Walked in on a Monday evening and financed a used car quickly and easily. Tyler was great: no pressure or sleazy salesman vibe whatsoever. The entire process was done in less than 3 hours and almost the entire staff stayed past closing to make sure everything was taken care of. I would strongly recommend these guys to anyone looking to buy a car without the typical hassle associated with doing so.

Don't trust these guys. They didn't want to help me get the car that fits me needs, but wants to hurry and lock me in on a car. I was dumb going there the first time dumber going back the second. Kevin told me the Tiguan would fit both my German Shepard, now the big fat one is scared to even get in. I asked with in a few hours of trading it in for the Atlas as I had before, but would t acccomodate. Not Like they're losing any money! I won't be going back there. Never thought VW would be this way.

Let's face it- VW is a whole vibe. Basically all VW's are head turners.. causing onlookers neck issues since VW originated - because seeing a split window bus, or a '69 beetle driving down the street causes everyone to take a second look "rubber necking" therefore, keeping local chiropractor offices open and operating. Not to say the newer models aren't "lookers" themselves, however there is just something about a vintage VW that speaks to EVERYONE. And if you're in the market.. this dealer has vintage AND brand new vehicles in their showroom- basically something for everyone! That said, this dealership has been my go to "one stop shop" for purchasing and any necessary repairs. I have purchased my last 3 vehicles from this dealership for numerous reasons and a few particular people.. Reasons: - Low pressure from salespeople who truly just want to (of course make the sale but) help you find your perfect vehicle - Willingness to work with you to ensure you drive away satisfied with your purchase.. -Snacks -Yes.. I said it.. snacks. :) -The facility is top notch. The waiting area is inviting and comfortable and if you want to take a nap?? No one will bother you. If you need to do remote work?? Done. Just bring your laptop.. In fact they will even feed you cookies and get you all hopped up on caffeine while you multitask doing remote work while your oil is getting changed 50 feet away! It's literally THEE BEST place. Noteworthy mentions that I would like to nominate for future employees of the month.. if not that then maybe a page on a "top employee calendar"- because these superstars deserve it! -Bradley (front desk service associate) -10 star rating- Brad had impeccable communication skills and did his best to work with me on my last maintenance check. He found me the best deal and I really appreciate all of his hard work. -Becca (parts department) -10 star rating- Becca is by far my favorite "parts princess".. in fact she needs a trophy or a medal for her robust knowledge of everything VW and her superior customer service skills. VW is doesn't realize the blessing bestowed upon them the day they offered Becca employment and I always look forward to chatting with her as she loves what she does and is exceptionally compassionate toward her customers. Last but certainly not least... drum roll please.... -ZEB FOSTER- (1,0000,0000,0000 star rating) (Parts/Service Assistant Manager) -This man. This man is the King of VW. He shouldn't have a name tag- he should wear a crown. -It's hard to even articulate how much he has helped me over the years with all of my vehicle concerns and any repairs I might need. Zeb ALWAYS goes above and beyond to ensure his customers are taken care of and he is probably the best communicator I have ever met. And that is saying a lot considering I have been working in business administration for 25+ years. -Zeb is the most efficient, hard working, problem solving, analytically advanced Volkswagen guru that has ever walked the face of the earth. He is always willing to help with any problem I encounter and has such a positive outlook and personality making him an absolute joy to communicate with. If you ever need anything- Zeb Foster is your guy. 100% my favorite associate at this facility. The facility itself is amazing yes- but the reason I (personally) keep coming back to buy cars from this dealership are the people. The reason I took 30 minutes to write this review is because of the PEOPLE.. and maybe some of the snacks.. but 100% the PEOPLE. I just love this team so much that I made gifts for them and will absolutely use my review for a shameless plug for my VW artwork.. :) All that being said: Please give these 3 folks the recognition they deserve, a pay raise.. and any promotions available. Volkswagen is lucky to have them on their team.

    Solidified mud and rock

Their vehicles supposedly go through a comprehensive "117 point inspection" which obviously includes brakes. My brakes started grinding metal to metal to which I contacted them and they haven't gotten back to me. I was quoted by a local mechanic at over $1600 for new pads, rotors, and calipers because the calipers were seized. The mechanic was flabbergasted that Bud Clary VW let my vehicle out onto the road in the condition it was in. UNSAFE! The undercarriage is full of solidified mud, rock, and rust. I personally bought the car here because I was confident I didn't have to do the leg work as far as a second hand inspection before buying. I was wrong. I should have and lesson has been learned. You have been warned! Learn from my mistake!

