About a month ago, cracked the rear windshield of my Tesla 3. Huge piece of glass, so it would be pricey to replace. Envision was super responsive, and their prices were reasonable. They thought it would take two days to procure the replacement, but they got the piece the very next day. I drove in that same day. Sean was great with the customer service and Kendrick completed the installation. Kendrick even let me take a photo of my car with the windshield removed. I took a long walk (my guess is two very long blocks, or almost a mile) to grab lunch at Tony's taco truck. The burrito was excellent. Envision beat the price of two other local business, not counting the big chain that advertises constantly (the MOST expensive by far). Envision also went the extra mile to make sure I had the correct glass. For some reason, the VIN indicated glass that was missing some heated glass around the wipers (didn't eve know I had the feature). Sean and his team did an amazing job triaging and repairing my window - they were quick, knowledgeable, and super friendly. My rear window wasn't rolling down anymore, and, diagnosing over Yelp, they suspected it was a broken regulator, so asked me to bring it in to get it checked out. When they opened the door up, they discovered that the regulator and glass was fine, but the piece holding the window had snapped. They quickly replaced just that piece (saving me some $$) and helped diagnose what caused the snap. I was in and out in 1 hr! If I need more auto glass work, I'll definitely be back. I'm glad I found Envision on State Farm's list of providers and saw all the great yelp reviews - Kendrick was kind and friendly and was happy to schedule our car in the next day in less than 24 hours for a 2023 Model Y front windshield repair (had a rock chip that cracked across more than 10 inches).
