I always have a great experience at this location . I come here for my binding needs , and they have never let me down . They're usually really good at doing it the same day , but today , it took at least 5 minutes . I was in and out if they're so quick , and I'm always so thankful they can bind my items in less than an hour . They have at times said to come back later that day, but it's still same day service ! The binding is always so good ! and the cover sheet they use is such great quality ! & don't get me started on the price !!!! Ethan (I think that's his name) was such a sweetheart, absolutely polite, and helped me with my package which I had haphazardly thrown together at last minute. This location has the best customer service at any fedex I've ever been to. They are quick and efficient and helpful and patient. The manager is also almost always present at the front desk to help. I always go there for my shipping needs. The quick scanner makes my prepaid shipping drop off take less than 60 seconds, with a computer generated receipt. read more

I was traveling and needed to print out wedding seating chart. I was running out of time and called this location to see I can stop by with a USB to print on the self-serve machines. The staffs here are friendly and helpful. Because I'm visiting, I don't have all the tools with me (ruler, cutter, etc.). I was able to borrow these items from them and returned them afterward. I was able to print and cut in one visit. I also purchased a thicker cardstock for printing too. I highly recommend calling if you're unsure about services and products they offer. read more

I always drop off my packages here no problem. The line may have 2-3 people at most normally. I'm unexpectedly busy days there may be 5-7 people in line, and with social distancing the line ends up out the door. If you you're just dropping off a package and don't need a receipt, you don't have to wait in line and can just drop it off. If you do want or need a receipt, you have to wait. read more

Had a big package to send out. They let me use a cart, got it in and got it put in the system quickly (I already had the label) and I was out in less than 5 minutes which is how it should be. They have a self serve thing but for some reason this one doesn't have the hand held scanner which other Fed Exes have, I'm not sure why. But I like the fact I was in and out quickly. Rude, inconsiderate with getting delivery, my daughter just had a baby and can't pick up a delivery, we faced time with the manager with my daughter showing her Identification, the manager refused to take it into consideration. And so she has to find another way to get it herself, they said it's their policy just because my last name is not the same as hers which is even more unacceptable reasoning. Very helpful people. I had to print out 3 copies of brochure for a school project on 11x 17 unmated paper. The sales associate was extremely helpful especially when one of the printers made an inking mistake and the associate was able to discard the charge for that error. My go-to FedEx. The service here is very nice and helpful. I love that FedEx has made it easier to print things with their printers/copy machines. You just email your documents to FedEx and it will give you a code to input in their machines so that you don't have to bring a USB or bother the staff to help you. The process is fast and the machines themselves take your card payment. I also send a lot of packages out of this FedEx, and every time, I've never had a problem. I've seen customers run into problems while I've stood in line, but the staff is very patient and try their best to help everyone out as much as possible. Parking is abundant. But the strip mall is kind of tight. So make sure you are careful pulling out of your parking space. read more

Rude customer service. I couldn't even get the name of this middle aged woman working there because she basically told us to leave from the front door. Because of the coronovirus "pandemic" only one customer can be in the store. It was raining outside and she still told us to wait outside. She didn't want to help us at all. We had a package to return and she said she couldn't take it. There was no reason and no answer to why. She was a white woman with middle length hair ‍ if that information helps anyone. Tried to drop off a package at 6:05 tonight. Although on Yelp it says their hours are until 8 PM Monday to Friday, this is incorrect. Their hours were last updated two months ago. They were closed, and although I knocked to just tell them to update their hours on Yelp, nobody would approach the door for me to tell them that through the glass. They ignored me. Please note that I cannot comment on their service during hours when they're open. They may be great. But they need to update their hours on Yelp so people don't drive all the way out there expecting them to be open. read more

Exceptional customer service, clean large place, very well lighting from the beautiful sun beaming through the super large windows, the supplies within this store for sell were well organized and the person behind the counter was warm and welcoming so you need assistance come to this place they offer service with a smile plus they also have the mail box inside this facility for shipping your COVID-19 testing and other items they have a schedule for the inside mailbox of 4pm last pick up for the day. read more

Sometimes there is a need to print addresses on envelopes. Home printers don't do this very well. One would think that a national copy and printing center would have the capability to do this in house. We went to print about 100 and, though the copiers used in the establishment have the capability, the option is either turned off or the workers were unable or unwilling to help make it happen. On top of that we had to stand and wait and flag down an associate to try to help. Not a great customer service experience, but also unhappy with this company's capabilities. read more

Unfortunately, there was only one clerk on duty as this office is short-staffed. I went in today with my daughter to print and send some documents for a family emergency and the owner was so abusive and rude that I broke down in tears in the middle of the store. When I began to cry he started to threaten me in front of my young daughter and became really agressive and frightening. Have been on the phone with fedex 3 times today trying to track down a package that was dropped off here on February 10th and was to arrive in Elk Grove via fedex ground. It is now February 21st and according to fedex online, the package (with a pre-paid shipping label) is still in Pinole and never left. I was driving home from San Francisco one day and realized I had forgotten to print some papers I needed for work. I stopped by this location and was greeted by a friendly employee, Tylar. She was very knowledgeable and helped me use the self service print station. I was able to print documents from my email very easily! I got the papers I needed and didn't have have to stress! It was busy and only one man running the show: notarizing, copying, taking in mail, and checking in shipping deliveries all at the same time. We had to wait a few minutes for him to tend to an elderly man's notary and faxing while explaining everything to him but it showed he cared about customer service and so if I'm in town, I will go to that location before I go to the actual post office. read more

CAREFUL. I returned a phone through this Fedex and when I dropped if off the stud girl working at the counter did not want to give me a receipt but I demanded one. Funny thing is Samsung contacted me to let me know they received an empty box and tried to charge me for the phone I was returning. So my phone was stolen.