Great place to purchase a vehicle. Andrew was able to get me into the car I went in there to look at at a very agreeable price. And I wasn't there all day. The back and forth was very cordial and professional. Also got to talk to their sales manager, Michael Claggett. Both helped me get the vehicle and they made for a very smooth process. Thanks guys.

Unfortunately my most recent experience with Bud Clary Volkswagen has not been as good as my prior with Auburn Volkswagen. I purchased a 2013 VW Passat TDI in April of 2021 from this dealership and immediately had issues before the vehicle was even delivered to me. The vehicle had been recently listed online and was shown to us before being reconditioned. It belonged to an employee of the dealership we were told. No problem. We proceeded with the sale, as we were reassured that the vehicle would be detailed and throughly checked out and caught up on any service related needs that were discovered. When we returned to pick the vehicle a day later we found the seats were still dirty. We asked for them to clean them, and they kept the vehicle for about four days. During this time they were replacing two tires that were worn out that were fitted to aftermarket 20" wheels and doing other various service work. After the four days, they called us to let us know the car was done. When I arrived, the seats were clean but only the seating surface, not the backs of the seats. Ok, fine. The two tires installed did not match the original ones but that's not a huge deal. I also brought up a loud knocking noise the vehicle made while in the parking lot of the dealership. "Oh, it's a diesel and they need to warm up..." I was told by the salesperson Michael Charrey. The noise would go away once the vehicle was driven for a bit. Sure, I guess that makes sense. During the drive home the vehicle had a wicked steering wheel vibration that required both hands to tame. I drove the vehicle to my local tire shop in Lakewood and was told that one of the wheels was horribly bent. It was super obvious as they had rotated the wheels from the back to the front. I called the dealership and was met with skepticism. Once again I was without my new pre-owned car. I was called and told it was not bent, that they were going to replace the tires. I strongly disagreed and asked them to check again. After three hours they called back and admitted the wheel was bent, and they would have to find some stock Passat SEL wheels to replace them with. Bummer, the 20" aftermarket wheels looked cool but I just need this car to work! That interaction concluded fine. Fast forward to now, 8k miles later. The right side of the window never defrosted since I purchased this vehicle and I never thought much of it, and the knocking still exists on startup. The defroster issue is a stuck vent door inside the dash that the vehicle had when I bought it (VAGcom software told me the date of the soft code, it happened months before I bought this) and they likely knew about it and did not want to fix it. The knock I heard before I took it off the lot is a failing duel mass flywheel that is now being replaced by an independent VW repair shop to the tune of $2800. I emailed the GM of this dealership Dan asking for any assistance with the dash issue on November 29th and got a reply, with zero follow up. I called and spoke to Dwight on 12/28/23 and asked for any help with the duel mass flywheel issue and was promised a call back.He never returned my call. Our Family has purchased four cars from this dealership and will never do business with them again. We reached out and didn't even get the dignity of a response. My recommendation? Please get any used vehicle inspected by an independent repair shop before purchasing from this dealer. They have a track record of missing important safety related repairs and not doing the right thing. Lesson learned, don't be like me. We had hoped that this dealership would be different than others that just seem interested in making a deal, but it ended up not being the case. I'll be filling a claim with the BBB and lodging a complaint with VW of America. VW Puyallup will be our dealership from now on.

Before purchasing my vehicle from Rairdon Auto Sales in Auburn, I specifically asked about recent servicing and an electronic issue I had noticed. I was verbally assured that the vehicle had been serviced, including fluids and filters, and that the electronic concern had been inspected by a manufacturer's dealership and confirmed to be normal. After the purchase, the issue persisted, so I had the vehicle evaluated by an authorized dealership. They confirmed there was, in fact, an electronic issue and noted several maintenance items had not been completed as represented, including low or dirty fluids and an unchanged engine air filter. I chose Rairdon as a large, reputable dealership because I expected a high level of honesty and professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those expectations. For future buyers, I would strongly encourage independent verification of any claims prior to purchase rather than relying solely on verbal assurances. Reputation matters, but it ultimately relies on the integrity and follow-through of those representing the business.

