nose which has blood or green mucus discharge. After the MRIs he called to say nothing wad wrong then I told him my recurring problem which he prescribed a nasal spray that has already been given by my original doctor which I still have. To top it off the receptionists on staff are RUDE. Returned their call at 12:15 to get a message stating their on lunch break. Called back at 1:15PM to find out they don't get back until 1:45PM. When I finally get through I am placed on hold for a couple minutes to then receive assistance from a woman with an incompetent attitude. Explained the reason for my call to have her say, "Someone was talking to me while you were talking what did you say?" Excuse me? You should be prepared to take this call, unprofessional. Gave her the number to Alta Med letting her know it is the Garden Grove location to which she sounded uninterested about deep down I knew I would get a call back. Had a doctors appointment at Altamed so figured I'd kill two birds one stone having them send my prescription over since I am already there. No surprise when they call back as I'm with the doctor to tell me the number was Altamed in general they need a pharmacy number. Are you that lazy? If I tell you I'm at the Garden Grove location and there is a pharmacy there which I regularly get medication at THEN ASK THEM. Too much hassle for a useless nasal spray which was prescribed in the past by my original doctor, told them to just toss the prescription. Mean old attitude. read more

I went to see Dr. Sabdiz about a persistent case of strep throat, and was extremely disappointed. He took one look at my tonsils and went on and on about how painful surgery was going to be to remove them, but then told me he would proceed to perform this "extremely painful" surgery on me if it did not get better, as if it were my fault. He then asked about my job, and when I tried to change the subject back to my health, he seemed annoyed. He spent about two minutes in my room total, and overall I felt brushed aside and was treated very rudely. Wow I should of read some of these reviews before wasting 3 hours of my day with this office. I have no clue how the doctors perform since I never even got the chance to see one. I called for an appointment and was told the doctor I wanted to see was booked closed to 21 days out. So the lady made an appointment for me with doctor Shabdiz a couple days out at 8:45. I show up at my appointment 15 minutes early and I am told that they can't find my appointment. That they see me in the system but my appointments have disappeared. I show them my cell phone log of me calling, etc. they say that I have to wait till the following week and that they can't see me today. I then ask if another doctor is free. They say Dr. Lee would be getting out of surgery and maybe he could squeeze me in. I decide to wait and while I am waiting someone ends up canceling because their staff hasn't been able to sort out their insurance. I go to them an ask them if I can then have his time slot and I'm told no because he was actually originally for the same time as me. Keep in mind the office is damn near empty. It's just me an one other individual. I haven't see a flood of people walk in. Furthermore of this guy had worked out his insurance stuff they would have let him in right there. So I don't see that argument as valid. Furthermore while I am there I hear phone calls from other patients trying to get reports, etc. and all I hear is excuse and excuse from the staff. Plain and simply put. I think their office staff is a mess and poorly managed at best. I finally told them that I think they are a mess and that I wasn't going to trust an office with my ears if they can't manage their staff and paperwork properly. So now I'm out 3 hours and parking for 3 hours; no offer to validate either! Horrible experience. I recommend people look elsewhere. This office is a mess. read more

Both my husband and I visited Dr. Del Junco for separate issues. We each had the same experience - coincidence? I don't think so! He interrupts you very quickly into your appointment and is not good at listening. I suppose he means well as I don't think most doctors go into the practice because they are trying to be bad at their jobs, but something tends to happen along the way. I personally went for mysterious sinus pain & intense headaches I had been dealing with for YEARS. He told me to visit an allergist and a neurologist and then come back to see him. He sent me downstairs for x-rays to verify I did not have a sinus infection (which I had already told him I had not) and sent me on my way. To this day I have never heard another word from his office. This was back in 2010. I have since visited numerous neurologists, an allergist and am currently looking for a new ENT specialist. I would not waste my time going back to Del Junco. My husband's experience... My husband was sent off to the sleep testing center. He ended up needing to be on a CPAP machine, which he currently uses nightly. Even though Dr. Del Junco is the one who referred my husband to the sleep center, we have never received any kind of follow up care or phone calls WHATSOEVER from his office or from his staff. My husband has been using his machine for almost three years now and no one checks in on him to make sure the levels are set correctly or that he is using the machine properly. (We literally only had one appointment with the doctor.) Dr. Del Junco and his staff are simply NOT COMPETENT at following up. Only God knows the reasons for this. Save yourself a lot of stress and go elsewhere. read more

