They're usually really good at doing it the same day , but today , it took at least 5 minutes . I was in and out if they're so quick , and I'm always so thankful they can bind my items in less than an hour . They have at times said to come back later that day, but it's still same day service ! The binding is always so good ! and the cover sheet they use is such great quality ! & don't get me started on the price !!!! The customer service from everyone that has helped me has been great , I don't have any complaints about this location . I 100% recommend anyone come for their binding needs!

I love this post office even though all I can do here is get stamps or send a package. But it's in…read morea good neighborhood location and the lines aren't ropey, like they can be in some places. And they move pretty quickly. I can also rent a box. So for the basic things that we need, they serve our needs. Just remember that they don't deliver mail, so if mail is not delivered, you have to go up to the Hilltop Branch for a pickup. But for a cool, neighborhood spot to drop off mail and get stamps, they do the job.

Two employees there in particular (one recently retired) were so pleasant to deal with that, over years, I got to consider them to be friends. One thing that helped my experience is that I have my commonly used UPS "send to" addresses, and my return address, in the system, allowing me to quickly select a recipient and fill out a screen at the center, get a little optically read-able sticker, and get processed very quickly.

The fact that I can only reach customer service in another country is infuriating. There is no recourse, no consequences for the complete lack ineptitude. I'm beyond angry that they've wasted my entire day. And they want to charge me to be able to pick up the package myself? Ridiculous. It's not a bad Staples but not a good one either…read more The crazy thing is you can be standing in line for ten minutes - there's one cashier and someone calls - the person calling gets priority. The line gets put on hold, everyone waits until the person who's calling to ask about pens gets his question answered. If the person wants a lowdown on a every pen in the store, the cashier will help them over the people who've been standing there in line. It's just bizarre. The front cashier should not be answering phones. Clearly there are other employees in the store. Why this is allowed is a mystery and why there aren't always multiple cashiers working is also a mystery since I see employees just walking around the store. Came in for some padded envelopes the selection was awful, btw.
