Normally when I leave a nail salon I still have to clean up little bits of the dip/ glue or my cuticle. Not here. She did my short functional almond shape nails perfect and inspected them closely after they were 'done'. My nails look so smooth and natural and uniform it's unreal! Wish I got my techs name! Also, the massage I received during both manicure and pedicure were fantastic (I never expect much but I would pay top dollar here just for a massage)! They also have a loyalty card which is so appreciated (why don't all places do this?!) Glad to have found a great nail place in the area!

I learned that this is a family owned and operated business, and it is obvious that they take a lot of pride in what they do. The staff was kind and made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. They are currently getting a new outside sign made for the storefront so do not be surprised if you arrive and it does not say BIOS, yet. You are at the right place of you are next to Rebounderz. Their polish selection was plentiful, and they even had matching gel polish and regular polishes!!! I normally get a gel manicure and regular polish pedicure, and I thought it was really cool that I could have the exact same color in both gel and regular. The scrub and lotion is handmade by the owner and smells amazing and is chemical-free. I hope that she starts selling some for clients to take home soon! I highly recommend both the owner Naht and her mother Fahn; (I hope I am not misspelling their names). They both worked on my gel manicure and their attention to detail exceeded my expectations. I called up and booked a 45 minute Halo Therapy session and enjoyed the comfy seats while clearing out my lungs and all the toxins. It's always good to clear the toxins while traveling especially after a flight. This was the perfect solution and I felt amazing after my session! This location is just outside Downtown Orlando. It's very clean and the staff are very friendly. They offer memberships and package deals. If I lived here you know I would be there all the time! They also have massages, infrared sauna's and more. However after my appointment yesterday I've changed my tune.. one of the weirdest salon experiences in my life. A man did my mani pedi (didn't get his name) but the gel mani pedi took TWO hours, and almost half of that time was spent by him trying to convince me to let him be me & my husband's realtor (we're not looking to buy a house) and giving me "advice" on how to save money, because since I've only been married a year he assumed we're broke. Goes into stories about his "other job" where he approves people for Medicare/Medicaid and tells me that he doesn't do actual evaluations he just approves everybody who comes in because he "feels bad for all the teenage pregnant girls". He then started talking about the Vietnam war (???) and I politely mentioned that my grandfather is a Vietnam veteran, to which he replied that my grandpa probably had children over there with Vietnamese prostitutes. (wtf????) Then repeatedly tells me that I need to bring my husband with me next time so he can teach us how to save money. Two hours later and $105 short I'm leaving with a manicure that I could have done better at home. One of my toenails is only painted halfway and I didn't even notice until I got home because I just wanted to run out the door. Make sure you request a tech if you make an appointment here!