I flew from the San Francisco area to purchase a vehicle from Westlie Ford after wiring over $54,000 in advance. Once they had my money, the customer service completely changed. They canceled their airport pickup service at the last minute, leaving me to arrange my own transportation from Portland to the dealership. When I arrived, I found paint chips that had not been disclosed, despite being told the vehicle was "flawless" cosmetically. When I raised the issue, management became argumentative instead of addressing the concern professionally. The most disappointing part was dealing with sales manager Mike Melnick. During a disagreement over the undisclosed paint damage, I was told they no longer wanted to sell me the vehicle--even though I had already wired the full purchase amount and traveled hundreds of miles specifically to complete the deal. The situation became especially frustrating because I felt like I was being put in the position of having to convince them to honor the sale and complete the transaction. After already paying in full and making the trip, having to essentially plead my case to buy the vehicle felt unnecessary and demeaning. I ultimately purchased the car because I had already invested the time, travel, and money, but the experience was one of the most unprofessional dealership interactions I've ever had. If you're considering buying from Westlie Ford, especially from out of state, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Go here for your next car, you won't regret it…read more My experience at Prestige Auto Market was not what I expected when I first got to the dealership (In a very good way). We (my wife and I) were greeted by a salesperson named Denis. He was friendly, laid back and asked me which vehicle I was there to see and I told him the Blue Range Rover Sport Supercharged over there. We have been thinking about one but never actually seen one in person or test drive one. He got the key quickly and handed it over so we could check out the rig. We are coming from a 400whp STI and I needed to let go of my toy for a better more comfortable family car, we still have the Jeeps though. They had a sweet fully built newer STI there while I was there too. Anyhoo, the Rover was very clean inside and out, it wasnt just a detail job, the quality was actually very well kept for its age and mechanically you could tell that it was in great working order. I fired it up and it sounded just like it should, looked over the vehicle as I was letting it warm up, under the hood checked all the belts, fluids, checked for leaks or weird noises and played with the air suspension. Denis was able to answer all the questions I had about it and then I handed over license and insurance card and went for a drive. We weren't sure what to expect as this was our first time in one but I've been a car guy my whole life and a mechanic so I listened for all the little noises, bumps, vibrations to signal if there was anything wrong. We got back very satisfied with the Rover and knew this was the type of vehicle we wanted to get. Denis came back out to meet us once we got back and see what we thought. We told him we liked it but were just starting to look at them. We looked at a lot and honestly weren't really planning on going back because we had some others in mind, but the service we got from Denis and the way the condition of all the other cars on their lot you can tell they care about the condition both mechanical and cosmetic on their cars and we went back later on and looked again while talking with Denis. 3rd time when we showed up Denis was with a customer and I spoke with Vadim. I had a question about a strange looking plug that I had never seen before and he not only knew what it was but it impressed me he knew and it ended up being a weird charging port for an old Nokia lol. He was able to answer any other questions I had too and had same atmosphere as Denis, no pressure and very friendly. The manager Tony is a solid guy, also very friendly and laid back, he worked with me on the deal and at first we were looking to trade my other vehicle but he was upfront and honest and said they just couldn't swing the deal and was really kind and honest about it. Didn't talk bad about my trade or anything or scoff at me like has been done to me at other dealerships. That told me we were in the right place, absolutely solid character and good people. We ended up selling our car private party and came in, worked out a deal and they went above and beyond making sure that all of my concerns were addressed and taken care of before we moved forward. It didn't feel like a dealership but more like a chill hangout spot with good friends. I've been to a lot of dealers all over and I have never been in an environment like that with a dealership, or anywhere that I've ever purchased anything honestly. It wasnt fake friendly, they were genuine, and sincere in how they treated me. When we were filling out paperwork I had my 1 year old son with me and they didn't get upset by him being silly and running around, the guys were helpful in keeping an eye on him while I was filling out paperwork. There is a very sweet lady who works there as well named Lana who helped keep an eye on him too and she gave us a bag of cookies they have there I think it was double fudge Grannies cookies I wanna say, and I was able to give him a little snack and helped keep him occupied. We talked a little about our kids and it was just the icing on the cake that made it a purely enjoyable experience. Never in a million years would I have imagined those words would ever come out of my mouth. I've always left dealerships pissed off and a sour taste in my mouth because they dont care about you, once they have the salt they just disregard you and you get put on the back burner. Not at Prestige, I also appreciated that we went through the paperwork fast. It didn't take hours like most places. We had all paperwork done within 20 minutes and I was down at my rig installing carseat and loading up the boyo. We are now the proud new owners of the Range Rover, we got it for a price that I can't argue with and we want to thank the guys and gal at Prestige Auto Market for exceeding our expectations and then some. Tony, Denis, Vadim, and Lana keep up the good work. If anyone is looking for a vehicle, check these guys out first.
