Your driver "attempted" at 11:57am, 2 hours prior to the timeframe given. Your driver didn't leave a Notice of Rescheduled Delivery. I found out via email. After speaking with Customer Service, I received a call from someone at the San Pablo facility who didn't provide a name. I googled the phone number this person called from and it took me to this Yelp page. I told this person there is no Notice for Rescheduled Delivery on my door and was told that they will send the driver back to my address. Your driver never came back. Now my rescheduled delivery date is 12/30 from 9:15am-1:15pm, so who knows if your driver will show up during that timeframe or 2 hours before. Your emailed delivery timeframes and drivers' route times need to be looked at by higher management, along with some sort of re-training on leaving a Notice for Rescheduled Delivery because I didn't receive one and found out via email. The Customer Service rep I initially spoke with tried to justify that the driver "did their part" and "made an attempt", but didn't leave a Notice for Rescheduled Delivery, so not completely upholding their end of delivering the package. I got in before a short line of three waited behind me and was all done in short order. Passport docs ( a lot of them for Europe; mailing envelopes; etc. all taken care of expeditiously. Even my request for a large, stiff envelope was met with great patience and a smile. The man behind the counter remained pleasant, attentive and smiling throughout this ordeal of multiple docs to mail internationally. He advised me too on the least expensive method ( but a tracked mailing method) too. I'll def go here vs elsewhere next time. A very calming and professional experience when it had far less so at UPS and the post office.
