But wow, 2026 is bringing the redemption arc! New staff have turned this place around. I've mailed several packages lately, and every time, multiple folks behind the counter were pleasant, super helpful, and actually efficient. No lines from chaos, just smooth service. With that said, since they do not know how to treat human beings they should find another job. Normally, if people are unhappy with their job, people have the mental capacity/ability to look for another job. Clearly all the employees that I've become in contact with lack this trait that most people learn while growing up. And yes, they were of the same race. What makes me even more upset? Is that knowing the way the world is today? Certain people still feel the need to act like little kids in a grown-up establishment when serving other others. My mail has always made it out on time and to the right place. People need to give her a break in these reviews - she's literally the only person there and I think she does excellent considering that fact.