Both my husband and I have been to see Dr. Lee. We were referred by our primary doctor. Not really impressed but the "kicker"as they say is when my husband developed a very painful ear infection and when I called, explained that my husband needed to see Dr. Lee quickly because of the pain the appointment "lady"? Said "he has nothing until September 9th! Waiting three weeks with this pain to see a doctor not very impressive to begin with didn't seem very wise. The doctor AND his staff seemed very disconnected from the patients. I guess in a way she did us a favor by not trying to "fit" him in. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. My entire experience with Dr. Lee and the entire staff at Entrust Medical was just plain awful. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Here's my view of what happened. I went to Dr. Lee with a referral from my internist since I had sinus infection that refused to go away. Dr. Lee prescribed an antibiotic after spending all of about 5 minute with me. I was allergic to the antibiotic and threw up all night. (Perhaps if he had spent more time he might have learned that I was allergic to this particular drug!) I eventually got another antibiotic and that worked better in that I did not have a negative reaction to it but it did little to alleviate my problem. I made another appointment with Dr. Lee and told him I was having increasing difficulty breathing and he scheduled a CT scan. I told him I was now having phlegm in my chest and was coughing a lot, and he said, "That's not my area." Then he walked out of the office. Hello, people! Don't sinus problems often end up going into one's chest? Did he not take all the classes in Med School? It's not as if I asked him for psychotherapy or to fix a broken ankle or something else totally unrelated to ENT problems. But his cavalier and dismissive attitude was striking. I did the CT and was told Dr. Lee would call me to read it and discuss the results within 24-48 hours. No one ever called, so I called myself after waiting two days. Turns out Dr. Lee was out of the office all week, and so was his entire staff. No provision had been made for his critical patients to be helped by his partner or another doctor in the practice. When I told the staff that I was, by this time, having difficulty sleeping cause I could not breathe at night and have had to sit up all night, they gave me an appointment SIX WEEKS LATER. When I protested, they said this was the first appointment they had. I protested again, saying I was really sick and needed to see a doctor. I asked if they could fit me in the next day. The woman said she would try. I never heard from them the next morning so called at noon and left a message with the service, saying I was very ill and needed to see a doctor on their staff asap. No reply. So I finally called at 4 pm and after some pressure on my part, got Dr. Shabdiz, who had the CT in front of him -- as did I by that time, having demanded they send me a copy, which to their credit they did do. Dr. Shabdiz told me that he could not see me since he was not my doctor. I told him I was sick. He said if I were truly that ill I should call my primary physician. I told him that I had been referred to his office as a specialist since I needed more specialized knowledge/skill in my area of illness. He said I could get an appointment and see him at some unspecified point in the future or wait til I could get an appointment with Dr. Lee again. At that point, I had it and said I would find another doctor who specializes in ENT, who can make provisions for dealing with emergencies, and who does not make critically ill patients wait six weeks for an appointment. The office was efficient in one area: I saw Dr. Lee on a Friday and by the next Friday I had a notice from them saying I owed a payment, which seems odd because I have extensive insurance coverage, with good policies with two companies: Anthem Blue Cross and Medicare. I am not sure what to make of this. Are the billing people as inept as the doctors? Do they not bill the insurance? Or are they just greedy? This was truly a distressing experience. I usually get along well with my doctors, am not a demanding person but I do expect to be treated with some respect and dignity and not be shunted aside, being told to wait for six weeks to see a doctor or to return to my primary physician. I have NEVER written a bad review for a doctor in my life, but I do know people read the YELP reviews and so it is important for people to provide feedback. With great regrets, I would give Entrust Medical Corp a negative star. read more

THIS REVIEW IS FOR DR. SHABDIZ: This review is being written for my Mother in law Lee Parkinson. She recently has had to undergo testing for what turns out to be Lymphoma. She will soon undergo chemotherapy and we expect a full recovery...She asked us to do a review of Dr Shabdiz on Healthgrades.. but the space there was so limited that we decided to add this one as well. After many years of perfect health, Mom was referred to Dr Shabdiz. She was suffering from some swollen glands in her neck and needed a specialist. From the moment she stepped in the office she was struck by the warm friendly atmosphere. Her first introduction to Dr Shabdiz filled her with confidence. The warmth and kindness in his eyes and his gentle manner made her feel at ease instantly. This continued throughout the office from the front desk to every person she came into contact with during her visits and procedures. Dr Shabdiz listened and focused on her explanations. A refreshing change from doctors who just rush you through the process with barely a moment of eye contact. Mom had to have a biopsy and the girls in the office made her feel like Miss America.. She is 92 years young, with emphasis on the young, and everyone was amazed and delighted to see what 92 can be!! They had her take a bow and applauded her, which really gave her a boost at a difficult time. After the results came back Dr Shabdiz reassured her of the treat-ability and curability of her diagnosis. Mom was released to an oncologist.. She was sorry to leave Dr Shabdiz's care but she knows that he put her into good hands.. She bid a sad farewell with hugs all around and we know she will be stopping back in just to say hi whenever she can. They really made her feel like family not just a patient. Everyone from the front desk staff, to the prep. techs, to Dr Shabdiz himself have restored our faith in the medical profession. Every up and coming physician, and even seasoned doctors, could take a lesson and learn from this doctor's example. The epitome of bedside manner. It's people caring about people...not just the next file on the pile. Thank you Dr Shabdiz for taking such wonderful care of not just Mom's physical needs but for caring about her heart and soul...God Bless you. read more

Dr Lee gets 2 stars because he is actually a decent doctor however he still cancels appointments all the time. It takes forever to get an appointment with him in the first place and then when you do get an appointment he cancels and you have to reschedule. I had a CT scan done recently and would like to know the results because I am not feeling well. I can't say much about his staff either. They put you on hold for 5 minutes sometimes. Dr Lee can share one of the stars I gave to him with the scheduler. Time to look elsewhere for a new doctor. read more
