The owner was very responsive to all my questions and concerns and that was very helpful. Owner also builds houses and is a contractor. My only complaint is that everything was not fully tested. I did my own walk around and found three windows that did not lock. I don't expect unseen issues to be reported and I also appreciated the fast report same day even when the owner was busy . I like that you can order extra services such as wind mit and 4 point after instead of at the beginning. That was helpful in pricing as well. Oh and Supra access is also greatly appreciated! But, as I told Jenni, I felt like it was meant to be, for me to call them. I had a very good experience with her and felt that she was knowledgeable and caring. They are coming out tomorrow for inspection and air sampling, and Tuesday and I will update my review at that time. ******** Update: the specialist, John, came in and made us feel very comfortable about the process. All my interactions with this business, from the time I called Jenni, to my interactions today, were so positive, which is not something I get from all companies I deal with on a regular basis. I felt empowered to make good decisions about what needs to happen next with our home. Samples were sent to the lab. The good news is, he didn't see or smell any mold. It was $295 for the hygrometer and lab testing visit. They also offer free demos but we decided to go directly to the appointment. I was able to choose from a variety of immediate appointments, and he arrived, on time, the very next day after I spoke to the owners. I was very impressed with that. I would highly recommend this company. I can tell they have integrity and I felt confident to hire a reputable local (Tampa Bay) business. There was no upswell, no sale tactics. Anyone that knows me, knows that I write simple, honest reviews and am not swayed by people, big or small companies and I'm just a regular retired housewife who doesn't have a business to represent or a horse in the race, as the saying goes.
